Fast service. They will get you in and out but there’s always a line so be prepared for a wait if you do not have an appointment. there’s one particular person that I like to work on my nails because she actually scrubs good and really takes time with your feet. The free times I’ve been there, there have been an incident of arguments but I mind my business, pay for services an leave!

Employees were very smart mouthed and unprofessional. The guy that did my manicure was cool though. I didn’t see a lot of sanitation of chairs after each client got up. I waited in my pedicure water until it was cold. Then when I asked when would someone get started on me the lady responded with an attitude..

These are nails that I got done a week ago by Lena. I personally love her work and will definitely be going back to her. She took her time and made sure the shape and cut was right. We had good conversation together. She takes passion in her nails and cares about her customers.

I came to this nail salon to get my color changed and a nail fixed. I signed my name on the sign in sheet, which is outside and the door is locked so you wont be able to go in. I wasnt giving a call telling me that they dont just repair nails, I had to call an find out this tidbit of information because it was taking too long for them to call me back even though I was the next person an the list I was told they dont just change nail polish colors or they dont fix broken nails which I do not understand when you are a nail salon and your job is to do nails and paint them but okay I gave it two stars only because I like the seclusion and the location but I never made it inside the place

Great nail salon for nails, brow arching and lashes.

Went to get a full set and the nail didn’t fit properly on my nail so it pop up and the lady seen the nail come up so I told her when she done with my right hand she need to fix my nail and she put the acrylic powder on my nail that was placed on my real nail correctly. Then she got mad when I said something about it and started cussing me out in her language and pulling on my hands. So I yanked my hands back and told her I will find some other place to do them.she seen the fake nail Lifting up as she went to file the hand and thought I wasn’t going to say nothing about it. These people don’t care about the Clients they only want money and try to get over on you if you let them. Don’t waste your money here.

I love getting my brows done here, but since I moved away from the nail studio I’ve been getting my brows done elsewhere. And because of the pandemic the brow place closed for good. So I came back to nail studio and I’m in love all over again. I feel it’s worth traveling a little farther out to get quality service then mediocre Service.

Very unprofessional treated costumers very nasty! I’ve never been to a nail salon where they want your money upfront before services are even finished! also a lady that came in right after me waited about 30-45 to be seated for services. Someone walks right in and they get sat down with no wait after this lady was already waiting 30-45 mins. The lady says something like “how are you going to sit them before me I’ve been waiting” the owner tells her you can either wait or leave in a rude unprofessional tone. The customer asked for her money back... they don’t wipe things down the only thing I seen being cleaned was the floor.. with covid going around things should be wiped down after customer. I would not recommend this place to anyway spend your money somewhere eles they don’t deserve peoples hard earned money with those attitudes.

KELLY THE OWNER IS SO RUDE!!!!! She’s very disrespectful I have been going here for years she screamed at me in the middle of the salon for simply asking when I was going to get my pedicure AFTER she already did my eyebrows AND I gave her a tip ! I have been going here since 2009 I always go to Lyn Kelly and there is a new black girl who dies pedis that is amazing. I have had gel come off on my natural nails befor but other than that I’ve had great in and out experience.

This is the worse nail service in all of euclid.I gott a nail fill and a nail polish change and all my polish came off in 4 days.I also gave kenny a 20.00 dollar tip. When I confronted Kenny on 1/19/20 he refused to fix my nails until Kelly the supervisor came in.

This place is extremely unprofessional! Upon coming in the man could barely lift his face from his phone to greet me. Once I was finally acknowledged I asked a question about the services I wanted to receive a nail repair for one nail and a repolish. I was quoted $33 plus tax. I’m thinking that’s more than a fill in. And just as I was about to say go ahead, he told me to go back where I came from (I’m assuming he meant where I got my nails done previously). Overpriced, extremely rude, not worth your time or business.

Okay so me and my mom was at the shop and my mom was getting her nails and feet done and they had put the wrong color on my mother feet. This one lady gone try to charge my mom 10 dollars to get it redone and my mother said no because I not the one who messed up u did and she gone wave her hand like a dog and she said get her out of here and we was really respectful and and that’s when the lady keep it going and my mom nails are not straight . WE ARE NEVER GONING BACK THERE.I WOULD RATE THIS A ZERO IF I COULD.

The time states they open at 11 on sundays. I came last Sunday, they didn’t show up until 11:15. I got a full set, I told her my nails were too flat and she didn’t use enough acrylic as I could still see parts of my natural nail on some of the sides. She added more but still 5 days later one of my nails broke in half and one the gel is peeling. I came today at 11:10 am to get it replaced it’s 11:41 am and no one has come to open yet.

The price was good but I asked for designs on my nails and they just polished them a solid color and thats not what I asked for. Listen to your customers whae they tell you what they want not what you want them to have. I am unsatisfied.

Last Experience was good but this time, they were extremely slow. There was no one on wait list and we still waited 40 minutes to be seen. Someone that walked in after us was seated before us after we waited over 30 minutes!! I won’t be back here. Then another walked in and they started to work on that person until we said something 🤬

Waited 2 hours to have 2 nails with bubbly gel polish and she kept yanking at my fingers. Very rude establishment. I paid an extra 8 dollars to get them fixed elsewhere. Will never return!!

The Male nail techs do great work! One female in particular name Lynn stay away from she did my nails twice and she doesnt polish well,she cut me with the drill, nails were uneven shaped differently. She nade my experience horrible both times. Only went to her a second time cause I thought it would be better. Overall the nail place Id cool just take heed to my warning.

I’ve been coming to this salon for YEARS and I have NEVER had an issue. Last night i went to get my eyebrows done. Walked in, signed in, and they pointed me to the back where they do the eyebrows. A man did them and they turned out fine. Upon finishing he wiped them with alcohol and it stung a little more than normal but I hadn’t gotten my eyebrows done in months so I didn’t think much of it. I payed, tipped, and I left. This morning I wake up and I HAVE CUTS ON MY EYES. Idk if it’s from Putting wax on too hot or what but I have never had this happen ANY WHERE. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. I suggest you don’t either. I’m beyond upset.

I only gave them one star because you cannot give zero! These are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I had an appointment with Kenny. When I arrived he never acknowledged me and only talked to the guy that was telling him his appointment was there. At that point he stated he was not doing any feet and wanted to know who booked the appointment. No apologies, no cares. He proceeded to take another client. His entire demeanor was straight out rude! I will never spend with them again!

1 star is too much! MY TOES ARE BLEEDING! They are beyond rude to their customers as if they could care less about you. A lady had her nail come off the day after it was done and she was told to come another day to get it fixed because they were too busy to correct their problem today. MY NAILS ARE RAGLY. THE EDGES ARE JAGGED. I asked for design on my nails and toes. My toes design not a problem. But the ONLY ONE PERSON who was Capable LEFT THE BUILDING before doing my nail design! Then they got mad at me for insisting they fix MY problem. I still have to return tomorrow and PAY AN EXTRA $5 for the privilege of them to COMPLETE THE JOB! WTH???

I called last night the lady that answer the phone spoke English and was very nice. I called today to get the address and a lady answered that spoke broken English she was beyond rude. I asked if I could make a appointment for that day she said she dont do appt on Sunday I would have to come in a sign in(no big deal because that is what I do at home) so I say okay thank you Ill come in can I have the address. She says its on Lakeshore and Babbitt just look for it in the plaza. I dont live out here and the surprise is for my sis 40th birthday so I say can I have the address to put in my gps she says no I dont have time to give it to you just drive down Lakeshore smh....

I would rate this place minus five stars if I could. The nail techs are extremely rude, smug and only care about cashing you out the door- to hell with customer service! I witnessed them treat a customer wrong and call the police on her and lie about the situation. They are understaffed and unsanitary too-I watch a lady go from client to client painting nails to doing acrylics, and waxing eyebrows without wearing gloves or washing her hands. I literally got the quickest and most uncomfortable pedicure I ever had! And to make matters worst, I also got the worst set of nails I ever had too-I simply asked the nail tech to do my nails as I prefer and was given such a bad attitude that I offered to stop and cash out at that point without finishing! At that point another tech offered to fix my nails. They really should have been taken off and done over but I let her finish only to get blue nails when I wanted black to match my toenails. Several customers agreed that my nails were blue not black-the nail tech still continued to argue that they were black-I was pissed at that point once she finished repainting my nails I got my things and got the hell out of there and will NEVER go back!! WASTED $65. BEWARE, RUN, BUY PRESS ONS OR DO YOUR OWN NAILS BEFORE YOU PAY SOMEONE FOR LOW QUALITY SERVICE!

I used to get my nails done here (acrylics) but eventually stopped going because of many of the reasons posted here. Extremely RUDE employees. Kelly started off doing an awesome job at first, but after she got familiar with me as a regular she was just doing TOO MUCH besides my nails...on the phone, trying to do two people at once, training folks etc.And they stop in the middle of your visit and throw some trainee in the chair to finish you and OMG --you never know what shape youre going to get, sometimes theyre crooked, lopsided, etc. Just AWFUL... The part that I really hated was the over-charging, and the non-existent weekday special prices.

There a bit pricey but i absolutely love their work!

Revolving door of nail techs, especially on Saturdays. You never know who youre gonna get. I used to like Kevin, then all of a sudden he was gone. A couple of weeks ago I got a full set with gel polish. The girl who did them seemed new and I had reservations about her but against my better judgement I let her do my nails. Within 2 days 2 nails popped off. Just snapped off! I wasnt doing anything strenuous or anything. I went back to get them fixed and an older female nail tech was annoyed that I wanted them repaired. She spoke in a foreign language to the other techs who started to laugh. They made me wait over an hour for what took less than 15 minutes to fix, and there were no other people ahead of me. I work too hard for my money to give it to people who dont deserve my business. I will never ever return.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I was unsatisfied with the job completed on mine and my daughters hands and feet still I wasnt planning to write a review; I just planned to never return. That is until I was charged twice for this shoddy work.When the transaction came through as pending, I immediately returned only to be told that I needed to come back when the charges were fully processed. After the charges hit my account I returned with my account information so that they can see the duplicate charges, only to be told that they needed a transaction number, an authorization code, and if it were charged twice their books wouldnt have balanced at the end of the night so they were doubtful that this happened.When I gave them everything requested, they asked for my receipt. It was in my other purse so Ill return with it tomorrow but Im sure by then theyll find something else to request.Unbelievable. Skip the trip here! On top of everything else the customer service leaves much to be desired and Im pretty sure my daughters nails were done by an unlicensed child....but Ill follow up with the board on that complaint.

My experiences for the most part have been ok. I had a few bad experiences: when I was wearing acrylic nails, they filed it down too far and it burned. Secondly, the nail technician clipped my cuticle too close and it began to bleed. I do agree that they should sterilize the foot baths after each client, which I dont see them do. I only see them rinse it out.Tips that would boost their ratings and customer satisfaction (and I hope they read this) would be:1) Sterilize all utensils and foot baths2) Be transparent about the steps taken to ensure cleanliness and avoid germs that can be spread via use of shared equipment (files/clippers etc...)3) Offer incentives to repeat customers (for every 5 pedicures/manicures get 1 free)

So Im very disappointed because Ive been here before. And today I ended up doing full set. Let me start off by saying that when I first walked in I had asked what was price to soak off my nail, and I was told $5. Then she said it was going to take too long so then she proceeded to pull off my nail. Mind you have to go through excruciating pain when they tear your nail off and when it was time for me to pay she still charge me $10 extra for taking off. Why wouldnt I just pay $5 to soak off which is zero pain compared to tearing them off for more money.

I went there to get a full set showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and he said okay. It was black ombré Stiletto set. He gets to painting my crooked set and I tell him “oh no don’t paint the whole nail black I want ombré” he’s reply was no I can’t do that... mind if I knew he couldn’t or didn’t know how to do the set the way I wanted it, I wouldn’t have sat down in the first place or waited for someone who could. I was stuck with a set I didn’t like and wasn’t what I wanted in the first place.

If they had a negative star I would give them one. I came in town to visit my best friend and we came to this nail shop. When we arrived there was another customer complaining about the service she received the day before. The nail techs were rude to her and told her she had to pay for extra service. That should have been a red flag for me not to get my nails done. Second the nail tech that was working on my nails didnt put enough coats on and had the color look thin on my nails. And when I asked for her to put another coat on she got an attitude. I stayed under the dryer for at least 45 mins and my nails seemed to be dry. Later on that night my nails kept smudging. Today when I returned to the nail salon and explained to them what was going on they got and attitude and the old lady nail tech that did my nails the previous day said it was my fault. In closing I have observed that this nail salon has very poor customer service and they do mediocre work. I wouldnt recommend it to my worst enemy. DONT COME HERE if you want quality customer service and work.Also they are over priced!!!!

BEWARE! This nail establishment doesnt care about the customers or the quality of service they give you. You have the money, thats all they want. I got a full set and they are terrible. The lady rushed doing them and was on the phone the whole time, they are uneven, the paint is sloppy, they arent clean cut (raggedy/jagged edges), not the color pattern i requested (she did her own thing), was extremely rude...the list goes on. NEVER GO HERE if you expect a good manicure. You will regret it and so will your wallet.

The service here is AWFUL! They treat their customers as if they could careless if they patronized they businessor not. I think I will rather give my money to someone who values their customers. Our community give them far too much money to not be respected.

Unprofessional nail tech pushed my hand away so he can get up and text for a few minutes right behind me. And my previous time a female tech was coughing and spitting throughout my full set service while wearing a mask but gross. Very poor business ethic & never going back.

I first got serviced yesterday 12/12/15 and I paid a lot more there than any nail Salon I have ever been in before but the nail tech who serviced me did a great job and I have no complains about her servicing me. My mistake was I should have brought some flip flops cause I got my feet done. We thought my feet were dry and I noticed wen I got home that my polish was messed up so I went back today 12/13/15 to get 2 toes fixed. I thought I should have been out in about 20 mins and I was in there for over an hour. The lady that helped me was not the lady from the night b4 and she was rude. She made me wait way longer than I had to and even went in the back to wax and employee eyebrows while I waited for her. I patiently waiting to get 2 toes fixed and I didnt flip out at all. I will never return here again cause the customer service just sucked for a 5 min fix. After spending the kind of money I did here I just felt like I should have been treating a little better

The customer service here is terrible, not only do the workers here think they have the right to do whatever they want, but theyre rude while doing it. Before I continue to explain everything wrong with this nail salon, let me first say something about one of the workers.There is a guy who works there and I believe his name is Matt, he is very nice and helpful, he is the only reason why I basically did not storm out of the nail salon without paying. He helped my sister and I choose out nail polish and he also took the time out to tell us the prices of the nails and such, before we actually sat down to get our nails done.As far as customer service goes, the workers here (Besides Matt) are not welcoming, as soon as you walk into the place Matt is the only one who actually says hello and welcomes you.Now, Im not going to lie, the guy who did my nails did a great job, but what I did not appreciate was the fact that he casually would pull out his phone and start texting as if he didt have a customer right in front of him waiting to get her nails done, that is so unprofessional.After I got my nails done and I was finished drying and all that, I went to check on my sister. I sat next to her and watched the lady do her nails, the woman who did my sisters nails was extremely rude. First off, she messed up on my sisters nails at least 4 times, and you could tell that she was getting angry, my sister didnt care, as it was the workers fault for messing up, on top of all of that, she seemed as if she didnt want to do my sister nails, just completely rude! One time she got pink polish on one of my sisters silver nail, my sister nicely told her that she got some pink polish on her silver nail and the worker proceeded to do her nails as if she didnt just hear my sister say that she messed up on her nails.The same woman who messed up my sisters nails about a billion times, had the nerve to yell at Matt, the only person in the store who was actually nice.After my sisters nails were done and perfected, I sat next to my friend, she also got her nails done here. I was a little thrown off guard when I realized that a woman who had just got finished doing someones feet, thought that she was going to work on my friends nails after her hands were probably germ filled. I dont recall ever seeing her wash her hands, which just shows how unclean this place is. (Dont worry, a different woman did my friends nails after we had discussed that the lady did not wash her hands.)Think youre going to get that weekday discount? PFT, I went here yesterday, which was a Tuesday. The poster on the window says: Monday-Wednesday FULL SET: $25 FILL IN: $15. Please tell me how my sisters nails came up to $32 when she got short square nails? She did not get a shape, and her nails were short, so the price should have been at least $27 not even close to $30.Oh and that was not all. The lady who was sitting right next to me wanted glitter nails, she went to dry and after sitting under the dryer for about 20+ minutes she taps her glitter nail and the whole thing just slides off. She goes back to the lady, asking her to fix it and her nail tech repeatedly said to her NO GLITTER, NO GLITTER. I was appalled to see a worker telling a customer that she could not get glitter nails just because she didnt feel like fixing them.As for shaping? Some of the nail techs here cannot shape a nail to save their own life! My friends nails were so uneven, and until I brought it to my friends attention, thats when her nails tech decided to file them to the right shape, SHE WAS LITERALLY GOING TO KEEP THE NAILS ALL UNEVEN UNTIL I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THEM!Please do not waste your money here.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!! Worst nail salon Ive ever been in. There is nothing good about this place. Cleanliness HORRIBLE. Customer service HORRIBLE. Prices HORRIBLE. Quality of work AND quality of products HORRIBLE !! The first time I went here for a full set I seen them using the exact same VERY CHEAP products I bought off of eBay to practice with! And they have the nerve to charge way too much for these products that should only be used for practice. Against my better judgement I went to get a nail repaired (I was in the area and my regular salon was out of my way) I mean they cant mess up ONE nail right?? WRONG! My nails were only 3 days old so the broken nail needed to be soaked off, he didnt do that. He basically ripped my nail off causing some skin to tear and bleed. He acted like he didnt see the blood there and just continued to do the acrylic ON TOP OF THE BLOOD. No gloves. No cleaning of the blood in any way! That cant be sanitary!! The polish was done horribly my daughter can polish nails better. One day later its already fading. Seeing some women get their brows done and they looked amazing for only $10 I figured Id give it a try. Little did I know the same sorry excuse for a nail tech was the one who they were about to have do my brows. NO WAY!! So I told them Id wait on the lady who was in there already but she left out the room and said she was just going to polish her clients nails and brb. LIES! I sat there for a while before I just decided to leave. When I noticed the lack of sanitation in the room I knew leaving without getting my brows done was a good idea. When I left out the waxing room it was obvious NO ONE was on their way to help me. Never going there again for ANY REASON whatsoever. Save your money and possibly your health and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
