I would like to give a really high compliment to Johnny your employee there this young man is wonderful he’s very very patient and very very understanding he is great with his customer care he’s amazing I came in here with absolutely no knowledge to an iPhone he sat here for over an hour basically breaking it down and helping me amazing amazing you do not get Customer Care like that you do not get that kind of patience and tolerance from anywhere I’ve been to numerous both stores somebody needs to recognize this young man I just want to say thank you very much Johnnie I appreciate your help

My experience was awesome. A person by the name of Johnny R assisted me with the issues I was having with my old phone. But then I decided to by a new phone, In which Im glad I did. Its a newer model and I like it better. He showed me all of how to work my new phone. I would recommend all to go to the store on 222297 Euclid ave

The prices for prepaid service is good but out of 3 Boost stores (2 in Florida and one in Michigan ) service is poor. I waited at all 3 for employees to arrive after opening time to open up.If you want service the best one is on Wilder Rd in Bay City, MI.Also they have a habit of changing your plan every time you change your phone to a less productive plan. When you want the plan you had you will pay more.On the up side the service does work well in many areas that usage is not great. The system is run on Sprint Towers.

Im giving them a 1 cause I hate for a person to try to get over on People.I live right across the street and I refuse to give them any of my business that one guy alway tries to take advantage.My screen protector came off my phone he told me 10 for a new one.I didnt have my debit card on me so I came the next day tell me why he hit me with that will be 16.00 so Im like it was just 10 yesterday do you know he had the nerve to say he cant take the taxes off it wont let him.Lmao since when 6 dollars was the tax amount on 10 dollars.Then I called for a samsung charger he told me 30 dollars I go in the next day its a different person tell me why he tells me 15.I dont like petty people like that.The tall chubby one is cool but if its that other guy dont even bother.I rather go across town!
