Horrible rental car agency! I would give it ZERO stars if i could! The only reason myself and most of the other people around town rent from this place is because they’re the only ones in town. This place has over charged me and said I had the vehicle longer than I did which resulted in corporate having to get involved and refunding me.On this last trip I booked a vehicle to be picked up at 12 noon, it wasn’t ready until 5pm, I was advised I would be given an upgrade due to the issue, that never happened. Instead I got a small car, that was out of fuel and running on fumes. Even the service engine/maintenance light was on! The car was dirty and full of used napkins and cigarette butts. On top of that it had the strong odor of cigarette smoke! This was by far the worst vehicle I have ever rented from enterprise and will definitely consider driving the extra 25 miles to the next city to rent from another company.

9/7/2021I reserved a car online and got there a little bit early so I did have to wait but that was not their fault they had customers in front of me. When it was my turn they did not have a full-size car that I had reserved so they upgraded me to a small SUV once it was my turn. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes, and still ahead of my reservation time. Great customer service on pick up I will edit the review on drop off.9/21/2021I needed to extend my rental for two weeks due to my car still be in the shop. I called on the 20th the day before my return first thing in the morning when they opened. I called three different times to the local office we’re no one picked up the phone. I finally had to call the 800 number and was told that they would get in contact with the local enterprise office and they would have them contact me. I informed him that I was having to return the car the very next day in the morning and I was told not to worry about it.The next day I got up drove my car all the way back (from Andalusia) to the local office And they acted like they did not know what I was talking about. Needless to say I was perturbed, so I turned the car in and rented from Mitchell Nissan.

Unfortunately the entire rental was below expectations. The customer service was good, but the rest, not so much. I picked up the car an hour early, which was great. It usually takes about 30-45 minutes to get a car from this location, so I went early thinking I was going to wait around like usual, but that didnt happen. The car was supposed to be a free up grade, but that didnt happen. The cars fuel light was on and I had to go straight to a gas station. The outside of the car was filthy. The car vibrated the entire time I was on the highway going 65-70mph. When I returned the car a day early, they still charged me for an additional day; I was able to get it corrected after a couple calls, but wow.

This is the THIRD time Ive rented a car from them and Ive NEVER had a problem! EXCELLENT customer service, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF, they dont hesitate to explain anything if you dont understand, and no matter what the circumstances are that youre renting the car (vacation, family reunion, family illness/funeral, etc.) they wont hesitate to help you find the best choice to fit your travel needs!

I had a rental car reserved for 9am because of an insurance claim. By 11am--my first opportunity to get the the rental facility, there are no cars available. They suggested I come back in an hour. Of course that in noon--and when I get back, they all decide to take lunch. I finally get into the car at 1250. Everyone I encountered was border-line rude or indifferent. Parker seemed to energize the other workers--he did not get there until about 1215.It was a train wreck of an experience--I was not the only waiting over an hour between 11 and 12. A lady that was there before my arrival at 11 didnt get her car until well after 12.Enterprise (the city needs) more options.

We rented van and when I got it home I realized inside was dirty. Cup holders were dirty. Some were actually sticky And side of car above a couple holders had splashed drinks on it. There was cookie wrapper in back of seat. Sticky blue food like substance next to car seat latch. In these virus times we rely on clean cars. I had to disinfect car my self. I didn’t have time for another car or to bring it back. I have rented before from Enterprise and never had such a problem.

I’ve rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the pass and the customer service has it ups and downs. I rented a vehicle from the location in Enterprise, Al again, the young gentleman named Marquis Curry that helped me on this Monday, he is friendly, with a beautiful smile, he is very patient, his professionalism is impeccable!!!Absolutely the Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any location, I will ask for him again or wait in line until he is done WoW!!!!

We reserved an SUV in advance for our vacation. When we arrived, there was two SUVs on the lot. We were the 2nd customer there that morning waiting for them to open. The man ahead of us rented one of the SUVs. The office staff told us the other SUV was rented to a lady that should arrive at 10:15. Told us another SUV may come I later, but never did while we were there .So we left without a rental. Five different families were there with the same problem as us...so disappointing. Why make a reservation!!!

I made an online reservation and went to pick up my car that day. When I arrived, I was told there were none available. I asked why did they take my reservation, or why didnt they call me and let me know it wasnt available. No response from the staff. I wasted my afternoon driving to pick up a reserved car that wasnt available.

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would! The Customer Service is HORRIBLE‼️ They gave me a car that was dirty and smelled sweaty. I waited SEVERAL HOURS only to get put in a tiny compact car when I reserved a full sized vehicle. The customer service is SO BAD, they left and went home for the day and I was still in the parking lot wiping the inside of the car down with Lysol wipes after I asked for it to be sanitized! Oh, and not to mention when I actually started home on the car, it started making a noise and the car shakes and drives bouncy when you get up to a certain speed! The car is still in my possession but it’s definitely a hazard and not safe to drive. I will be returning it tomorrow!Save yourself the headache and use another rental company‼️🤬

Can I give less than 1 star? Horrible service!!! Booked 34 days in advance. Spoke with someone on Tuesday prior to pickup on Friday to confirm SUV. Received a call from Enterprise at 256pm on Thursday to confirm an SUV, tried to call Enterprise location for the next 2 hours and did not answer. Arrived at Enterprise location at 8am on Friday and was told they did not have a vehicle available for me at that time. There was an Escalade on the lot. I was told they had a vehicle in the shop and a van which was dirty. All vehicles were rented at that time!! We were leaving on a trip that afternoon and I had planned my whole day around that pickup time (which I had confirmed on Tuesday). I had to have minor repairs on my Yukon and put it in the shop the day prior. I had been told at 256pm the day prior I would have kept my vehicle for my trip. The manager informed me it was my fault I had asked for a vehicle when there was a shortage. I was also informed other people had extended their rentals and it was not fair to make them turn in vehicles that had been previously booked to other people. I called customer service 5 times on Friday and as of today Wednesday, have not received a call back from an area manager. I finally got a minivan at 230pm on Friday which was not what I had requested but had enough room for my trip. Very poor management!!! I will never use Enterprise again!!! Awful!!

This is the car they gave me. It was dirty, it stank and every surface felt sticky. I dont want to know what was that on the driver seat. Mitchell Nissan had better cars for the same price. And that message they left below? That is a scam. Ive messaged them several times to see if they are going to do something about it and all they say is; we will look into the situation.

I usually dont write reviews, but this one of those! I pick my rental on March 12Love that the vehicle was available right away, but was not cleaned and sanitize, I had to do that myself. Never got the contract they told me I was getting it on my email! Never happened, the fuel was a quarter of the tank when pickup, at the return I was expected to have it full wish I did, now still havent got my deposit back, and been waiting for couples of hours on the phone for a representative to answer that that location.

If you have this many bad reviews then evidently you don’t care and have poor employees and poor management. You give the same response to every rating. My husband has been trying to reach you for two days about picking up his rental that the insurance company arranged for and NO ONE will answer. You didn’t even answer when he called customer service and they tried to call.

I don’t like to complain. I just ignore, give people grace, and move on with my life. But after hours of phone calls, we’re not getting a response. We picked up this minivan at the @enterprise in Enterprise, AL and not only did it smell strongly of smoke, but it hadn’t been cleaned or sanitized. They said their cleaning standards were even higher due to covid, which is great considering my health condition. But this has 100% fallen through the cracks. We called to change cars, but the local office didn’t answer. After hours on hold with the National office, they told us to contact the local Enterprise. So disappointed in their customer service and cleanliness. We finally had to wash and sanitize it ourselves and get on the road.

Will never be using Enterprise again. I made a reservation for 8am and upon arrival I was told that they didnt have any vehicles. The employee said he would call if one became available after I explained that I needed one now and had already made the reservation and it was accepted. Employee was not very kind or understanding about anything. Would not recommend using Enterprise.

I work for a company that has me traveling s lot. I rent probably 15-20 cars per year on average. My wife and I needed a car from our insurance while our truck was in the repair shop. I called ahead since we live over 45 minutes away and weve got three kids ten and under. I was told they had a car ready and would hold it for us. When we got there, the car wasnt there for us. The guy (Tristan) made some excuse and said I mustve talked to someone else (I know I talked to a lady on the phone) but that hed get us set up in one that just needed to be cleaned. I made a remark about how the last car we rented from there wasnt full of gas like a normal rental agency. He said, yeah thats normal and to just bring it back with however much gas is in it when you pick it up. He showed me a Nissan that had 3/4 of a tank and we said wed wait for it to be cleaned. We were told it should be 15 to 20 minutes wait time. So we sat in my truck with our three kids and waited. I put a movie on my phone to keep them distracted. After 45 minutes, we finally see this car thats been being cleaned up for us. Its leaving. Someone else rented it while we were waiting. So I go back inside to check up on it and the guy we were talking to wasnt there anymore. Hed left for the day. The lady I talked to on the phone was there now, but she wasnt even aware we were waiting. By the time we got her to help us (because a line has now formed) wed been waiting for an hour and 25 minutes. They were so slow. Now we cant get a car at all because shes already given them all away. We had to get a minivan. It had less than 1/4 of a tank. We were like, hey theres no gas in this thing. She didnt even care. All she would say was that its not her fault. The van had a crack in the windshield. By the time we finally left in it, wed been there for 1 hour and 50 minutes. Others had been waiting almost as long. I really hope they got a better car than us. I would really recommend that you find somewhere with better service because they also dont know how to clean them.

Our experience was that they were short staff and overbooked on a holiday weekend. I felt so sorry for the guy working that day. He did the very best he could, with what he had, even went back to help the guy cleaning the cars. He was awesome! He deserves a raise! The car itself was very nice.

I had a very bad experience with my car being vandalized and my insurance company Geico and Enterprise Rent A Car in Enterprise, Al. Made everything so much easier and less stressful to deal with . The car was arranged for through Geico, Enterprise called me to confirm and I gave a time I would be there. Upon my arrival I was greeted and walked through the entire process and put in my car which was a dream to drive. I called to let them know I was bringing it back and once again a very easy process. Ive used this location 3 times now. It is the last. Does not plan ahead for the cars that have been reserved. Rarely if ever have the car type/category you requested. Didnt have any cars prepped for customers. They wait for you to show up before they start cleaning the car. I had a business trip that required an on time departure for a 6 hour drive. I scheduled accordingly leaving myself an hour for pickup time still didnt get out on time because of cars having to be cleaned for the line of customers waiting on cars they reserved to be prepped.Update: Asked them cancel my reservation and my upcoming reservations. Will be taking my business elsewhere from no on. They said it only takes the about 10 minutes to prep each car, signaling to me that COVID cleaning protocols are not being followed. While waiting on my SUV I didnt want to be prepped watched the staff have to take back a car they just issued because the license plates were invalid. I look at mine and it has a tag applied for placard on it. No way am I driving 6 hours with a Hey! Pull me over officer. tag on the car. I also had to call into corporate customer service afterwards because they didnt actually cancel my reservations at the store. So renter beware with this location.

I wish I could rate negative stars. Im currently sitting in the parking lot full of 9 people, after 30 minutes of waiting and my FOURTH attempt at getting a rental. This place is so horribly managed that the only reason theyre still in business is bc theres no other option. I dont blame the young woman bc it seemed she was actually working hard and claimed she was the only one there. But this is ridiculous. You dont give people a reservation time, only to make them wait 2+ hours or leave.

We made reservations for an 8 passenger SUV March 14, 2021. Picked up the vehicle April 17th. Called to ensure reservations were good a week out. The vehicle was an Infiniti QX80. This vehicle will not sit 7 adults especially with luggage. Now we have to inconvence other family members to assist in transporting our stuff. This vehicle is less than adequate to meet our transportation needs. We will be lucky to make it back from the airport and not have to make multiple trips. I am very dissatisfied with this company. There was more than enough advance notice to have us the vehicle we requested. If we wanted one to seat 6 we would have asked for it.

Absolutely awful. Had made a reservation about two weeks ago. Show up early to the reservation and there are at least 8 other people waiting outside. Waited for approximately 2 hours. The poor guy working there was nice and trying his best but they shouldn’t be overbooking like this. There is nothing available. Awful. The car is fine but the service is terrible.

The cars looks itself was nice. Although it was not ready at the reserved time. They didnt have a single clean car on the lot ready to go. Reservations were made a few days in advance. I even spent the extra time filling out the portion online to save time when picking up. As the only person there it took an awful long time for a quick pick up. I had to wait and extra 20 minutes in the rain to have one rental ready (he said it needed to be cleaned and vacuumed). The driving experience started out nice for about 50 feet. The sideview mirrors were useless. They had a huge round blindspot mirror OVER the factory mirror. It was raining and the rain does not clear off the aftermarket round mirror. That means you cannot use you Sideview mirrors at all! As a person who uses mirrors it was just awful. Imagine changing lanes with a bag over your mirrors. Kinda dumb, because mirrors are there but cant be used. Returning the car I glanced around and this was the only car that had the issue. No issues returning the car.

I am a plus membership. I don’t rent cars very often but when I do I choose enterprise. Idid my reservation online for a compact car, they had called me and told me a compact car would not be ready at the time I chose but it will be ready later at 3. when I got there the sale man would not give me the car I wanted he claimed I needed a major credit card to get a different car but I knew he wasn’t telling the truth because I have rented before using the same card but I didn’t complain or say anything I just said ok. Then he said I couldn’t rent the van without insurance and that really made me agitated because I have rented a car without insurance before that is why you pay a $200 deposit. I told him he wasn’t being truthful with me and explained that I have rented before. He went inside to talk to a manager and came back 20 minutes later and handed me the keys to the van with a attitude. I could tell he did not want to rent to me at all. I honestly think because I am a black female. He was very rude & I did not appreciate that. Any other time I rent from rent a car I have absolutely no problem but that time was not the best experience.

Don’t do it. They hate military and will lie to you every time. I had a young lady confirm my mechanics address and time, I even called twice over the week to confirm the pickup. The day of I sat there for half an hour only to find out they don’t do pickups anymore.Once I got there, I found out that they changed my rental type from a truck to an SUV. At first they claimed, my insurance agent changed it. After calling my insurance agent, we found out that was just not true. They decided I wasn’t qualified to rent a truck and they changed it without telling you day of when you have no vehicle and are desperate. If they did their job, I could have went to Hertz down the road who always take care of me.

Disappointed made an appointment a week or 2 ago. Expected to get my rental on time. Even whent early to knock out any information that they may need. Was told car was getting an oil change it be 45 min. Was seriously considering canceling my reservation but unfortunately there is no other rentals in the city. Update. So now they tell me the car wont be ready till the afternoon now Im done I just cancel the reservation.

Waited an hour past my reservation to get my car. The website and reservation email said curb side pick up may be available, but did not mention that it was mandatory. I was dropped off and that day it was in the 40s and I waited outside in a t shirt for an hour past my appointment because I wasnt allowed inside due to COVID. Whats the point of an appointment if the car isnt ready? In addition, tried to call several times to extend my reservation. Between 3 phone calls I probably spend 25 minutes on hold for the next availible Representative. I eventually had to drive out of my way to do what could have been handled over the phone. Overall bad experience, find another rental agency if you can.

Very disappointed in the experience that I took my friends up there to get a rental car for. Nothing was on time the tags were out of date it was as if they didnt really have a broad spectrum or scope of what the job entailed. My friends had an appointment and the vehicle was not ready on time and yes I know were in the covid situation right now, it was as if lack of preparation hindered them even more. If you know you have vehicles that are ready for an appointment tomorrow it makes common sense that they should be prepped and ready for those appointments regardless of people coming in in between without appointments.And this time of covid-19, the employees were probably masked and gloved, observing proper precautions.paying attention to details and making sure that the customers dont have to wait would be a huge help.

I love Enterprise Rent A Car. Ive always had a good experience going in and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy renting cars from Enterprise and I rent quite often. I would recommend Enterprise Rent A Car to anyone who needs a car quickly or for an extended period of time. My only con is that I wish their monthly rates were a little cheaper. I have been renting cars from Enterprise car rental for many years and always had great experiences, until a couple of years ago. The fast, friendly service has progressively gotten worse. It isnt uncommon to have to wait 45 minutes or longer to pick up a car that I reserved weeks in advance and then be given a different car than requested. The last two times, I was upgraded to a mini van. If I wanted to drive a mini van, I would ask for one. Not being given a choice of a sedan two times in a row is ridiculous. This last time, I stopped by (because they never answer the phone), to make sure my car world be ready at 4:30 and was told that I might have to wait up to an hour and a half! I was shocked and asked why this happens and was told that they are just busy. If they are this busy, they need to hire more staff.I rent to take trips comfortably. A mini van is not a fun car for me. The last car I got was not very clean, it was due for an oil change and one of the over head small storage compartments wouldnt close so it hung down in my field of vision through the rear view mirror. The reason they got two stars instead of one is that when I asked if they were going to pay for the extra gas that this car would use, they took $27 off the cost of the rental.There is no place to sit now that you have to wait outside. I am 65 years old and standing in extremely hot Alabama afternoon weather is really quite unpleasant. No provisions are made for those of us who cannot stand for long periods of time. A friend dropped me off, so I could not wait in a car.I will be going back to the Dothan location after this.

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Enterprise, Alabama is one of the worst Enterprise locations I have ever been to. I rent cars all the time and this is the first time Ive ever had so much trouble.I reserved a car and received a phone call immediately after making the reservation explaining there were no available cars on the lot and I would most likely be waiting until Monday. They said they would call when a car became available. I never received a call. On Monday, I called before heading over to the rental place to ensure a car would be there. They said there would be, adjusted my pre-existing reservation for the new day. As such, the price increased even though I would have the car a few days less than my original reservation. That was upsetting. Once I got to the rental place and waited in line for almost an hour (they only had 1 employee working), I was informed that I cannot expect a rental car the day that I reserve it. I informed him that he already did that to me a couple days ago and I have been waiting for several days to get a car. Luckily, the person behind me in line was returning a car so he let me take that one. I ended up having to take off 2 days of work because of the days I spent waiting for a car to become available. I originally planned on traveling through the weekend.If you are driving long distance or need the car for a specific date, I would not suggest using this location.

This place dont care that u are a loyal member. If you get covid and your husband is a disabled vet and cant drive due to u he has no drivers licenses. The office in Enterprise,Al dont care . All they care about is making sure you cant rent from them again. Parker Anderson at the Enterprise al location has refused to be understanding ... Rented a minivan to take a trip with family. Van smelled of stale smoke. Van was very dirty had to reclean it for half an hour before we felt comfortable riding in it. Very slow check in and drop off process. The van pulled to the right pretty bad like it needed an alignment. When I Turned the van in and complained about the smoke smell for the duration of the trip all the employee told me is that WE would not get charged or held responsible, I was like well that is good considering WE were not the ones who smoked in the nonsmoking vehicle. Very poor experience. Do not plan on Using Enterprise again.

Rent here all the time.. vehicle is never ready on time but this time takes the cake. The man who took my information was extremely rude, prices are always higher than quoted through USAA, waited 2 hours for the vehicle and was told this is the new normal now. Turned vehicle in early, no compensation for the delay or apology after waiting in line for 20 minutes outside in the sun to speak to someone about the issue. Also the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke and had cigarette burns in the back seat.

Impossible to reach. I’ve been on hold for two hours now and counting. On top of that, the car I’m currently renting is absolutely disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned whatsoever. The windows are so filthy they’re nearly impossible to see out of at night due to some nasty film/residue that won’t come off despite scrubbing rigorously. Worse experience I’ve ever had at an Enterprise. Sad part is this used to be one of the best. I had issues picking the car up to begin the exchange. When I went to drop the car off, they were confused as to where it came from as they didn’t have any “paperwork” on the car ever being at this location, but they supposedly got it worked out. Then, after almost a week passed, I get phone calls and messages left early in the morning expecting my urgency to call them back and acting as if I never dropped it off to begin with. It isn’t like they are missing something small like a receipt....it’s a car. In a nutshell, every time I had interaction with them on this transaction, something was messed up. It would seem that an ability to know where a car came from and where it went would be basic qualities of someone who worked here and maybe something management should emphasize. On that note, maybe new management is the fix.

The enterprise rent-a-car in Enterprise, AL is horrible. They are not in anyway attentive. If your rental is longer than a month at some point you will recieve a call to bring your rental back because they over booked the types they actually have. Multiple times I have gone here with the expectation of decent customer service and recieve either little to no help or a red-faced individual who seemed strung out on meth panicing over something arbitrary. If you have to go to Enterprise in the area go to Dothan. It is overall a much better experience for what its worth.

I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car for years now and typically use the Dothan location. I needed a car at the end of June and picked up a car from the Enterprise office due to convenience. Shortly after leaving the lot and familiarizing myself with the instrumentation in the dash, I found one of the tires pressure to be lower than the other three. I though nothing of it and continued home. The next morning, I had a low pressure alarm on the dash. I put air in the tire and when I got through with my errand, I had the tire plugged at Whaley tires in Dothan. I attempted to call the office to see if there was anything I needed to do and could not get anyone to answer the phone after being on hold for 25 minutes. The vehicle I received had a quick rinse. There was food in between the drivers seat and the console as well as a credit card from I suppose a previous customer.I had the vehicle for 3 weeks. I returned it with the same amount of fuel I left with as I always do when I have previously returned my rentals. I did not have any kind of visual inspection before or after I returned the vehicle. A representative got out of the vehicle that was parked beside me, asked if I was dropping off, I said yes, he asked for my keys. I asked was there any final steps that needed to be done, like they always do in Dothan. The young man said no, walked off with the keys and credit card I had found in the vehicle and walked inside as I gathered my belongings to put in my vehicle. Today I looked at my bank account to see there was $17.86 missing from the initial required deposit. As last time I called, no one will answer the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes to inquire about what was charged for and no one ever picked up. The corporate office only refers you back to the local branch. Very disappointed in the service I received from both the staff and the cleanliness the vehicle. I would not recommend this branch.

The car I was given to rent was NOT cleaned it had a smell of spoiled milk and a dirty baby diaper - the windows were covered in hands prints and there was mud all over the back floor. The car did NOT meet the COVID Clean Pledge by any means that Enterprise is expressing so strongly on the website and phone recording. I will never rent from Enterprise Rental in Enterprise, AL again. - only reason for 1 star is because you have give something in order to post any comment,

We made reservations for a vehicle a week before we needed it. We also called the day before to confirm and ask about their free pick up. The next morning, we were picked up and taken to the office. We checked in, got all the paperwork done and were told it would be a few minutes and we could take a seat. About 5 or 6 employees left the office (We found out later to drive to Troy to pick up cars). After overhearing phone conversationsWe figured out that THEY HAD NO CAR FOR US! No one bothered to tell us that a few minutes meant a couple of hours (we figured this out on our own). As we had a plane to catch in Pensicola, we did not have an extra couple of hours to wait. When we confronted the employees about this, we were eventually given a 15 passenger van (with an extra charge of $24). They did throw in the fuel at no charge. All in all, we made our plane, but had we not been a little pushy, we would have sat in the waiting room for a couple of hours and missed our plane . Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. We used them a couple of years ago and were happy with the service, but something has changed.

Worst location I’ve ever dealt with hands down!! Would MAYBE answer the phone once out of 20 calls. Vehicles were all filthy, mine still had funeral brochures and ash from the person before smoking inside. Car smelled horrible! If I needed anything I had to drive to the location and wait in line behind other upset customers dealing with the same issues..

August 25th, 2020 I reserved a luxury car for delivery at a local Joe Hudsons Automotive. Upon arriving at the automotive repair shop and submitting my vehicle for repairs Tristan from the Enterprise city Enterprise Rent-A-Car arrived with my luxury vehicle. However, he would not let me drive off with the vehicle because I could not produce a hard copy of my license. I had an old copy of my license, a passport, and stated that I could email a copy of my current license but did not have a hard copy because I had recently had a storage unit broken into and my contents stolen and reported the incident to the recent police department which failed to return my license. Tristan said he had to have a hard copy of my license and would not budge on letting me have the rental. Mind you, I have rented vehicles with this store for months at a time spending thousands of dollars at this location alone. They had my profile in the database. They could have looked up my drivers license using the number to ensure it was active, etc. They could have even taken the email copy and printed it to have a copy to scan if it was imperative. Yet Tristan wouldnt budge. To make matters worse, because I had an out of state license it took nearly a month to get an appointment at a state drivers license facility. Today, June 22nd, I called the same Enterprise city Enterprise Rent-A-Car to hold a luxury class vehicle for pickup. Tristan answered the call after two call attempts and over thirty minutes of being put on hold. He said a luxury class car was available but it would be 2PM before it would be ready. I had to use a different body shop some Joe Hudsons would not work on aluminum bodied vehicles (why they could not tell me that over the phone the first time instead of making me drop it off and pick it back up thirty minutes later is another story). Tristan stayed they were not doing pick-ups anymore (despite no verbiage on the website saying this) and that I would need to arrange a ride to the shop location. I reminded Tristan that I had already been treated poorly and the last they could do is pick me up. He stated he was the only one working there and could not. I called the body shop to arrange a drop off just before 2PM and arrived at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location shortly after 2PM to pick up my rental. There was a line of four people in front of me and I was told it would take thirty minutes to receive my car. Also, another employee checked my license and put me on the list (making Tristans previous statement of being the only one working a lie...I later found out the manager was there but was at lunch. Apparently the manager takes a lunch break that is over an hour and a half and takes it well into the afternoon or else Tristan was lying again and didnt want me speaking to his manager Joe). This employee started that my reservation was for the 26th. I had clearly stated to Tristan that I would be there that afternoon at 2PM. I should have known at that moment that things arent going to go as planned. At approximately 3:25PM Tristan came out to have me fill out the paperwork for the rental. Upon signing the documents I noticed that I was not being given a luxury class vehicle. I brought this to the attention of Tristan who told me a luxury vehicle wasnt available and he was giving me something similar. Excuse me, if you go to a restaurant and order a hamburger and they come out with a bologna sandwich. Are you going to just accept it? Afterall, the waiter tells you they are both sandwiches...no you are not. I told Tristan I would not be completing the paperwork and that I wanted what I had requested over the phone. I told him that if he knew the class of vehicle was not available he should have told me when I arrived. Actually, he should have told me that morning when I called so I wouldnt have to base my whole afternoon around something which wasnt even available. I had to call a family member to pick me up who lives over twenty minutes away. This is a horrible way to treat people. Tristan needs to be re-trained/released.

I got a rental that had a busted gas tank, it wasnt leaking so bad that I noticed it because we live in a complex with a bunch of other cars. My dad (a master Mercedes mechanic) found the leak. It was leaving from the top pouring down the side, he said the seal is busted or it is a defective gas tank, and me being the person that I am tried to reach out the enterprise rental, they made everything sound okay then not only make us drive from Orlando to Enterprise Al but they are trying to file a claim with my insurance. For something that my dad said could not be your fault unless you tried removing the gas tank or getting in a major accident and I can assure you I would not be trying to take a car apart. I would give this place 0 stars if I could

I’ve been long and dedicated renter of Enterprise Rental Cars. With that being said, when you rent from a company that long, you come to expect a higher level of service from the those you’re renting from. Well, during a recent rental from the Rucker Blvd location, I received quality service and I’m writing to acknowledge it. This review is to applaud employee Miranda for her professionalism, ability to solve problems and keep a dedicated customer on board. Miranda is that type of person any company would love to have represent them. My recommendation is to have Miranda share her skill set with other employees who seen to be desperately lacking in customer/business relations. Mirandas attitude will keep me coming back to Enterprise Rental Cars.

The car was a 2020 Camby. It reeked of smoke. The Needs Maintenance light popped on everytime I cranked it up (from the first start). The cruise control did not work.I give it 3 stars because the representative was nice and took off 1 day of payment due to my problems.Summary, - You do not enforce your no smoking policy and dont clean the smoke smell out. Maintenance is lacking.

It was the first time Ive ever rented a vehicle, they were fantastic. When I walked in I had all my paperwork ready, I was in and out in 10 min. It couldnt have been easier! Very professional staff, very nice and helpful. I got there a little early so the vehicle I had reserved was quite ready, they upgraded me to a 2017 SUV and it was perfect. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an easy rental. 5 stars!

4 STARS because nothing is perfect. Ive rented from Enterprise three times since July 2015. The first car was awesome, the second car, good, and the third car was a dream come true. The staff was always very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The only problem I had was this most recent rental. I had the full amount on my debit card, and Jordan tried to charge it. It didnt go through, and I was stuck there because he couldnt attempt another transaction for 24 hours and my ride had been long gone. He quickly found the solution, and all was good after that. I will always rent from Enterprise Enterprise. One policy I dont get, however. If we have cash in hand in the form of acceptable forms of payment, why is it we must present proof of income and a utility bill? Otherwise, Ive had terrific experiences with EE.

We have rented here previously with issues. Now all of a sudden, they have changed their policy to where you cant rent a car with a debit card without an Alabama state ID. It would be nice if you state that when someone is trying to rent a car so they dont waste their time and energy.

The car rental experience with Enterprise was superb. The only thing needed to have the 5 stars is that the spouse of the renter should be included as an additional driver without the need to be present. Maybe to add a clause that indicates that if your spouse has a current driver license the spouse is authorized to drive the rental vehicle if the spouse is included in the same insurance as the renter. That way instead of 2 persons having to pick up the vehicle only 1 would be needed.

My insurance made arrangements for a reservation at this location. I realized it was too far for me and wanted to switch to a closer location, so I called Enterprise to change to the closer location only to be put on hold for 45 minutes. When I finally succeeded in getting a real person, I was told that they transferred my reservation. When I called the other Enterprise in Marianna they told me they hadnt received anything. I tried calling back three times each time waiting 15-20 minutes before I hung up. Thankfully enterprise Marianna was super helpful and only needed the reservation number to get me a car. Customer service sucks, so if you are needing a car I would advise going to any other location but this one.

The last three times I reserved a car to be picked up in Enterprise, Alabama...they did not have the car I reserved 2 weeks in advance...the 2nd time I had to take an F150 Super Cab gas hog to drive the entire weekend in place of a fuel efficient car. They did reduce the cost of the truck to the car price and allowed me to bring it back on Empty. The 3rd time...I was just screwed!!! No vehicles available!!! Enterprise Rental Cars...are you listening??!!

The employee said that he called to inform us that there werent any vehicles available, but that did not happen. Same issue happened to the customer ahead of me.

The rental I got was very nice and the employee that helped me was very friendly. One thing that I was disappointed about was that they told me they would call or leave a message the day before the car was due back. I happen to call them when I picked my fixed auto up and found out I had less than 3 hours to turn it in. I am over 30 miles away and its school getting out and 5 oclock traffic I had to get through.

I have tried to rent a car several times here. First time online and was called saying the car I just reserved is unavailable. I asked what was available and they said nothing. Months later I needed a car so I went to the store and I was told all the cars they had are reserved yet the man at counter next to me was asking for a car for today also and he got his pick of whatever kind he wanted. Don’t waste you time. Try the place in Dothan!

We rented a Jeep Compass in May 2016, for a 14 hour trip each way to see our daughter. The staff were very pleasant and easily walked us though the paperwork. Labor Day Weekend 2016, I had car trouble and rented a Jeep Patriot from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Enterprise, Alabama. Even though it was Labor Day Weekend and the office was packed with people renting cars, the staff expedited the paperwork very efficiently. I would strongly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car and the Enterprise, Alabama location.

Great selection. Awesome customer service! I needed a rental for 24 hours while my van was being worked on and they pulled one together with no notice and helped me get from the repair shop to their location then took me back to the repair shop when the car was done! All this with 2 crazy boys under the age of 3! Yikes! They are great!
