I cannot say enough about Brycen and this team! I was so lucky to not only work with these people but I increased my coverage and I’m still barely over what I was paying for minimal coverage on just my cars. I now have my homeowners, autos, life insurance on my kids, short term disability for my husband and I plus a liability umbrella! As an employee, Brycen went above and beyond to help me stress less when I was dealing with my sick child. He not only paid me during my hospital stays with her but he checked in daily to see if he could help in any way! Laura and Amanda are two friends now that I cherish so much! Brycen isn’t like most agents that just want to sit back and make money. He wants to be involved in every aspect of our daily happenings. Laura gives so much of herself to her customers and they love her for it! Amanda is great at problem solving and being the listening ear when a customer is in their worst moments with any claim. Since we just moved to Oklahoma we needed to transfer our State Farm car insurance. I couldnt believe how easily it was done! We didnt even have to go in person we could do it all by phone! Ana was so helpful and friendly. She made me feel so welcome to our new state and city. We have the same as we had up north but with better renters insurance and the price was amazing! I called late in the day on a Friday, the day before my current commercial insurance policy was to expire. Joy, told me she would not go home until she had me taken care of, I did not believe her. A little after 7pm that evening I signed the papers and was covered for the next day at a rate significantly less and with more coverage than my current policy. She went well beyond to take care of me and kept her promise. I highly recommend these guys if you need insurance for a food truck/trailer in the Oklahoma Texas areas.

I had just started a trip and panicked not knowing what to do and not wanting to cancel my trip. I drove to the Cherokee Trading Post on I-40 getting pulled over by a sheriff. He said I needed to get the windshield repaired and I didnt know what to do.I called my State Farm office and explaining the situation to Laura Lane who then looked for a repair shop and kept me on the line as she did so. She found a place and gave them the information to the repair shop with make model and vin number. The company then called Laura back and had found a windshield for my car at a reasonable price and Laura called me back to allow me to talk to the company which I got directions.The repair was less than my deductible but still reasonable and I want to give a big thanks to Laura Lane for helping to relieve my anxiety and save the day.

I needed to have my roof redone, went to Brycen Whitaker State Farm and spoke with them about it. They were very helpful and made things go quite smoothly. Once the process started, it was three days and they had an adjuster come by and get his information. 2 days later I had Roofers at my house and a check arrived in the mail the same day.
