I completed my application and walked out with a job on the same day. Amazing! The staff were very professional; thoroughly answered all my questions; and reviewed all available jobs with me. It was a customized experience, where youll be offered jobs/positions based on your preferences. Since so many employers are urgently needing more workers, the hourly wage is above average (i.e. $13-$15/hour) for the majority. I highly suggest you stop in to Career Concepts if you need an immediate job and dont have too many limitations. Many employers are also offering lots of overtime if you desire that. A valid, unexpired Drivers License (or state-issued photo ID) and your Social Security Card are required for the application and enrollment process. Make sure you bring them with you into the Career Concepts office. Additionally, you will urinate inside of a plastic container (i.e. labeled cup) for their required urinalysis. The UA is a $7.00 fee that you are required to pay (not right then though). If youre going to opt for direct deposit of your paycheck, make sure you bring your routing and account number. The list of available jobs is quite lengthy and impressive. Theres also room for advancement after your probationary period (i.e. temp-to-hire), leadership positions, etc. if you prove to be a solid worker (i.e. work ethic, attitude, aptitude, attendance, etc.). Having a job is better than no job at all. Right? If youre doing what youre able, puttin food their on the table, hey, thats something to be proud of. 👏

Career Concepts was a great place to get really good jobs, especially for this area. They used too work with lots of local employers. I have an issue with the New Branch Manager Michael and the way he conducts his business. He promised many things, but never once returned my calls. In fact the only reason Im giving 3 stars is because of his assistant. She maintained contact when he failed too several times, and she reached out with any and every job they had available. Its a shame Tonya left because this new guy isnt doing his job. I came to the office for an interview and his assistant was the one running around helping everyone while he sat back in his office. He assured me that I had the position, and then he told me unfortunately I didnt make the cut. Which I only knew because his Assistant told me I wasnt apart of the hiring selection. My friend came for her interview and you could clearly tell his Assistant was sick, but she was still attempting to help her. My friend explained that she has an Autoimmune Disease and would prefer if someone else did her interview who wasnt sivk, and the Manager sat back in his office sighing saying seriously? So my friend who drove an hour and a half to get to Franklin left because she cant afford to get sick, and he wasnt interested in getting up from his office & doing what I assume is his job. Its sad that hes so unreliable and uninterested, and I say that because the entire 4 months Ive been dealing with Career Concepts in Franklin he has yet to return any of my calls, and has forgot about my phone interview back in July. Career Concepts is a good place they really did help me a lot before I got married, and I would love to see them flourishing again!

I went through the Franklin office, got a great job in a new field. Worked there for 5 years, numerous raises, and they even paid for additional education. Only left that position when I was able to move onto something even better. It was a great stepping stone for me!

Using Career Concepts has its ups and downs. Many companies that utilize their services for employees, just dont have the intention to hire full time. They use workers, giving false hopes that they will hire full time, but dont. Its easier to use a temp for a short period of time, than it is to hire them and give them benefits and vacation time off. Career concepts is good for those who want to gain experience in different areas for short amounts of time...other than that, it would be better to find a full-time job yourself.

I recently moved up here and went to career concepts for some temp work until I can find a steady job. They advertised jobs left and right for over 10 an hour which is decent for temp work. I applied and got a call the next day for a plastic manufacturer. It only paid 8 but I took the job. After 3 hours I could tell they were sticking me with all the work nobody else wanted to do. I still stayed the entire shift so I didnt give them a bad name. The next day I called them over 5 hours before my shift so they could replace me with a different individual. They said they didnt have any other work. I called 4 days straight asking for work and always got the same run around. I would never recommend this company. They dont apply or even look at the skills you have. Youre simply a body thats going to be used to fill a slot somewhere.

I found Career Concepts when looking for job and wasnt sure about it at first. I first thought that they couldn’t provide me anything that I could not provide myself by hitting the ground early and daily. I found that they had a lot of jobs available that could not be found anywhere else other than in the hidden job market. If you are looking for a job in a specific market, go to Career Concepts. The reason I gave them 5 stars was because their speed and service is dynamite. They are very responsive and had insightful responses to my questions. If I could complain about anything is that they have yet to switch to direct deposit which does make it daunting after a while.

The worst, place to go if you are in dire need of work. They advertise these jobs that you get. The agents have the worst atitude ever, you will feel worse about your situation going up there. I have called them for a week straight and no response.. In my opinion every last one of those workers should be fired and replaced with workers who are not only compassionate but who are willing to work.. At this point I am done with them and whoever reads this go someplace else, you stand a better chance of getting a job!!!!!!!

They will make you sign a sheet, stating that you receive certain things, then they dont give them to you. If you sign up with them, they consider you eternally working for them. They tell you that they will call you, then dont. If you try to claim unemployment, after not calling for one week (and not getting a job), they will tell UC that you voluntarily quit, you will NOT get benefits, and youll have a quit on your permanent record.They smile to your face, then when your back is turned, they put a knife in it. Ive worked with other temporary agencies and have never been treated like this.

Really dont recommend to look for them. I submitted my resume almost 2 months, and found lots of office jobs fits me on their website. But every time when I called local office in Erie, the account manager told me had to call on Friday or next Monday, or they would call me back the next day(actually they didnt call me back even once), or they didnt hear any response from the job. I found I almost waste 2 months in this agency and get nothing. If they dont have these jobs, why do they post them online? And I also feel unsafe, because you have to give all your personal informations to them( including SSN), they might use these informations do some identity fraud.None of their staff tell the truth of what they are doing for you.If you dont have any skill or diploma, maybe you can get a cheap labor job here, but if you are professional, really not recommend to this agency.
