Great place if you don’t mind reservations made in person being undercut and then being told “You must have made a mistake”. Let them go out of business for all I care.

Make sure that the lady actually reserves the dolly you need. That way you dont get there and have to settle for what they have. Shell also argue about the conversation you had on the phone. Good news is that at least the truck I needed was there.

I would recommend this location over and over. I interacted with both gentlemen and they were unbelievably fantastic. I had an incredible experience. They were understanding of my situation and even offered me a couple extra days for my truck. I wanted a 10 truck and they did not have any available, so they gave me a 15 truck at no extra cost. Their equipment was great, and they even helped with hooking up the auto tow and making sure my car was safe and secure. This location was absolutely fantastic!

Got a quote for a moving truck. The person we dealt with was friendly and very informative

I used this location multiple times without issues. However the one timeI really needed them to get it right they totally screwed me over. They told me to my face that it was guaranteed my truck would be available even though they didnt have any 15 foot trucks on site.I then get a call less than 12 hours from pick up time (6am) that its not available. They then tried to up sell me on a larger truck but I needed the smaller one specifically to fit inside a loading dock in another state.They really ruined this job for me and I will never do with them again.

If you value your time, money, safety, and cargo, I wouldn’t do business here. I understand it’s rare to have to return a trailer for having an infestation of ants. But having to then swap a second trailer for a third one due to having bald tires is proof of a lack of professionalism for this team. They did not even check to ensure the safety of the unit before renting it out. Lastly, after assisting the team with hooking up the third trailer, I drove off only to be waved down by another driver for my cargo door being unlatched and swinging in the wind. This is my fault. I should have not relied on this teams’ standard of safety before driving off. I’ve had good experiences with Uhaul dealers before, but this one was by far the worse. I give two star because they are a kind staff. But the level of expertise and professionalism is lacking.

The owners are very nice and helpful. Jim made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the car transport trailer we were renting. He even provided us with wood blocks so we do not damage our vehicle when pulling up on the trailer. We have rented a car transport trailer every time we moved and no U haul place had ever thoroughly explained how to use it like Jim did. Customer service is always top on my list when deciding who to do business with, this place provides you with that. They go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Think of the type of costumer service your parents /grandparents always rave they had back in the day. This place reminds of that kind of service.

They double charged me. They were rude. They are crooks.

Great service towards all their customers to include service members. The manager/owner was very nice and helpful. My move days exceeded the 6 day I was slotted and he gave me an extra week free of charge. They also let me park my packed Uhaul on site also for free so I didn’t have to tow it whilr visiting family before my PCS. I highly recommend this Uhaul company before the others!

Went to the uhaul in dothan and its day and night compared to this uhaul in enterprise in terms of facility and service. Would recommend any other uhaul in the area.
