Went there for a estimate. After waiting the guy came out to my car then asked if I am paying or the insurance company. Advised I needed estimates for insurance. The guy blew me off and acted like he was busy and said we dont do estimates anymore we deal with the insurance company. After getting 3 estimates from surrounding body shops it was as I thought I wasnt worth his time. I guess because there are a lot insurance accounts regular customers dont matter. The probably do great work but theres so much competition around. If you dont want to be another number try someone else.

This place has great service when I needed someone to drop me off to pick up my rental they were very willing and helpful with that. when I had to pick up my car they reminded me to fill back up the rental before returning it. The work that was done on my car with excellent.

Purchased a vehicle for my daughter here. Told me they would replace her radio. GAVE ME THE OLD RUN AROUND IE..... COME BACK SATURDAY, COME BACK TUESDAY, COME BACK NEXT SATURDAY. AND THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME WHEN THE TITLE CAME IN AND WHEN IT DID IT HAD REBUILT ON IT. I ASKED DENNIS IF IT WAS SALVAGE Or REBUILT HE SAID IT WASNT and STATED IT HAD A CLEAR TITLE.

This place does great business, I was referred here by a co-worker and within 3 days they put my 2016 Renegade back together. Craig is a good businessman who handles business very honest and direct. Suburban will be my new go to shop for any type of body repair.👍👍

I just picked my vehicle up from Suburban Collision to have a pretty deep scratch fixed and I am beyond happy with the work they did! Patrick went above and beyond to help me out and even touched up a few other small scratches for me and washed and vacuumed my car which I was not expecting.I highly recommend them if you need any sort of body work. I have had one vehicle now another being fixed or repaired rather over there. The owner or co owner Craig not sure how that goes he and his brother I think going to shop together are very honest people. At least this is been my experience I just recently had an accident and after going to several different places to get an estimate of what I thought was a small minor thing theyre not nearby but I went out of my way to go to them because of the good service I got previously. Because at least I know if somethings wrong theyll tell me the truth how expensive it is there a little pricey but you get what you pay for usually they do excellent work. I hate to say it but they are the best and I had another shop that I used to go to on Euclid Avenue years ago but the quality of the shop went downhill these people they do good work even got me a rental which when I had my Fusion at that time they didnt really have (rental), they do now I wont say is the best but as Craig said its alright to just be in for a little while and hes right you just need some wheels just for a little while and itll make it. They will work with you and I appreciate them I appreciate the honesty their hard work and Im very loyal I would go back there and I would recommend for anyone to go there and I know six other people who have told me about the shop before I ever went there. Last night I just lost my mother last night I had an issue with the deductible not their fault my insurance companies fault but Craig is at least working with me, and thats all anyone can ever ask. These are very good people go to them, my experience has been very good hopefully yours will be too.
