Getting a timely response in an emergency was difficult

My husband and I have been dealing with this insurance company for over 30 years and we are more than happy with the attention this office had provided for us. They are super attentive and quick to follow through with their services. If you have a stupid question and dont understand something they dont belittle you but explain everything clearly until you can understand with ease. A great down home feel! Thanks for being so friendly and efficient!

We get our Car Insurance through this nice group of gals and pals. I must say Ive never had a better experience with car insurance. They are timely, friendly, and knowledgeable! Also not to mention CHEAP if your havent slammed into a bunch of stuff LoL!

After six years of smooth sailing, we decided to switch insurance companies when our request for a quote on a new home was met with poor customer service. When I called to cancel, I was told to put my request in writing, which I immediately did. I received no response, and a month later, was charged again via autopay. I called again, and was told that it would be taken care of. After another two weeks with no response, I went to the office in person, was told that I would need to provide a copy of my new policy, which I did, and left assured that all was taken care of. A week and a half later, I have yet to receive confirmation of cancellation or my refund. This process is a few days shy of two months now; Ive filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes that they can help me get this wrapped up. Very disappointed.
