Tried calling to have my trash can replaced as I caught them in the act of destroying it with their garbage truck. The driver said just call and they will replace it. Called over 5 different business days and waited up to half an hour without anyone answering. Online chat was no success. New bins are over $100.They chose not to pick up our trash 2 out of the last 4 weeks.

WATCH OUT FOR THESE DRIVERS!!!They have no regard or respect for motorcycles and their riders. Everyone please be very careful around these trucks!

ZERO customer service! Once again they did not pick up our bagged lawn clippings. Their agreement with our subdivision requires them to pick up extra bags. Sent two messages through their automated system online and made two phone calls the their customer service. Spent 30 minutes each time listening to recorded messages and elevator music, nobody ever answered. Bags are still sitting on the street.

It is what they didnt do. They were paid extra to pick up trash on a day that wasnt the regular day for an owner moving out of the house. They never showed up. They were called and apologized, said it was their fault and promised a pick up today before 4. Did not show up again. We called and were put on interminable hold, then hung up on - twice. Meanwhile, the new homeowners are faced with 5 full trash cans at the foot of their driveway. Our HOA pays for this service and I am all for looking elsewhere. Terrible customer servcie.

If I could use another company for waste removal, I would. Can not get a hold of them when you need to and really no help whatsoever when you need other items picked up.

Im on hold right now going on 40 minutes for the 3rd day in a row, I still cannot get in contact from them. All I need is another recycle bin because after last pickup mine went missing. No replies via the contact form on their website either.

This company sucks… they missed a pick up then I call to be on hold for ever never spoke to someone. I’m wondering if this company is even open. Just say if you don’t want to work lol so we can go somewhere else. I’ll be changing company soon!!!

This company cannot simply empty a trash can in to the truck. They pick through your garbage to see what bags they do and do not want. These are not bags of construction waste or yard debris these are regular bags of household trash. I am switching back to Better Cleaner Disposal immediately.

Im stuck with this company for residential trash pickup.Today I missed the trash truck by about 30 seconds. The truck hadnt emptied the cans of the other side of the street yet, so I finished filling my bin and simply wheeled it across to the opposite curb.The trash truck finished the row, turned around, and started clearing the other side... then INTENTIONALLY skipped over my bin, for no other reason than sheer mean-spirited pettiness.This organization is full of incompetent, miserable jerkwads, top to bottom. Oh, and heaven help you if you have an issue that requires a customer service call - youd have better luck randomly getting the Pope on the phone.Truly the worst.

I am going on ~2 months now of being sleep deprived, thanks to Waste Connections. I live in an apartment community that they service - and while I appreciate a clean environment - I think it is completely, unnecessary to pick up at 7-7:30am - sometimes even BEFORE 7am - (including Saturdays!!). Especially considering how loud the trucks and dumpsters are. Its not that complicated - just tell your drivers to not pickup in apartments that early. I dont care if its not convenient for Waste Connections - they are serving us, so we should not be the ones who are inconvenienced. I love this apartment community - but unfortunately the loud, early pickups will be forcing us to not renew the lease. Good job Waste Connections - causing apartments to lose their tenants!

I think I share the concern as everyone else here - This company apparently has 0 receptionists / people manning their phones, and on top of that wont allow you to do anything on their website other then set up auto-billing. Ive tried for 2 weeks to call and never get past the hold music - stay on for more then 20 min and nothing. I cant believe their front end interface to customers is this bad and how this company doesnt give a darn about it

Im done with Waste Connections. One star is generous. Ive been a loyal customer for a long time, and I just cant take the bad customer service anymore. Ive been trying for a year (literally) to get someone to call me back to add recycle service to my plan. That, combined with hours of on-hold music where Im told how important I am as a customer and their inability to handle recurring payments without pain...Im done. Cant take it no more. And I gotta say, even though I dont have a replacement for them yet, Im THRILLED to be kicking them to the curb. After years of this, Im free!!! :-)

Reviewing again. I called at the end of December to cancel service. I never received a confirmation as I was told I would. I recently got a past due notice in the mail even though I cancelled service. I, like many reviewers, have called countless times and can never speak to anyone. The line just keeps you on hold forever. Also, they don’t respond to online inquiries through their contact us form.

Horrible service. Monopoly. They broke my trash can nearly in half. Two weeks later Im still waiting for a replacement and having to store old rotten trash in my garage. I talked to a manager who said she would call me back, but days later I still havent received a call from her or anyone else.Since they have the contract with the city, I have no other options as a consumer, and they cant credit me for missed services because my account is with the city, not them. What a racket.

This company is AWFUL. They regularly miss one or or more of our containers or don’t empty them fully, then will leave the can literally in the middle of the street (we have one trash can and two recycling cans), which is not only irresponsible and unprofessional, it is dangerous. When I try to call to speak to someone, it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone, and after the system directs you to dial 0 to leave a message, it just returns you to the main menu again. If you dial 0 a couple of more times, it just hangs up on you.

I cancelled my service with them over 6 months ago when I moved. They have since called me several times telling me my bill is overdue and they will be suspending service. I have spent countless hours on hold waiting for someone to answer but have gotten nowhere. I highly suggest another company.

WC recently took over Pro Disposal, and service is abysmal. They don’t answer the phone AT ALL. I’ve spent at least 30 minutes on hold today and they never pick up. The trash is sitting in front of the house still. And the website is only useful for setting up auto billing! The worst.

I was a customer for over 10 years. I just moved in November, so set up new service in December. They were never able to perform simple trash and recycling collection. I had to call them 6 times over the last 2 months because my stuff wasnt picked up. (Hold times are outrageous! 20-60 minutes) They never fixed it, even after I told them I would cancel service if it wasnt taken care of. When I called to cancel, the customer service rep was terrible. Hopefully Ill see a refund, but they say it would be 4-6 WEEKS! Never again.

I have had to call this company 3 times now. Each time Ive been on hold for at least 30 minutes.... worst service Ive ever had. The only reason I stayed on the line was because the military trained me to sit and do nothing for hours on end. This company doesnt even make an effort to help its customers. Terrible service. Oh and Im writing this review while on hold with them.

The companies Customer service is Horrible...They Do Not care in thee end. I would Not Recommend this company to Anyone.When trash was not picked up, by fault of their own, they wanted to charge a 69.00 go back fee. They are not trust worthy At All!!

What a joke so they gave us these new cans so it will be easier for the drivers to collect trash which I understand. However I left 3 small amazon boxes next to the cans because they did not fit. They refused to pick up because they would have to get out of the truck and physically put the boxes in the back. This is pure laziness and honestly is encouraging illegally disposing of trash. I cant believe this is the fact now tell your drivers to get out of the truck and do their job because thats what they are paid to do.

After a holiday they have failed to pickup our trash more than once. Is seems when it snows, they dont pick up our trash when all other trash companies do. Im currently waiting on hold for over thirty minutes to cancel service.They keep raising their rates with terrible service.

Terrible customer service. When our trash can was damaged they were supposed to replace it. They never did. Were still waiting.While we are dealing with the damaged trash can, their drivers didnt bother to our trash. My wife and I both called at different times & were told they would come back later that day to get the garbage. They never showed up.Waste Connections is a monopoly and acts like one. The overcharge and under-deliver. Unfortunately they are the only game in town.

After being a customer for years, my recycling suddenly stopped being picked up. Called and left a message. No response. Called again, was told it would be picked up. But it wasnt. Husband called, was told it would be picked up on our regular week. It wasnt. Called the day it was supposed to be picked up, she says the driver is still out she will text him and have it picked up. Nope!!! Finally, after all these calls and messages, they tell me my recycling was not picked up because it was not in the street. After years of alley pick up, they now need it moved to the street. It would have been nice if they had TOLD me that!!

My recycling didnt get picked up. The recycling bin I got when I moved in to my rental is the same as my trash. This hasnt been a problem before. My neighbors totally different colored bins got picked up. Bunch of nonsense.

They are not responsible for their service( keep skipping service) and they said If I dont call they dont know. Drivers should inform dayly why they missed the pickup. They just care for payments on time .

Aweful service, their live system doesnt even show the trucks been through my neighborhood, looking down the street it certainly has been.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I have spent days and hours trying to get a hold of some one to talk to. I guess you get what you pay for.

We were leaving for a few days, stinky trash was to be picked up before we left, I witnessed the Waste Connections driver attempt to pickup the dumpster using the lift on his truck, the dumpster fell off and spread trash all over the road, the driver got out picked up one bag and threw it in the truck and drove off leaving a major mess on the road and blowing into my neighbors yards. We called Waste Connections and Anna apologized and assured that she would have the truck swing back by and finish emptying our dumpster, we left it at the street for a day & 1-/2, they never came back. We had to re-bag our trash and take it somewhere else to be disposed of before we left.

My trash and recycling have been inexplicably not picked up twice in the six months Ive lived at my house. Each time Ive called, I spend at least 10 minutes on hold before being told they just skipped my house and would try again next week.

Very disappointed with their customer service. Ive been calling every week for a month asking for a repair on the garbage can, and every week we are told we are on the schedule for the next pick up day, and every pick up day they fail to repair our can. Im stuck with the service because my town is under contract with them, but Im letting my voice be heard to my town leaders and to the internet world... if you have a choice to choose another company, you should. is this a first world problem? Yes, and Im completely aware of it, but I cant help but think that they should try a little harder to take care of their customers. Even making an effort to contact me and explain why they cant accomplish what they promised would go a long way towards satisfaction. .. Im not an unreasonable person, if youre out of parts and need to order more, communicate with me and be honest and show integrity.

Worst company ever they never pick up the phone nor call you back when you leave a Voicemail or a Contacts request form online and they never seem to pick up the recycling Bins what’s the point of having recycling bin if they don’t pick them up when they are set outside on the date they need to be picked up just for this I have now transferred services elsewhere waste connections come get your trash cans off pay property !!! I have been with Waste Connections for ten years. They make mistakes sometimes, but have always come through if I called them. Surprised at all the negative reviews here.

The company is horrible to their employees. The majority of their trucks have no air conditioning, no air brakes and are constantly breaking down. The State of Colorado should look into their inspections on the trucks and be cited for the condition they are in. They are not safe for their drivers. I wouldnt even give them one star but had to in order for this to post.

They became greedy because have a monopoly in our area. They increased price from $63 to almost $100 in last couple years. After any hollydays our trash cans stays couple days on road. Ill try to find alternative company.
