My car has been there for mouths 1989 Lincoln town for a kick down cable he cant find the part but Im out of 1600.00 for a rebuilt transmission . This cant drive it didnt think it needed rebuilt . he was a mouth starting on it . Claims he cant spend all day looking for the part and that he did his job and I didnt tell about the cable not true. Told him in advance of towing .

Never take your car to Jacks Auto he had my car for 10 months put a gas line on it and still did not fix the problem 10 months later I gave him plenty of opportunity to fix my vehicle he did not he said he was going through some issues that is only him thats working give him time I gave him plenty of time that is only him thats working give him time I gave him plenty of time or whatever I work with him said okay fine cuz I wasnt in a hurry to get it done and 10 months later he did not fix the problem still wanted to be paid he said give him $200 for putting a fuel line on there and it wasnt even a problem I had to get it towed to my house never take your vehicle there not trustworthy and a waste of time

Very rude customer service on the phone wont be going there
