If you have Insurance with them you might want to go somewhere else. They are VERY little help in taking care of your claims. They are VERY good at passing the buck.

I did this by mistake first I gave 1 star but realized it effective my local agent who is off the chain great!! Do not buy road side assistance there horrible to deal with.

Waited on hold for over an hour from 877 (Ms. Ray)number they could not help,then transferred and first thing out of Megan’s mouth was what I couldn’t do not how she could help me or any questions at all. as matter fact I have power of attorney for this policy and over husband but she wouldn’t know that because she was rude and not professional at all. So sick of unprofessional people, have been with direct auto for over 2 years but after this encounter not sure this relationship can continue. Wish there was a 0 stars.
