A bit of a line but it moved very quickly. Lines are good as that means many trust the business and The technician who helped me was awesome and informed me of an oil leak in my undercarriage. Very helpful Id definitely go back when I dont have time to change my own oil. Price was about what you would pay anywhere but the speedy service and not having to get out of my vehicle was worth the price.

After telling me I had an oil leak when I didnt and my transmission mysteriously going bad less than a month after my oil change, my experience was horrifying. And when I addressed the problem with them, they claimed I was disputing the price and said I was lying about the other claim. Dont ever step foot here. They will destroy your car and not even flinch over it.

My first oil change on my first car. They were super professional and super fast. The total came out to $112.00. Not sure if this is whats typical for oil changes but it was the service for me!

The tech wouldn’t let me wait outside even during COVID. I would’ve felt much safe in the open air. I was forced to wear a mask inside my car while the guys in the shop had exposed noses etc. I also very explicitly showed a $5 coupon which was not present on my final bill but I was so freaked out about their haphazard COVID precautions that I just got out of there as quickly as possible.

Not too sure about this place . Leak seemed to become worst after visit. Other than that . Ok service .😒

Great service! I usually go here to get my oil change. Never got anything else done but they’re very professional.

This was my first experience at a Take 5. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and teaching me about my vehicle. I did not feel a sense of being up-sold but genuinely helping me get the oil and service needed for my vehicle. Though the prices are steeper than a conventional oil change, knowing I don’t have to make an appointment, wait hours on end or get up at the crack of dawn to be first in line – its worth it.

Didnt have are oil filter after staying in line for 35 mins,so we had to go and purchase a oil filter and come back to get oil changed,employees where very courteous.

This was my first time going to a Take 5, I’ve been dealing with Conrad’s and dealerships exclusively in the past. Wow was I impressed. These guys were great, got us in and out quick and were very informative. They made sure our son had a Gatorade because they ran out of the other juice and gave me a water. And the guy helping us gave us a great deal for being a first timer there, totally impressed and happy with the stellar service. I’ll be definitely coming back.

STOPPED IN TODAY FOR OIL CHANGE AND E CHECK. THEY CLAIM TAKE 5 DOESNT DUE E CHECK ANYMORE. I SAID OK COOL WHERE CAN I GET E CHECK DONE AT? HE HAD NO CLUE BUT WANTED TO GIVE ME A BOTTLE OF WATER. ITS DOWN THE STREET OFF RICHMOND ROAD. SO I CHOOSE TO GET MY OIL CHANGE DONE AT ANOTHER PLACE.

Great service. Good attitude despite the humidity and heat. Gave good advice for my vehicle regarding future maintenance. The staff showed me how to use my outside the door key buttons to unlock my car. Never expected to figure that out. They provide discounts for veterans. Even passed out bottles of water. I do not frequent these types of businesses, however I was more than not disappointed. I plan on returning for my next oil change.

Some friends and I pulled up in here to.closed the drivers truck. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the lot and the car dock.There werent a lot of cars in the lot. The safe and quiet atmosphere was appealing.

I went to get an oil change and filter replacement. I left 2 hours later with a broken glovebox handle, having to get an estimate to fix it at another auto place. Overpriced waste of time. Completely ruined my day and devalued my car. So upsetting! I will not EVER be going back there, ever! Or recommending!

You would have to be a moron if you think these guys deserve any less than 5 stars. As soon as i pulled into the lot, someone came out to greet me and properly guide me to the correct bay door. And everything that came next absolutely amazed me. The second i turned off my car, the techs went to work checking all my fluids and inflating my tires. None of which was asked for or even expected. Brandon then proceeded to gather all my information to get me into their system and away they went. He explained all of their oil change offers highest price to low, and then told me what was RECOMMENDED for my car with how many miles i had. Never once did he try to up-sell anything or try to convince me to spend more. He then told me that i would be receiving $10 off for being a new customer! After looking over all of my filters, he personally recommended changing my air filter and showed me why (The thing was filthy). Never once did he pressure me into changing it, the evidence showed me all i needed to see. I would not like to give only Brandon credit. My receipt tells me that my techs also included Kaleon and Mario who worked with incredible speed and accuracy. All in all I give them 10 stars out of 5. Quick and easy + affordable packages + never leaving my car + a free bottle of water = An extremely happy, beyond impressed customer

Fun technicians with an upbeat attitude. Theyre swift and informative too. If your vehicle has am issue beyond their realm of service they inform of it before it becomes a more expensive fix.
