Absolutely loved this place for my first time. They were really nice and the guy who was working on my nails was kind and attentive. Definitely will be coming back again. I felt to horrible when i was walking out and I forgot to tip😭, he definitely 100% deverved one, for the work he put in and for his suggestions!

I’ve come to this nail spa at least 6 times now and have had absolutely stunning nails, the girls do a wonderful job. This last time 6/24/21 was anything but perfect, I didn’t get a name but the man I had, cut all 10 of my fingers! And he filed down the sides of my natural nails to the point they all bled! Saw I was bleeding and raw and kept filling! I left almost in tears. I’m now stuck with uneven, thick chunky looking acrylic nails and not to mention painful bloody and swollen fingers. Not impressed and definitely won’t be returning for a long time.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I never do negative reviews but this is necessary - I have been here several times, every time I am met with extreme rudeness and very sub par nails for the price. Today I showed up no appointment, which they require. Per their sign you are welcome to come in and see when you can make an appointment - which is what I did. I advised the male working the counter I did not have one and was interested in the next open time. He completely ignored me and turned to the other people waiting in line behind me and worked with them. I was completely shocked at the utter disregard for my question and presence in the salon. Idk why I even came here, tigons nails is close by and I cannot recommend them enough! Never again!

Unsure who my nail tech was however he was fantastic. Got a pedicure. Very attentive to the massage part of the pedicure. Was very pleasant andy toes and feet look fantastic. Thank you so much!!

The only thing why I give you 4 stars 🌟 is because the guy dont give you enough time, I mean he works so fast and has to do customer service too . The service was very fast and finished of my nails 💅 wasnt done as a really like it.In other times they doing better.....

Rude staff! Went in to inquire about a pedicure and was informed that they were full for the day and that it’s appts only. I was going to schedule an appt for another day and asked when it changed as they haven’t always required appts. Got a rude response of “uh like a while ago”. Will not be giving this establishment my business.

Not a lot of pampering and relaxation.... Two times I visited she seemed to be in a hurry and chatting on her phone... Fastest I ever had a pedicure and manicure no time to relax...I dont think Ill be going back

I never give a bad review to any place. But I dont even want to give a start to this place. As a consumer, I am very sure that I have the right to make demands and should be respected. But since I walked into this place, no one introduced themselves. There is a woman who help with me nails, I told her of my request. She never responded to any of my words, nor follow my request to trim my nails. She repeatedly added glue to my extended nails, which caused my nails to look very thick and short, and there was some dredging on my fingers because she was over-trimming. I told her that this was not what I wanted. She looked at me with a very rude face and told me that another person would come and do my nails. Then she left, she went to help someone. So I waited from 3:01 to 3:38 and no one came to do me nails. I told their manager, this manager is also very rude, he told me if I dont want to wait, I can leave. Later on, I contact this place and there is no apologies at all, the person who ran their Facebook told me he is the manager but not willing to solve anything. He asked me do not comeback, in his point, cheap price shouldnt have a good attitude for service. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

Very professional, clean and friendly. They have a wide selection of colors to choose from and can do any design that you bring to them. Their prices definitely match the quality! I highly recommend!!

Then you guys should of ask each other about price because she told me one price and you told me another ! I never ask her to take them off I asked her to FIX them what she do get up and walked away and u guys charged me for gel polish that I didn’t even get 😁 I had a appointment like I did and u guys took someone first that didn’t because she needed to leave I was there for 3 hours ! I wasn’t going to get charged for something that wasn’t done right ....WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!LADY WAS UNPROFESSIONAL I ASKED HER TO FIX MY NAILS SHE REFUSED SHE SAID SHE WOULD TKE EM OFF & I HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET EM DONE!.ON TOP OF THAT MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 4 & TOOK THEM 45mins to get me started FOR A REFILL THEN THEY ENDED UP DOING A FULLSET! A GUY SAID HE WOULD DO EM FOR ME THEN HE CHARGED ME DOUBLE THE PRICE THE LADY WAS GOING TO CHARGE & did them EXTRA SMALL!! They offered me a 10% & NEVER GAVE IT TO ME THT HE COULDNT DO NOTHING ABOUT THE PRICE !! Do NOT RECOMMEND DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM LANCASTER TO EPHRATA FOR THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

First time here and it was the worst manicure and service I have received. The manicurist never told me her name or even gave me a friendly smile. I understand that its the holiday weekend and that they are probably working long hours, so this wouldnt have bothered me had I received a better manicure. She did a poor job with my nails (see pictures) and then left me for 10 minutes to take care of two girls that arrived after me (I am sure they were her regulars). She literally removed their gel nail polish and treated them with a different level of service than I received...which was frustrating because I am also a PAYING customer. Not worth the money!! I highly recommend nail savvy in downtown Ephrata. MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND QUALITY MANICURES.

The inside is beautiful and calming, the tvs werent at an appropriate volume and even the nail techs were calm and pleasant. I came in with a friend of mine and we still had to sit eith the barrier up which was a little odd, but they were quick and did a great job. I didnt love the fact that they peeled my old gel polish off my nails (especially when Ive had it just wiped off with remover before). Overall it was a good experience!Quick edit: my nail polish was PEELED off with nail clippers, it was wiped once and then peeled. My polish lasted about 2 weeks before it started chipping, usually when I get the gel polish it lasts until my next session.

She is the best person Ive had do my nails and shes the only person .She is so amazing she always takes her time, Ill ever go to. I hope she stays here.

I came in to get the acrylics they put on a couple weeks prior taking off. the girl RIPPED them off instead of trying to soak them or anything. she just kept looking at me when i would wince in pain. no one cared

Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Got seated at a station right away. Salon is attractive and clean. I was impressed with the service. Dean did a fabulous job on my nails... even given a gift of lotion when I left. This is my new salon.

I was there two days ago and I normally never have a problem there except this time this younger girl had me feel very uncomfortable. She asked me what colors and I told her that I wanted something natural but something Christmas like. She showed me this bright colors and I said, no, I want something natural and a Christmas like. She was so rude and goes, I heard you but youre not helping I wasnt sure what I wanted so I started feeling extra uncomfortable wanting to get up and leave. I stuck it out and eventually found my colors. She was a little slow which is fine. I assumed she was new at this so it was okay. She was gentle but when I was in the process of removing my polish off my nails she left....and for 7 long minutes....I looked at the clock with my daughter holding my phone since sits patiently with my phone while I get my nails done. When she gets back, she goes on her phone making a phone call not even acknowledging me..I dont mind if someone is checking their phone but a phone call? What in the world?..it was so strange and so unprofessional... I was shocked this company lets her work like this here..now its been two days and my nails are already chipping.... Not sure if I want to go back because of how unprofessional it was on a Tuesday.

I’ve been going to this place for about two months now & absolutely love it! Dean is my nail guy & he does such a good job, Calvin is also good. It’s a younger staff and they are all friendly. Prices are great! They also play great music. Not a bad experience yet. So happy I finally found a nail salon that I love n that the customer service is on point.

I will not go anywhere else for my nails. The prices are good and the work they do is high quality.

Brian took his time with my nails, and they are perfect! Just what I wanted. Not too thick, perfect shape, all the same size. Great price for the quality of work. Drove 45 minutes to this salon, and I will be coming back to him!

I love coming here for my eyebrows, but yesterday a different younger and inexperienced girl did them so carelessly. I needed them done for a wedding in a couple days and now they look horrible!! She didnt even get all the hair off and had to redo one. The other one looked horrible, but I didnt want her touching it so I didnt say anything. Then she asked if I wanted wax remover and soothing gel. I had no idea if those were absolutely necessary or not and I just wanted to get out of there, so I said no. Well, it turns out theyre both necessary and she shouldve known that. Now I have wax stuck on my face and my skin looked horribly inflamed. Usually a very nice middle-aged lady does my brows FLAWLESSLY. I really missed having her do them. Idk if she was off that day or if she doesnt work there anymore or what. Im going to go in one more time and if the experienced lady isnt there, Im never coming back. Im extremely disappointed that they would let this inexperienced very young girl do any eyebrow work or at least without someone overseeing her work.

My nails are so bubbly and thick I needed one repaired and my real nail is sticking out from underneath. Place looks great, even made an appointment... apparently theyre happy with their clientele and dont need to make any new customers happy.

They always do a great job on your nails. Not many salons actually cater to their clients but they do here! They are professional, clean, and sanitary! They also do a great job on your nails as well. Also, not many salons can do gel nails without it being bumpy and lumpy but mine were baby smooth honey! They are very nice people and I will return soon.

Liked my French manicure nails. We had made an appointment but had to wait our turn with the walk-ins. Also my stylist didnt speak English so I had to have another employee translate whenever I tried to tell her something

I normally always have a great experience here, but today was a little disappointing to me. I went in for a gel pedicure and full set manicure. I got the pedicure done first and there was bubbles everywhere. I got my manicure done second, there was middle aged women that did my nails and filed them so horribly. Some of my nails looked like they were pointing upwards out of my fingers and many others were crooked. So I requested one of the guys to fix them. One of the younger gentlemen came over and did his best to fix them but they were so horrible, they were beyond fixing at this point. I then paid and left very annoyed, I ended up coming back 20 minutes later to get them fixed, and they charged me AGAIN! Needless to say, I spent well over $100 for and mani and a pedi, so I am very upset with their service today. I was one of their regulars and always got my nails done here, plus referred a lot of my friends to go here. very disappointed.

If I could leave 1 star I would! I made an appointment 6 hours in advance for 3 manicures. They accepted it but when we got there we waited at the receptionist desk for 5 minutes without anyone even saying hello to us. There were 4 girls waiting in front of us and after waiting for over a half an hour as the workers helped the girls in front of us we decided to leave. We made it known we were going to walk out and none of the employees said a word to us! They were obviously busy but we made an appointment and were there on time for it. I will not return!

I get acrylics here and my nails are always done nicely and in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

Quick service and friendly staff. The only thing was how quick the service was. I felt like they just wanted me in and out. Other then that my pedicure lasted for at least 2 weeks. I would pick another place to go if you are looking to take your time in relaxing. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Overall it was an okay experience. I took two of my kids along and got an acrylic set on one, the tech did not listen to what she wanted for length,19$ for a basic manicure with French tips with acrylic polish for the other and they chipped the night they were done. I had an eyebrow wax, a callous treatment pedicure and a manicure with French tips with acrylic polish, mine chipped after 2 days but I was happy with the eyebrows and the pedicure. I recommend if youre going to spend the money maybe get the gel instead of acrylic polish. I probably wont be returning for nail stuff but waxing I might.

Great service

I went for a brow wax and pedicure. Wax was fine, just done very quickly which surprised me. During the pedicure, the tech made me bleed and was ripping skin and part of my nail off. My nail is now red, swollen and infected looking and painful. I made a comment that it was hurting while she was doing it but she didn’t acknowledge me speaking. I will not be returning.

Everything I go here everyone is so nice n sweet .They do a wonderful job n they will walk you threw what they think should happen but if u say what ya want they do it. I requested long, acrylic, white tips. I left with a sporty length. Attendant kept telling me this was what I wanted and ignored me when I said it wasnt. The more I complained, the more I was told it looked nice and would wear well for a busy lifestyle. The manicure was for a modeling position in another state and I was flying out on the morning.Very disappointed.

I have never had a problem with my nails. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with my nails. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. Thanks Salon

Had my nails done by an older woman Sunday morning. She messed up my one nail and the gel polish chipped the same day. I called the next day and came in Tuesday and they fixed my nails with no problems!!

I absolutely love this place!!!! I was going to the same person for years he did wonderful work and then he started to rush through it to the point where my acrylics were all bumpy and uneven ..... i decided to give LA nails a shot and am very impressed not only with how clean the nail salon is but the quality of work and the fact I got exactly what I wanted when I sat in their chair!!!! I WILL BE BACK!!! BTW I am a cosmetologist who used to do her own nails so I know the process and they r beyond wonderful!!7 months later and I am still impressed I refuse to go anywhere else!!!!! They just did a maroon matte polish on my 1.5 inch nails and let me tell you how much I love them!!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Mediocre manicures at best. Their gel manicures never last very long and Ive never had a manicurist here who got my cuticles thoroughly. Try Nail Savvy in downtown Ephrata for a better manicure for less money.

Next day top coat starting peeling And charged 2 extra dollars for my 4 nails I like a design on. Never got charged for my design at 99 nails.

Gives you appointment times and does not stick with them and does not notify you if youre appointment needs moved horrible business.....

Got my nails done here today. While I will say the staff is nice, the girl that did my nails was rushing AND unattentive even though they clearly were not busy. I got a basic manicure. Was sat over at the drying station for 45 minutes!!!! While she was on her phone. Once she decided to check on my nails the left hand came out all streaky and she told me okay your good. Once I pointed out the issue, she fixed 3 out of the 5 fingers. Set them to dry and I was told I am good to go after another 20 minutes but, they problem was not fixed at all!! So displeased and will not return! Why would you clearly see a paying customer service nails botched up after YOUR service and think thats ok?!

The first time I came here, Just wanted to try the luck, surprisingly, I got a surprise beyond my expectations, I enjoyed their work, friendly, caring, careful. My feeling is very comfortable, look, my nails are so lovely, I love this place, I will come back again and, introduce to you my friend.
