They used to be great. I’ve recommended them several times in the past. No longer! Margaret seems annoyed, like working is such a bother. Don is to busy to even speak to you or answer questions for Margaret to relay. Some drivers are decent others will destroy your yard. Use extreme caution.

The most unprofessional unresponsive company I have ever worked with. The drivers are the worst they cant even get a dumpster on a pad when you call them and they send a rep they lie. Dont waste your money or time with these people.

They put a dumpster in my yard and destroyed the lawn and left a 3 foot long hole. They also ruined all my lawn ornaments by running them over with the dumpster when they picked it up they should have fixed the damage.I now have a huge mess to clean up and fix. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

If youre planning to move somewhere that utilizes Pro Waste as a trash company, please consider moving somewhere else. Advanced Disposal is 400 times better than this company.

Its not fair that I rate this business so low when its based off my interactions with one person, but when you have a company everyone who works for you is a reflection on your business. I had a driver run me off the road on my way to work. I took a new way to work bc of construction on west 26. I went by the airport on 12 heading out to fairview and didnt know that 2 lanes merge into 1, and very quick at that. The front of the truck was by my rear passenger door and when I realized I had to merge I sped up since I was already ahead. The driver decided to floor it and run me off the road. Then when he got to the round a bout he barely slowed down and ran OVER the side of it. Didnt even faze him to run someone off the road. I would be embarrassed if someone like that represented my business.

WORST garbage company in Erie!! Rude customer service and rude garbage men! Won’t even take bagged leaves! However they took them in weeks past! A very scummy company. Give your business elsewhere at all costs!

Does not have any respect for personal property. Damages occur and pro claims its not there problem.

Love doing business with these guys & gals. They answer all my questions, accommodate both myself and my property manager with any issues we from payments to extra dumps and they communicate via email in a timely manner.

Super friendly and extremely fast service! Completely unlike any other place around town that I tried. I love that they dont have contracts like everyone else, especially because I needed my container for an extra week and they happily helped me out! Would recommend to everyone!

One if the worst waste pick up companies around. They pick up the trash for my house and the business I work for. The employees always have a bad attitude. They will not do anything out of there way, my garbage cans were 2 feet away from where they normally are and they refused to take them they have hit one if my vehicles with a garbage can and when I called the extremely un friendly guy on the phone told me he didnt care unless I got it on video. If you have a choice if who picks up your trash DO NOT HAVE PRO WASTE DO IT

Exceptional Customer service!! Prompt delivery and pick up even when our dumpster was full and we required another empty dumpster to complete our project. We highly recommend Pro Waste!

Pro Waste is THE BEST business in town for roll-off containers and commercial containers. They have the cheapest prices AND are always there for me last minute. Working with a family owned business is great and everyone there is wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend them any day!!

This company truly is family oriented toward its customers. When I let them know that our pick up time was around 3:30-4 AM, they changed it to pick up around 9:30 AM. For one of the events that I coordinate, we were stuck paying a very large sum to a competing company to take care of our garbage needs. I called ProWaste upon assuming the job from another employee and they were tremendously helpful significantly less expensive.

Have used them for several home renos and am very happy. Not the cheapest but having a dedicated office staff to contact is worth the extra $

Thiefs and liars BEWARE, says 325 for dumpster. STOLE $771 from my credit card the next day, chargeback in effect- they had my info from before! Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD, CASH ONLY. DAN AND DAWN ARE BOTH SCAM ARTISTS.
