This is by far the best agency I have ever been too! Tony was very professional and and explained everything to me in very good detail I would recommend them to anyone!

Every time I turn around they take more and more money out of my account. My payment is 186. A month. Christmas eve they took 710 I havent been in any accidents in 3 to 4 years.Every time I text email or even leave a voice message he doesnt respond. That place would probably be closed if it wasnt for his staff

Would not recommend this agent or office. All Tony wants is to sell you. When you need help he won’t even return a phone call. He wants to see you yearly to sell you more products. Funny how he wants to sell State Farm mortgage but yet he and his wife are in a Marquette mortgage add! Do not recommend this agent,

Rate went up 2nd month in. Had to call their corporate office to get it back to the correct premium. Also, Tony wouldnt take no for an answer about life and homeowners insurance.So when i got home I Called tonys receptionist and said i didnt want it. I told her i didnt want to talk to tony again because i didnt want him to keep bugging me to keep it. She said ok. Yet a year later when i see my policy statement they kept it on my policy! I go in for my annual review a week later and told Tony it was there but i cancelled. He became very rude and snippy. Saying his receptionist would have told me i had to come sign something to cancel. He argued with me for over 5 mins until i gave up. He was bickering like a child trying to have the last word. Then he tried talking me into keeping it again. I told him i had money invested. He tried conning me into it for another few minutes. He said my family wouldnt get my money quick. I explained how they would. Then he asked how much money i have saved. Which is absolutely none of his business!!! I literally had to yell i dont want it for him to stop hounding me. He lied to me, charged me more than agreed, and was very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say I changed insurance carriers. I do not recommend going here for car insurance.

He does not listen when we tell him a certain relative has passed away and keeps sending a letter with the passed relatives name one it when we told him about 20 times already now.
