Initially satisfied, however the mileage estimate I was givin was added to the actual miles that I drove the rental truck. For example earmarked miles were 25, I drove about 50 miles. At just over a dollar a mile cost should have been about 55 dollars for mileage. However I was charged a total of 85 dollars for mileage. I explained this to Larry, and he acted as though I was incompetent. Either this guy cant count or use a calculator, or he is a crook. Refused to refund any money and told me the charges were accurate. Simple math says otherwise. My advice go to one of the other u haul places in town.

Ive worked with them twice and the older gentleman working is always very helpful and polite! Made renting really easy and stress free!

Went out of there way to get me the truck and trailor i needed. Worked after hours for us and came in on closed days to let us get the truck.
