I reported a problem months ago like may or march hoses leaking on rail went in same bay to find those same hoses are leaking. Thanks for coupon but still wasted my 13 dollar wash. Other then that ive like them

Always a well maintained facility. Very reasonable prices on the cars washes and the machines do a thorough job washing my car.

They need to repar their equipment I wasnt impressed with my wash and the dryer sucked

The 12th and Pittsburgh ave location is junk. I have used it about 4 times and every time i have been disappointed with the way the vehicle looks when done. The one by the airport is much better.

Always my go to place when my car needs a good quick washing! There was a time when the wash wasnt as good as usual, they were very understanding and had no problem making it right.

All summer the car wash has run great. Winter is where you MUST wash the salt off and they were able to keep up. Only issue we had was one bat went down mid wash and we had to roll on with a suds covered car. For some reason we were totally cool with it. Called the office and they mailed us a free wash.

Put my money in the box......door didnt open.......went online to find a number to call to get my money back since no one was around, and there was no information on what number to call. Finally got through after several tries. Got a voucher in the mail for a car wash about a week later..........buyer beware!!

Ive gone twice in two days (once in each bay) and both times did not get the triple shine foam (barely came out and was not foamy at all.) if Im paying 11 dollars for basically what I could get for an 8 dollar wash, theres a problem. Dont go here because it cant be relied on to get what you paid for

Seems to frequently break down, and prices were just increased recently as well. The prices shouldnt be so high for a touch-less automatic car wash. But its accessible and the wait is usually shorter than other washes and locations.

Not my favorite car wash but at least it didnt break down.

I didnt want to give them a star but since thats the only way to leave feedback I had to. Wish I could take a few stars.Last time I checked, a vacuum is supposed to remove dirt and debris from carpet and floor mats. I have gone twice to this location to try and clean my floors.The vacuum wont pick up the dirt or tiny pebbles from my carpet, let alone my floor mats.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS PLACE...UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY.

I just paid the 11$ for the best car wash...Well I would never recommend this place to get your car wash to anyone.Because after I was done, my car still was dirty and had mud still all over it. And then you have to pay to use the vacuum, and it doesnt even dry your car really. It only half ass washes it amd dryes it.When you go to other places in the area its free to use the vacuum. And they do a better job at cleaning your car.I will NEVER come to a Niagara car wash ever again.

Autowash was great, but 12 dollars....the sweeper was partially cracked so barely worked

Equipment works well. A little more expensive than some of the older ones, but does a better job and they accept AMEX.

BOTH times I went to the 12th St location I was disappointed. The bay the right did not clean all the soap off above the rear passenger door and the bay on the left did not have the blue component to the triple wax. (Only red and yellow). Ill be looking for another place to wash my car.

$8 to $11 dollars a wash. Undercagage wash only sprays for 3 seconds only gets a quarter of the undercarriage.

Seems like it has gotten a bit more expensive but besides that I have always had a good experience there and never had a problem.
