So my fiance had a great experience renting the car, for the most part, the car was very nice. It did have something on the seats that didnt look to pleasant, we cleaned it ourselves. We returned the car with a full tank, maybe literally just below the line and a little before time. The man had my fiance go top off the gas, and then charged us an hour late fee for 3 minutes late after making her go to put gas in it. They also told her when she rented the car she had a 10 minute leadway. Great experience other than that.

They do not clean or sanitize the cars. Very slow customer service and they do not acknowledge you when you come in

Enterprise did not have any vehicles despite us having made a reservation, so we went to Hertz and were able to get a vehicle that day in the exact size we needed. It was a long wait though.

Im glad we chose Hertz. Amanda was very Nice. Everyone there is very helpful and pleasent. Even waiting to be picked up and dropped back off at home I was done inside and hour. From now on we will always use hertz. Needless to say I wont be using our previous car rental agency. For MANY Years we have dealt with another company (I wont say any names 3Nt3rPr13E car rental )... We ended up having to go to Hertz because the other rental company refused our reservation. THANKS Hertz and the Wiregrass Outdoors Family!!!!

On the 3rd of July I was on a one way trip Hertz rental from clarksville Tn, to Enterprise Al. I was going to be about 30 minutes past the closing time. They dont offer a drop box service so I was in bad shape as I was in the middle of a military move and could not wait another day to begin my move (possibly later because of the 4th of july). The representative at enterprise location ( I think his name was David) was gracious enough to wait for me to arrive. I am very grateful that people like him still exist in this world. Thanks!!!
