Ive been with State Farm for 33 years and switched to Heidi Pollock about 30 years ago. I only had my autos to begin with, then added rentals and lastly my home. My previous home owners insurance company kept raising premiums, I had no claims. State Farm was always just a little less, but I wasnt going to change for $100-150 a year. After two increases of $500, I contacted Heidi again and they saved me $1000 a year on my home owners with the same coverage. Ive always felt they had my best interest at heart. Sometimes they talked me out of putting in a claim as it was too small, and also gave me advice about changing limits when necessary. Just what you want in an agency.

I was in a very serious car accident and my car was totaled. The staff helped me at each step in the process. With anyone else, this would have been so stressful and time consuming. Highly recommend.Also, great home owner’s insurance helped when a tree fell on the house in a snow/ice storm. It was so easy to resolve.
