Dropped off a small flat rate box in the box outside. Double checked to make sure it when in. 4 days later package hasnt even been scanned...... Now have to file claims.......

NO DRIVE UP MAILBOX.COUNTER LADY NOT SO FRIENDLY.ITS A POST OFFICE BUT I PREFER THE LARGER ON ON LAKELAND BLVD.

Keeps Losing my packages!

Laughed in my face while locking the door. They could have at least been nice about it. Plus the last time I was there the lady behind the counter was rude!! Awful people at this location

The worst, ghetto post office ever. My sister paid $50 for a package to be overnighted to me, they didn’t deliver it the next day, they delivered 2 days later, and left the package downstairs, which was in the open for anyone to steal. It was supposed to be signed for. I called, and the rude supervisor said “We don’t walk upstairs”. I hate even dealing with them.

Somebody do something about this hell hole!!! They NEVER answer the phone and no one EVER picks up our out going mail. Ive reported them twice now! I have a business to run!!!

They will not answer the phone at all; Im on the phone right now trying to contact them and the phone has been ringing for 10 minutes...still no answer. This is horrible customer service

Horrible location....apparently they close for 2hours for lunch and there are no signs posted or anything stating that. You stand there waiting to be serived and find out when they come be rude that they are closed for lunch
