Not a soul on my block received mail today it’s no snow or wind rain nor sleet

If I could put zero stars, I would. This place is a joke. I went there to see why my package that I paid two day priority mail wasnt delivered after 5 days. I was talking to a nice lady who was a manager. She was helpful. I was asking her to check to see why it hadnt been delivered. My husband told her we paid for two day shipping. This other manager butts in and raises a hand to him and said whoa whoa whoa it doesnt guarantee it will be there in 2 days. My husband said, why you putting your hand in my face. The manager got snippy. His name is Chris. I told him that we were not even talking to him so he needed to stop talking and stay out of it. I was waiting for the female manager to come out from the back with some news on my package. This guy Chris kept rolling his eyes and causing trouble when my husband was standing there quietly. Then the guy threatened to call cops on us? What? Nothing got done about it and we will not use USPS for anything again.

Im only giving one star because I cant give 0. I went up there to send a package next day or to see if I could do it sooner than that. Im mentally and physically disabled and I have a hard time understanding things so I waited in line to talk with the man there and he asked me what i needed and i told him that I needed help on how to send my package next day like what box I could use for it and how much it would be and he got really mean and angry and told me to go read the signs thats what theyre there for. I told him I did and he he said well I dont know what to tell u then. My friend tried calling and reporting him but I dont think anything was done because my friend and i go there sometimes and hes still there. Everyone I talk to already knows who Im talking about before I even tell them what guy it is at the post office because I guess hes like that with everybody. Well thats my review. TY

I really like the location! I just wish there were expanded hours here like at almost any other Post Office with PO BOX Service. But the staff are fun and really friendly; always have a suggestion as to how to get the most out of the services available at this location.

Location is nice, but the older man working there should be let go. I cant ask for a shipping receipt without getting rude remarks or angry looks. Go to any other post office.

The associate that I worked with was nice, and down to earth, but took a long time when assisting customers, like really took his time. The associate also did not seem like they were enjoying their work, but just doing it for the money. But they ship mail here, so you know.

The man was VERY RUDE and treated me like a moron. I am a medical student and although I was right about putting 3 labels due to returning more than 1 item, he raised his voice as to which label he should use. He could have been more patient and helpful and allow me to explain to him! I have an accent and Im soft spoken. I do not know if that was the reason for his way of treating me! If that was then he is racist and very close-minded!

If I could put zero stars, I would. Today I went there with a friend who wanted to send a package and she does not speak english. As we were in line, she explained to me what she wanted me to say to the employee in spanish. This employee, whom is an OLD MAN, began to speak to us in a VERY RUDE way as he told us he could take us NOW with a very bad attitude. In other words saying that we had to hurry up. Later when we went to pay, while I was translating what he was saying to my friend, the man said I NEED THE CASH NOW while SNAPPING HIS FINGERS and saying ARRIBA. This man was very disrespectful and it is not fair for him to treat us this way just because we are hispanic (Puertorican). Puerto Rico is asociated with the United States and we are citizens just like him. I have seen other reviews of this place and they also mention this person and how bad he treated them. Also, by these reviews I noticed that this has been going on for over a year. I honesly dont understand why nothing has been done to solve this problem.

I arrived at the 14th street office in Erie, Pa. I was at the door at 457pm, & they shut the curtains & lights down. When a worker came to the mail window to hand a woman a package, I asked if I could hand a return to sender letter, to him. He promptly shut the window on me. Very rude service!

Pretty efficient for a post office.

Mail was never delivered to my address today, have outgoing mail and flag is still up, even went to check just in case they forgot to put it down. They didnt. Never stopped and am waiting on an important letter from the Medical Examiners office which they said should have been here by he beginning of this week.

Fast - Friendly - Knowlegeable service

Im new to this city and ive had to stop in here a few times to get assistance. I have NEVER been treated so poorly! The man at the counter was very abtupt with me me i tried to ask questions on how yo mail something. On another occassion i mustve interrupted his break time bc he just stood a few feet from the counter sneering at me until he eventually came up, slamming papers around asking me What do you want? i was so flustered that it was hard for me to say what i wanted and was then met with the response If youre not ready then go to the other counter until you are. I once watched him be rude to an elderly lady that wanted to send a package to her grandson overseas. Theres no call for that!! Unfortunately i dont know his name but that doesnt matter, I wont step foot in there again.

I went in this morning to mail a gift to my brother in Florida, I set in the counter and the man asked how may I help you? I said I need to send this to Florida. He grabbed my item and slammed it down on another area of the counter and said first offf, you shold have this packeged and ready to ship before bringing it to me heres some packing tape and a label. I asked if he had another box I could put it in, to which he replied, No! I do not have a box that big! I said thanks but I will take my package to UPS instead.First of all, if there had been anything fragile he would have broken it by slamming it on the counter. He could have explained to me without all the negativity that I would need to package the item my self and I would have been happy to do so and return later. I was instead treated like a moron that was bothering him. I really did not appreciate being treated this way and I will never again use your services.

Ever since the changes have been made to Erie sending our mail (even local) to Pittsburgh to be sorted then back to erie it takes FOREVER! to send/receive anything locally its just ridiculous! I received mail yesterday February 1st and the envelope was post marked for January 26th and thanks to the mail service they must of lost the envelope for a while because the documents were due to be back at the sending office on January 28th!...... the office sending me the paperwork stated they initially sent out the paperwork on January 14th so how it took 12 days to be post marked and then an additional 6 days to be delivered is beyond me and its unethical no wonder people are using electronic everything now a days. Also I have been receiving my neighbors mail a little too often lately (and vise versa) how does a mailman/lady confuse side by side a dresses on a regular basis I can see a few times making a mistake because no ones perfect but just in the last 30 days alone its happened at least 6 times!

The gentleman with the beard and glasses was VERY rude and even raised his voice almost to speak over me when i was asking a simple question which he did not answer hense being asked the same question twice but then he was trying to speak over me but it was he who misunderstood not i and on top of that, i noticed he was ever so kind and chatting up with the gentleman in front of me here i am thinking im gunna get the same service man was i rudly awaken, i feel as if he was racist in a way because i was soft spoken and kind and did not deserve that
