It was a dump! Ha ha Erin was very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of junk we had to remove from my dads property, our truck was over weight and she explained how to get a waiver. The waiver was approved and we went about our business. She made it very easy and we appreciate that.

Have used this service for years. Informed them two years ago my mother passed away and to put my name on bill since I owned property now. At first bills came in both names. Now just my deceased mothers name.Last pick up day they picked up they took my garbage AND the container!!!I called to find out why and they have not returned my call!!!Time to look for a more professional company who can do this job !!!!!Waste Management be professional!!!!! Buy me a can to replace mine!!!! Return my phone call!!!!!

I take and dump waste here. The ppl who work here or for WM have a “holier than thou” attitude, and anyone who works for this company who operates a vehicle whether it be a garbage truck, pickup or a dozer drives aggressively. Very poor attitude and no customer service skills. They want you out of their way and out of their hair.
