First time here and I was highly impressed. I’ve been to other nail salons but they are by far the best. They are super clean, which is important to me, friendly, and take their time. I will definitely be back.

I went here because I heard good things about them.The guy who did my nails was good, but he didnt cover my nails completely with the gel polish. The towels he put on my hands gave me 1st degree burns. The gel top coat was put on very messy and covered my toes and burned my skin under the UV lamps.

Professional and caring. You will not find a better nail salon.

Alex, My Experience Was Perfect! I called and was able to get in same day for a classic pedicure - on a Saturday! My experience was perfect from that appointment by email to walking out the door. The salon is neat and clean, there are no overpowering chemical odors.

Best nail salon experience Ive ever had. The technicians are all very polite, friendly, and professional. The work is top notch. Lots of color selection, calm and clean salon, prices are pretty typical. I have tried many other salons and this one stands a notch above.

Language barrier.

They are polite but their work is not what you would expect. Its half done. One hand will look great and the other hand wont look anything like the other (especially if your getting a design done). Also they are too quick to listen to what you really tell them about how you want your nails done. I have one hand that the length and shape is one way and the other hand is a different length and shape.

Simon and team are amazing. I always enjoy the service they provide. The organic pedicure is highly recommended.

Best local place I have walked in a long time. Called and got an appointment right away. I love the powder dip it lasts long and so many color choices environment was welcoming nice music station ! Trinity took her time and made sure I was happy Simon was very nice I also noticed he was very helpful to all clients! I like that they give a nice hand massage and warm towels afterwards. I will be going back again for sure

Visiting the area for work and decided to get my nails done. Found this gem of a salon and I’m so glad that I did.Simon is absolutely amazing!! The environment is so clean and friendly!! The best work I have ever received for a manicure. The healthy nail option is absolutely fantastic! If I could give more stars I would.I hate I live 19 hours from this place but I will be going back as long as I am here.

Ive been to every nail shop in Ephrata and this is THE BEST shop Ive been to. No rush, new sterile equipment for each customer and my nails look amazing!

Very clean! Owners are very friendly and great conversationalists!I had a deluxe pedicure done and it was fabulous. Highly recommend the paraffin dip on your feet!I am a licensed massage therapist and do a style of massage called Ashiatsu where I massage with my feet. I can feel confident knowing that feet are soft, presentable, and Ashiatsu ready for my clients.

I don’t know if the guy that did mine was in a rush or what but he ripped around my nails so bad, they were so rough looking. he didn’t even paint the whole nail, the acrylic was SO bumpy and uneven & i asked for it to be thin and it was thick lol. overall it was just an awful job. i’ve never had my nails look so terrible after leaving a salon. definitely don’t recommend this spot & would not return. too bad i had to pay for such an awful job. only positive thing i have to say is the nail color selection was very large & they had a lot of pretty colors.

At first I loved it they were super nice until my nails started turning brown I asked them why that happened in the blamed it on me. I then asked for a refund and they blocked and deleted their Facebook. They were also very unprofessional with my friend who got their nails done and they turned brown as well.

Expensive and quality of work needs to be better. Could use more training.

People are nice, gel polish only lasts a week. Never had gel peel so fast, dont know if its their technique or the polish they use

A friend of mine went with her friend. They were sooo UPSET. The pure unprofessional nature they were shown is a joke. BLOCKING them on facebook because you dont like negative feedback us rIdiculous. Thats how you GROW! I wantec to try this place but now have NO desire due to the horrible unprofession nature and terrible job you did on 2 people!
