June of 2020 paid almost $1000 to fix ball joints they sounded fine until I went to get a belt changed (trying to be a repeat customer) then all of a sudden it started sounding worse than ever. He seems like a good guy but when I took it back up there less than 5 months later he said they just needed grease. I got them greased that did not fix the problem. Other shops are telling me I need to replace the ball joints. How is that possible when I just paid literally over 900$ to get them fixed🤔🙁

Rods shop is your go-to shop in Ennis. Being mechanic here are awesome and super knowledgeable. Mr. Rod has over 40 years in the mechanic business and he only hires very knowledgeable mechanics I can get your car in and out. They are also very inexpensive. Theres no way youre going to leave the shop and not know whats wrong with your car and what its going to take to fix it. I trusted my 2012 Ford Mustang only to Town East Ford until I found Rods shop what I moved to Ennis now its the only place that I go to.

I work here. We do alignments, brakes steering, suspension work. Free diagnosis of anything. We strive for customer satisfaction. Theres no automotive job we cant handle.

Several hundred dollars later, and it wont even start up now. He wouldnt take it during my time off (I work full time) so its impossible to get him to fix it (what they messed up trying to fix it).They tried to act blameless, even though I couldnt even drive it anywhere To mess it up. - I WILL be contacting the better business bureau and any other agency that can make him own up to his mistakes rather than having that oh well attitude. He even told me I would have to pay to have it towed to him.. I can not believe how much these guys screwed me over and refuse to take responsibility.

Went to Rods shop for a second opinion on our car. After looking at it he was honest and told me what the problem was and what needed to be fixed. He saved us about $400 and got us in and out the same day. Excellent service.

Every time I have dealt with Rod the job was done correctly, fast and at a reasonable price. He is my go to mechanic. Rod has been doing alignments since 1975, so he knows his business.

Mrchanics knew their jobs & did them well. Didnt try to get me to get more repairs than the ones I wanted. Had the front end aligned.
