Shawn has taken care of my family and I from day 1. I am so blessed to have met him and the volt team. This is the most unprofessional and unresponsive staffing agency I have ever encountered. I have worked for them twice, both short-notice assignments. The first time, they sent me an email with the wrong start date. Now, after doing a next day assignment for them, they dont have my assignment entered in their time system. I am unable to enter my hours worked or get paid. They wouldnt respond to emails or text messages. Their clients should know how they treat their employees. I will be sharing with the company I worked at how awful they are to work for. If you are looking to do temp work, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I tried to use this company and wow what a joke.. They are more interested in telling you how great they are and not worried about getting workers for my company. They want to draw blood and take your first born child. this company is based in California and they are all messed up out they. I would not recommend this company first impression are away the best.

Absolute worst place I have ever dealt with when it comes to employment. They dont care about their employees in the slightest as they are too busy attempting to sympathize with themselves when they get caught up and everyone else is to blame. I filed a sexual harrassment case against a supervisor whom physically touched me and their answer was to fire me and claimed it was due to attendance when I never missed a day and I came to work 35 minutes early everyday. These people disgust me. Especially christine sack

Several years ago, I tried this company. I answered an ad for an IT position. They told me it was open, they talked to me on the phone, and had me go across town for an interview. I put a suit on for the interview and sat through a half-hour long interview, then the woman told me that the position had been filled, and asked me if I would like to work in a plastic factory. They took a lot of my time to try to get me to work in a plastic mill.I saw an employment opportunity on their site recently, and I was hoping that their tactics had changed. They called me and had me come in for an interview. At the interview, I asked who the employer was and they wouldnt tell me who the employer was or where they were located in the city. I suspect that information wasnt given to me, because the company probably does not exist. I took FIVE online tests that I did well on, and then told me, I wasnt exactly what the employer was looking for. I just checked and the job position is still on their site, almost a month later. All they want to do is get your information and waste your time.
