Customer service was Awesome. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and informative. The business is clean and neat inside and out. My husband and I took my car in; because I had a nail and a screw in each of my passenger side tires front and rear. One of my tires, they were able to plug, but the other tire had to be replaced. I was very satisfied with the process that only took maybe over an hour. I highly recommend these guys.

Went here to have a car I was going to purchase from an independent dealer checked over. Mike got me in same day and was extremely nice throughout. The gentleman who checked the car itself, I think his nickname was Chop, was kind and very knowledgeable. He did a very thorough check and told me absolutely everything he found. Mike charged me a super reasonable price for all of their hard work. Great location, can’t recommend it enough!!!

Mike and Paul are absolutely excellent workers and care for their customers. I went to this firestone for a second opinion after being told my brake pads were metal-to-metal 2 months ago at a different store - I couldnt get new pads at the time so I come back another day and was told I need new rotors for going against recommended services from before, so I walked out of the different store as it seemed fishy.When I came to this firestone however, I was told the complete opposite (My pads and rotors were as if brand new apparently!) and Mike and Paul showed me my brakes and took the time to explain the conditions of them which was insightful and highly appreciated as they have distinguished themselves as reliable and legit workers. I am extremely relieved and happy to have found a place that I can take my car w/o feeling ripped off. These guys do their due diligence and look out for their customers, no doubt. I wish them the best for their honesty.

The value and service provided at this location is great! I was able to get an appointment that was convenient for me. The Service Advisor (06 Leah) is very helpful and knowledgeable. Leah answered all my questions professionally prior to me making an appointment which made me feel at ease before arriving. I highly recommend this service location.

I went there. Was taken care of by Steve downtown. Fantastic service. In 3 hours I had a new tire and was on my way. It felt like 30 minutes. Stress relieved. Thank you Mike and Steve. Great job. Very much appreciated.

Back in June I came to get an oil change and I had the pleasure to speak with Michael who was very professional and friendly. He advised that my tires were going bad and that I would need new ones ASAP, he wrote me up an invoice of 2 different plans and how much they would be. Fast forward to today due the the great experience and the professionalism of all the workers I came back to get new tires & a tire alignment and it was such a great experience & I also qualified for the discount that was going on which was spend more than $500 get $100 off which was a double win.

They helped me right away and had what I needed. They take covid seriously so I felt safe there!

An hour away from home, I came in 20 minutes before closing with a blown out tire, and they were able to help me with no problem. If somebody came into my work 20 minutes before closing, I dont know if I would have been so accommodating. I really appreciated it. Thanks, Michael and Marvin!

My car was already on the rack with all 4 tires off. They said something was loose and they will tell me what it is for an additional $20. I was there for rotate/balance and they didnt balance it, or did it poorly.

Took a rental car here to get it serviced. They suggested other services the car needed given the length of our usage of the car. As pleased with the service here as we were displeased with the rental car company for giving a car that needed servicing!

Always great service...they always get you the best deals and show you what they are working on...

There are not enough seats for waiting customers and the wait times even with an appointments are way to long. Better service was given at the old location at the mall.

Is a great place to get your vehicle fixed providing that you have a credit card with Firestone did you can pay on it later than right then and there if youre having money situations at that time that your vehicle needs to be repaired Firestone is very knowledgeable and well that they do Im not saying that the prices arent very costly but keep up the good work Firestone problem thanks keep up the good work

Decent place to get your car worked on

Very rude when i asked if they could help a female with a oil change for her trike. They seem very scared of it because they had never seen one. There was a nicer way of declining me jerks!

Only really good for the tires. I had them check out my girlfriends brakes and they diagnosed it wrong after I told them to check the speed sensor toothed ring.they thought it was some build up on the wrong wheel. After a quote of 500$ for front pads, rotors, cleaning caliper slides I told her to bring it home and I would do it. Cost me 60 bucks to do it all, I fixed the speed sensor ring teeth with a dremel and chisel and now her abs works again.

The euclid firestone have very friendly and accommodating staff. The scheduled me for oil, Tire Balance and Rotate and alignment on my new cadillac xts 4 at the last min on a Friday afternoon. The took amazing care of my car and babied it the entire time. Manager was very friendly as well as the young lady at the front. Highly recommend this branch for all your car needs. I will definitely return. A+++++ 5*****
