I was brand new to getting onto my own insurance about a year ago. I was recommended this office by a friend. When I went in, Summer was SO helpful and explained everything to me (being a total newbie to all things insurance). The rate was so good, I couldnt pass it up and they just reached out to me and said rates were dropping because of the pandemic and their customers couldnt afford it. My rate is now under $500 for FULL COVERAGE every 6 months! Highly recommend this office for all your insurance needs. I get auto and renters insurance through them :)

Just had a windshield repaired. The job was botched. The glass company just came out to look at (gasket around windshield is now shredded along the bottom). They said they would check with State Farm. They refuse to make it right. We have been with State Farm for almost 10 years for both auto and homeowners. We are searching for a new insurance company and agent today.

This is the worst insurance company I have dealt with. They started me out at a great rate, then suddenly jacked up my rate. When I called the office to find out why, my guy was never their or on the other line. And never once called me back. Will never deal with this company again.
