Charged me $250 to look and possibly repair my sewing machine. They said they couldnt get parts for 6 months. Went to pick up my machine and they kept $90 of my money for just looking at it and no offer to come back. I found the part with 2 phone calls. Dont go here.
Friendly folks. Had what I was looking for and provided an in person demo as well. Also willing to work with to get what I needed at a good price.
I called this store seeking a replacement part for my Dyson vacuum. They said they carry the part and it only costs $3 but will not sell it to me unless I have the vacuum checked into the service department. I said I can fix it myself no problem, the salesman then said they don’t recommend dyson and tried to sell me a new vacuum cleaner over the phone. While continuing to refuse me the $3 part I need to fix my own.Why would I buy a new vacuum from a business with the audacity to hold a $3 part over my head? Bait and switch company, shady business tactics, please spend your money elsewhere like I did.
This place is awesome! So very knowledgeable. This is my second visit. The first was to have my specialty coffee maker repaired. This time, a second vacuum went down after less than a year... Adam offered to take the two machines for a discount on a new one. Was able to get a new vacuum with a 10 year warranty so I don’t have to worry about dumping money into breakdowns any more. So helpful and showed me how to use my new vacuum right here in the store... please support this business! These smaller stores with knowledgeable people to help you are so rare these days, but add so much value!
Adam spent a lot of time working with me to make sure I understood what I was getting. Answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Im happy with what I got and feel like theyll be there for more questions of I need it.
I picked this repair service based on positive reviews, but sadly my experience did not reflect what others reported. I’ve never written a bad review of a business since I understand how difficult it is to run a business and deal with the public, but I was treated rudely and talked down to like I was an ignorant child. After driving almost an hour from my home to get my vacuum repaired, I was lectured repeatedly on how I had ruined my dyson by putting damp filters back in the machine just before I left my home. Granted this was a mistake, but I didn’t appreciate the extended lecture even when I said I’d gotten his point and had never done this before. ( I was told later that he could fix it but needed to bring the charger back.)Then he proceeded to talk down dyson vacuums and guided me to much more expensive machines.I’m not sure if this man was the Andy I read about since he didn’t introduce himself. Whoever this person was he wasn’t who I expected after reading many glowing reviews. I don’t recommend this repair service.
I received exceptional service from Adam. He even carried my vacuum cleaner out to the car! Who does that? Wow!
I bought two vacuums from Adam today--incredible customer service and knowledge! If you want a great vacuum and phenomenal service--come see Adam! Couldnt be happier with my purchases!!
I came in with a shark for repair last yearThe repair cost was not worth repairing it. So I traded in towards a green simplicity and I love it! I have two cats and one of those has really long hair and the hair doesn’t stand a chance. It really does everything Adam said it would do and it is lighter than the shark! Thanks again!
More Than Vacuums definitely gives you more than vacuums: they give you a terrible headache and a horrible customer experience too. We dropped off our central vac hose assembly on April 16 for repair. They charged $120 for analysis and told us 7-10 days. After not hearing anything, we called on May 2 and they hadnt looked at it yet. They refused to return it to us even though we offered to come pick it up at their service center. Six days later, after two reminder calls to them, I was finally able to pick it up, but only after the in-store personnel initially refused to look for my vacuum in the store or delivery truck and then hassled me about picking it up (because my husband was the one who dropped it off). They refused to refund our $120 even though they spent exactly 0 seconds working on it. Fortunately, we have a family friend who is a business investigator for the CO Attorney Generals office and we will be reporting More Than Vaccums to their office. Now they can also add defending themselves against the Attorney General as things they do in addition to vacuums.
I’ll never purchase a vacuum at a big box store again. Excellent selection, in depth knowledge and superior service. Don’t go anywhere else
Adam was great. He was very informative and I felt comfortable buying a new vacuum cleaner. I bought the Miele canister vacuum. He checked all the parts to make sure it worked, he explained everything on my new vacuum and made sure I knew how to use it. Great location! Great Store!
Adam did a great job, thoroughly explaining the vacuum and offered a very competitive price. Would highly recommend giving them a look when purchasing a vacuum or getting it serviced.
Initially brought in my used Miele in for service/repair. After diagnosis then considered economics of repair vs updating into a new model. Service communication was terrific. In store communication & options thoroughly described. I’ve chosen the new model and am happy in taking this path.Kevin
We have a Queens Filter vacuum. I called and asked if they can work on them. They said yes. What they DIDNT say is that they are not authorized to work on them. We have a lifetime warranty on this vacuum (which we only found out about from them AFTER they put in a refurbished motor and charged us $250). This is the most crooked business I have ever encountered.
Adam helped us so much. We had no idea what we wanted for a new vacuum and he let us try different ones and helped us pick the right one for our home. We have 5 animals and hardwood flors so we needed something that would pick up dirt and hair really well! We highly recommend Adam and team!!!
I will recommend this store to my friends. Service was exceptional. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional. I can not believe how much better this vacuum is than my old one.
They did a fine job. I didnt think the vacuum was cleaned as well as I had hoped and also the guy was pushing me to buy another model. Excuse me I am happy with my rainbow. When I decide to change Ill do it on my own. Very odd guy. Dont remember the name. So I will be going else where.
I needed to update old household vacuums. The store is very close to both work and office. Adam was extremely helpful in assisting me with a new vacuum, steamer and shampooer. He gave me the differences in the products and went over all the features, differences and benefits of each. This was a very positive experience.
Adam was awesome and helped me make the best choice with buying a new Miele vacuum. He answered all my questions and showed me a great demonstration. He sold me right away!! I am a repeat customer.
Adam was great. He spent time with me explaining different models and showing what would work best for my house and my budget.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful from my vacuum needs to my air filter needs! I love my vacuum, Adam was very helpful in finding the right one for my needs.
I came in to talk about vacuums after having trouble with our Dyson. ADAM recommended a miele and we are thrilled with the machine. He even gave us some sample products to try I definitely recommend him. He took the time to show us everything on the vacuum as well as the pros and cons of other vacuums.
Adam’s knowledge, care, and professionalism was second to none. He made my buying experience easy.
I had a great experience a few years ago getting a tune up on my sewing machine for $100 but not this time!! I will not be back!! They’ve doubled their fees for no reason! Rude customer service at drop off. Then said a month needed for an 1 hour service on it!! Then called me a month later to say it’ll be $200 for no reason! I had paid $125 at drop off and thought that was going to be the cost. They are jacking around with me and my machine is held hostage. Rude on the phone telling me “they are not going to tell me how to run their business”! What does that even mean? Customer service is last on their list and ripping people off after they have their machine too!! Stay away!!!!
I echo all of the service nightmares. Do NOT take your vacuum here for service if you want/expect it back or have any expectation of getting an update at any point. Adam, the store manager, seems completely ill-equipped to deal with it or show any interest or motivation in trying to provide customer service. I cant even comment on the quality of the repair because at 2 months and waiting I dont know what the #@$% they have done if anything.
Adam was helpful and very courteous throughout my purchase of a new Miele canister-type vacuum. After using this machine at home, I determined the canister style was personally not the best choice. The Miele performed well, I just prefer an upright. Adam made the exchange process painless and worth another trip to south Denver from Colorado Springs. Thanks Adam!
I was referred by Hoover for help with my pet carpet shampooer and I am so glad! Besides a quick fix for my shampooer, I am going back with my two lamps. Adam was so personable and professional. Keep this shop in mind for all kinds of repairs.
Came in originally to repair my hoover. I spoke with Adam and he showed me a few options that are new and came with a new 10 year warranty. I got a miele canister and Adam let me trade in my hoover for a discount. He was thorough in making sure i knew my new machine.
We brought in our Kitchen-aid for repair one month ago.We have yet to get a call or a call-back. We have called 4 times and each time were promised a return call and a deadline. When we call after going past the deadline stated we received a new deadline. We bake and cook for many of our meals. Being without our mixer puts us out of commission. All we want is a promise kept or deposit money and mixer returned.
Big rip off. First, we had to wait 10 minutes because he went somewhere so nobody there during normal business hours. Then we wanted a simple part for vacuum and we were told it would be $125 to go over the vacuum but he would give us a special deal of $99 and he couldnt even give us a quote on the cost of the repair or part. So we drove all the way there from Parker and took our vacuum and left and he said I can sell you a new one. Beware, this shop is a joke!
I bought a Miele vacuum cleaner 4 years ago and love it. Friendly guy Adam assisted me. Best place to go in town. Came in today for filters and got a discount
See my full review on Yelp it was too many characters for Google:All in all, the communication between the service department and the storefront where I dropped off my machine was dreadful. After a month without a machine, picking it up and it not working, having to take it back for “expedited” service and over a month later having them tell us nothing was really wrong with it, and having to initiate any type of communication is ridiculous. I felt like the machine was being held hostage and there was no direct way I could contact the service manager to get any sort of update until November 12.What bothers me the most is that as a fellow person in customer service, the Centennial store doesn’t have any regard for making sure I had confidence in them, even though I had confidence in them to pay $225 up front. My boss was without a coffee machine for three months. I’ve wasted mine and his time time calling every week and driving back and forth 5x from Watkins to their stores (one hour round trip) by the time it was ready for pick up for a second time. In the end Chris and Steve were very pleasant. I was happy to have the machine back in working order. But three months for them to finally come to the conclusion nothing was wrong. Unacceptable.
I really appreciate you recommending such a wonderful vacuum for me and being so informative on your machines. I got such an amazing deal. I got the Miele Du1 Cat n Dog. thank you so much!
Adam was very helpful in our choosing a new vacuum and made sure we knew everything we needed to know about using it before we left the store. Best shopping experience ever!
Was pleased to get a call from the owner after I had a bad experience. He worked with me and apologized for any miscommunication. Thank you!
Great service and did the repair in a timely manner. Customer service was great! Very friendly and helpful. Ill go back if I need any othrt appliance repairs!
First Of all its very hard to find someone to repair my shark vacuum cleaner. I was very impressed by the customer service from the first phone call they offered several options such as a loaner vacuum cleaner, they offered to trade in my vacuum of I wanted a new one and they even or even just buy a new vacuum cleaner.I came in the staff was very present friendly and user or customer oriented!!!The rep at this vacuum shop was knowledgable and had the parts for my vacuum cleaner roller and head assembly that I needed in stock!Thank you guys and Im glad my lightweight shark navigator is back to running beautifully.
Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful about their products. He demonstrated the various units and was very easy to work with. Gave a great deal as well. Highly recommended.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVIE-Dropped off my Dirt Devil (stair) vac to help with the belt installation and even though I had the directions they werent too clear. It had to be replaced on the right side instead of the left and then it worked. They even gave me the belt for free!! Great Service. I would definitely bring all my repairs here. Its hard to find customer service like that anymore.
Excellent repair shop Very kowledgeable and extremely thorough customer service. They were patient while trying to fix our royal Canister. We had this machine 30 years and we were trying to fix it, they were patient and supplied us with multiple options and choices as alternatives since royal was no longer supplying the parts we needed.HAPPY New owners of a Miele Vacuum Cleaner.
Great service. Friendly. Knowledgeable and always have the supplies we need for our vacuum or IQ Air.
Ive been a customer for business and personal use the past 3 years. There was poor management (hence some of the bad reviews), but now its changed is such a great way! Adam, the new Manager is super knowledgeable, helpful and honest. My new Miele is incredible. I will highly recommend this place.
Perfect service. Very Friendly and helpful. Even helped me set up google maps on my phone!
Honest accessment and thorough repair. The service manager was very friendly and Adam was quick to take care of me.
Adam was more than helpful in guiding me through a purchase of a new Miele Vacuum. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the overall experience we had.
Very happy with service. Had a 25 year old high end cd player needing repair. Three other places tried but could not repair it. Cent Vac spent two months working on it (even order a part from Europe), but just could not get it done. I realized that there was only a slight chance they could do it, but wanted to try.
These guys have been very friendly to me and they explained to me what service they were performing and how to maintain my Shark vacuum cleaner. They showed me the filters that exist and how to properly clean it so my machine lasts longer.
I’ve been waiting outside because a sign says “be back in 10”. It’s been 30 minutes and this big sloppy guy comes strolling leisurely with his bag of snacks. I’m livid and I will see to it that this place be shut down!
Terrible service. Brought in Jura espresso machine to be serviced. Paid $295 for Refurbishment of the machine. After waiting 2 weeks I called in, they hadnt even looked at machine yet. After looking at it they informed me it would be an additional $681 to repair - bringing the total to $976. They refused to credit the money Id spent toward the repair, against what their own paperwork says. When asked what was wrong with the machine, I was informed the pump was bad, and the part costs $421. ?!?!?!? Ive sourced the part for $48.33, new.I got my machine back today, after 3 weeks. They refused a refund, and did not complete the work, its still dirty, hasnt been refurbished. Stay far away, unless you like to be scammed and ripped off.Update: Manager called, he refunded $240. He says there is a new process in place and this should not happen.
Great service, prompt and professional! Checked in with me at every step. Highly recommend!
Very rude manager. Did not repair or even look at our unit but still charged us $150 saying it was non-refundable. I understand that if they looked at and diagnosed our unit but they did not and still charged us. When I confronted them about it the manager hung up on me. Will not do business with them again.
I was raised in a very small town and 100% value and support small businesses. This business will NEVER get my business again. I was in need of a replacement hose for my Dyson - so I did what I always do...Google. Found it available for order for $14.89 at Wal Mart; $19.49 at Target; Amazon $19.99 (I have a prime account); and $29.99 from Dyson itself. But, there was a local business pretty close so I thought hey, I will give them my business. Should have just ordered the part! This business charged $49.99 for the exact same part. What the heck!!!! Robbery. And the guy (Kirk) was very non-personable and rude! And....no return policy! And you wonder why people go to the big box stores, really. Target, Wal Mart and Amazon offer way better customer service than this business did.
When I went in to drop my vacuum cleaner off, they told me I had to pay $95 up front for the tune up. They also said that 95% of the time that takes care of everything. An interesting thing they also told me was that they needed to collect the payment up front was because they had a number of people that wouldnt pick up the vacuums. I found out why about a week later. While the repair man was repairing it, he called and said he needed to go deeper in the machine and that it would cost another $125. I was okay having it fixed for $100 but not over $200. The repair man said that it was common of Dyson to need more work. If you dont care what you spend and enjoy being suckered, patronize this shop.
Very helpful, not pushy. Got my vacuum and sewing machine repaired here and they gave me a discount off the initial deposit for doing 2 machines
I had a horrible, if not unethical, experience with the manager (similar to another reviewer) in regard to an espresso machine repair. This happened in 2013 & I should have posted the review a long time ago, but in any event, here is a summary of my experience:Centennial, Inc:1. charged me $425, yet did no work for me;2. lied about being an authorized repair shop;3. misrepresented the amount of work that would be entailed on a potential repair; and3. agreed when I canceled the repair order within an hour to an hour & a half (once I figured out #2 & 3 above) that no one had started working on my order & that I would not be charged, yet put the charge through anyway.Heres a detailed description: On 6/10/13 (the invoice that was sent by the owner has an incorrect date), I took an espresso machine, the Jura ENA 9 One Touch, to the Centennial store in Littleton. The owner told me that because these types of machines are so expensive and touchy, it would be a minimum charge of $425 just to look at it. I thought that was a lot of money, but he also told me that they were the “only authorized Jura espresso machine repair” facility in Colorado. When I got home, I checked both those facts with the Jura headquarters, found out they were both not true, and immediately called Centennial and told them not to work on my machine-- that I would be back to pick it up in about an hour. They said fine, and did not work on my machine. Jura headquarters told me that the only authorized Jura repair facility is in Pennsylvania. The Jura representative also told me that contrary to Centennial’s statement that my repair would be very expensive, the problem that I had could be fixed in a couple of minutes-- he could walk me through it over the phone. This was verified after I picked up my machine and was able to easily repair it myself with the Jura representative’s guidance. When I picked up my machine from Centennial, the young woman who was there agreed that I would not be charged since no one had even looked at my machine. However, when I saw that the charge had gone through, I followed up with numerous phone calls, but was always told that I would have to talk to the owner, or that he would call me back. He never called me back. I tried many avenues to get the charge dropped, but it never was (essentially, because the invoice indicated no refunds).
My father used to come here for Kirby parts and being from south Carolina and needing to find place for Kirby vacuum parts these guys were helpful
I was extremely impressed with the exceptional customer service I received from Kal and Paul. I called Kal earlier in the day and inquired about a part I needed for my vacuum. He called me back within 20 minutes indicating that he had the part and he would transfer it to a closer store by mid day. By 2:00 I had the part installed in my vacuum and it was working great. Not only was the customer service outstanding, they worked with me on the price of the part to be competitive and gave me a free belt! I highly recommend this store!
Everyone here is very helpful helped me with buying a new vacuum cleaner for my new carpet that i just got installed.I was looking for a vacuum cleaner made by Simplicity or Riccar and had also considered the German vacuum brand Miele. They had the products in stock helped me test and compare the models and every thing they said was confirmed by my own research.Very knowledgeable and helpful not pushy or fussy to deal with and i felt like they genuinely cared about my decision.I recommend these guys for anyone looking for help to buy a New vacuum cleaner especially because they are also a repair and warranty station for the brands they
Great store and helpful staff Ive been coming here for years and they always have my needs in parts I need for my oreck and kirby vacuum cleaner parts.always nice to do business locally
Im not the complaining type but my experience was so awful that I have to try save others from the headache. The employees are nice if you want to buy something but if you are there for repairs then they treat you terrible. If they look at your vaccum please be aware that they will do unnecessary work on it just to charge you. Also, Id advise you to take a picture of the vacuum so you know what parts are on it. I took my vacuum to another shop after dealing with their unprofessional behavior and the tech notified me that I had over three parts missing. Overall, this was the worst experience I have ever had at an establishment.
Tried to hustle my Mom!!!My mom has a Rug Dr that needs repair so she drove down there from Parker. The Associate or manager started writing my mom a invoice for $200 just to diagnose the machine. My Mom asked why it would cost $200 to diagnose a machine that is $399 brand new at all retailers? The gentlemen then replied he has workers to pay etc and that the machine is more than that. I confirmed the machine is under $400 at all retailers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE HUSTLER-SCAMMERS.
Cute shop, but $30 for the same belt I can buy on Amazon for $7.00?Ill pass...
Adam was great and spent the time with me to share all the information on how to use my new Miele vacuum. He was professional and friendly.
One of the most frustrating expierences in customer service in my life. My vacuum has now been with them for over a month and is not fixed. Whom ever it is that works at their “repair” center has one of the worst attitudes I have ever dealt with. To put it in perspective we are paying over $200 to have a new battery put in a roomba ($90 for initial diagnostic and over a $100 more for the purchase and installation of the battery). I would never recommend this business to anyone. It takes a week for them to contact you back if you have questions, another week to get your product to the repair center. All while dealing with poor customer service and an extreme amount of disrespect on the phone. I will be calling Monday morning to get my vacuum back without repair. I will purchase the $20 battery and install it myself. We literally had 1,500 sqft of hardwood installed in a shorter amount of time than it has taken to put a battery in a roomba.
Haz was awesome and we love our new vacuum. His demonstration and willingness to work with us was the best we encountered in our vacuum shopping experience.
Not only is the business arrangement confusing and not customer friendly, I find individuals working here unprofessional, unethical and not willing to help. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere to get your small appliances served.
Had a silver king vacuum came in they showed me a better vacuum and it only cost me $20 to walk out the door with thanks to snap financing. Best vacuum store They really offer more than Vaccuums!
I took a vacuum cleaner to a More Than Vacuum location in Littleton for repair. They were very unclear about their charges and what the original drop off fee covered and didnt cover. They never told me the drop off fee would only cover labor and not parts. Unhappy with their service, I took my vacuum cleaner to the only other vacuum cleaner repair shop that I knew of which turned out to be another More Than Vacuum location. When I told the man at the Centennial location my experience with the Littleton location, he responded with anger and extreme rudeness. I will never visit another More Than Vacuum location again.
The best in town!! Excellent, service, repair, and advice. Bought a Miele vacume and couldnt be more impressed. Amazing machine. Thanks
Brought in a Saeco Vienna Plus coffee machine that was brewing very slowly and sometimes would take a long time to grind. The staff here was helpful informative and gave us three options of proceeding with the repair. We could fix, replace or exchange the machine.
I stopped into buy a replacement part for a Dyson vacuum. Disassemble the Dyson to discover that I had been sold the wrong part. No biggie, Ill exchange it for the right part. Nope, I was told that I was wrong by the staff even with the different original and new parts in hand. On top of it, even with the receipt I was not given a refund or credit. I like supporting local business, but not without the service aspect. I ended up buying online for the right part and oddly enough wont be needing their services again.
I took two coffee machines to this business with the understanding that they could do the repairs. I did not realize how far the business was from where I lived. As we arrived, I was told that I needed to pay $189.00 right then for each machine, a total of $378 just to look at the Saeco coffee machines. Then about 3+ weeks later I was told that my machine was unrepairable for no less than $400 + dollars, that the other machine could be repaired but it needed parts. This would be an additional $225. I refused to have any more work done on my machine but agreed to have my friends machine repaired. The other machine I had taken was a favor for a family member. After waiting about two months +, the repair for the 2nd machine was finally completed. We feel that this business misrepresented themselves and that we were charged to send the machines to another business. We could have either taken our machines ourselves or even sent them for far less cost. Unfortunately we had driven so far we were reluctant to seek out another alternative. This was an expensive lesson.
Not impressed with the customer service. Came in looking for carpet cleaning shampoo was talked into trying something different. I was told I could bring it back if I wasnt happy. I didnt like it and they refused to refund me or exchange it for what I came in for. Wont be back.
Alex was horrible. Do not trust a word he says. I bought a vacuume based on the claim of “30 Days return” and came to return the vacuum because I got conned into believing it was a good machine. The “return” policy is an exchange. Be careful before you spend your money here.
Honest trustworthy friendly vacuum store!Went to two other vacuum stores to service our Miele calypso vacuum cleaner and I was told the brush motor needed replacement because it was burned out and I was quoted $350.00 for the repair! My wife came in here accidentally looking or a possible replacement and she found out that these guys were authorized for Miele vacuum warranty repair. They offered her a free vacuum loaner and had it done in a couple of days, turns out our vacuum has a 7 year warranty and a lifetime belt.THE REAL PROBLEM was we needed a new geared belt that was FREE so I think its safe to say Ill be coming here rather than going elsewhere for future repairs and vacuum shop needs.
Prices are a bit on the higher end, but the store is located in a convenient area for my work and Adam was super sweet and helpful!!!
Came in looking for simplicity canister vacuum bags, they didnt have it at this store but made every effort to get the bags same day from another location. Took care of us despite the phone ringing was courteous friendly and helpful as a vacuum store!
Brought in my Dyson DC56 that wasnt working properly these guys were very helpful. This machine works great in dog hair and hardwood floors as well as my carpeted steps
I took my 1962 Singer Sewing Machine to be cleaned and oiled. No parts were replaced, they said they resurfaced the gears. They charged me $602.27!!! I am a Senior Citizen and feel they took advantage of me!!!
Ive been coming here since they were in downtown littleton they have always been helpful and had what i needed. I have a couple of vacuums but the one i love the most and has the best suction is my tristar vacuum cleaner. They have the bags belts and filters when i need them.
They are very helpful. I had the power head break and they were very quick about fixing . The Miele vacuum they sold me is very powerful. It is much better than my old Sebo.
Brought our snow flake light fixture for repair friendly family oriented store. To find lamp repair cost to highlands ranch great!
Borrowed my sisters singer sewing machine and they fixed it for me while I waited and showed where I and went wrong. So glad you can still come in and get personalized service for sewing amchines.
Fixed my Kirby vacuum on the spot and offered some free advice for maintenance great expert help.
Ive had my kitchenaid mixer for over 10 years and it needed a little but of attention I called these folks and they were nice and pleasant to deal with they fixed my kitchen aid stand mixer same day for me since I was visiting from out of town
THIS GUY SOLD US A VACUUM AND WHEN IT WAS THE WRONG ONE WOULD NOT ISSUE A REFUND. TOTAL JERK!
Customer service was excellent! Way above expectations. I would highly recommend.
Excellent service on My Dyson Vacuum cleaner solved our problem in one stop. They also advised us whether it was worth fixing our dirt devil vacuum cleaner. Glad to have a local vacuum store.
THis shop changed ownership in June 2015 BUT..... for a very small appliance repair, the previous owner (outsourced) repair and the broken product was fixed in a relatively timely manner. However, when new owners presented with a Saeco coffee machine repair, the estimate came back at $925.00 PLUS parts. When asked what needed to be fixed, shop finally gave a long list that indicated (outsourced) repair shop had no idea how to fix the machine and was just going to replace parts. After 3 weeks of back & forth, received 50% of deposit back and sent machine to North Carolina. Repair of coffee machine took 2 weeks and total cost of labor, new boiler and dispensing head (plus all new seals) was $370 including to/from shipping. Bottom line: if its a cheap vacuum or very small appliance that you dearly love and want to pay a lot to get it fixed, use this shop. Otherwise, steer clear; perhaps clear across the country.
Unethical in the worst way. Very shady practices with ownership that made insulting comments to my wife. To say I hate you as much as I do my wife is unacceptable. She brought out Gaggia Baby Class espresso machine in for service on a cracked broiler that we knew cost $150-$200 to replace with labor. They charged her $130 just to look at it and took a month to contact her with a diagnosis. They wanted over $315 to fix it and I bought the machine for $330 brand new. Their model seems to be that they give you an outrageous repair quote in the hope that you will tell them to keep it. They then try to sell you a new model or a refurbished model that probably resulted of their shady business model. I showed up to get details on the repairs and work done and they said we dont keep those on record, only on service cards. I asked for the card and nobody could produce it. They could not tell me what was wrong with the machine but they gave my wife a $315 quote to fix it. They refused to refund the $130 dollars and I would not want to use it toward purchasing anything else from such an unethical business.
Needed belts for my Riccar Vibrance and they were knowledgeable and able to help me
Walked out feeling totally hustled and overcharged and feeling stupid for being taken. I just needed a couple of vacuum bags. They only came in packages of 9. Then he suggested I also needed filters, and belts. Made sense since it was for a vacuum at our place in the mountains and back up is reasonable. But no posted prices and he started writing it up on a piece of paper manually and it started to get really high. I said for that price, no thanks on some of the items, but then it was 15% discount - I will throw in this belt for free, more scratching on the paper and the total was still way too high. My weakness was that I needed to get the stuff now, rather than go to another store or go to the internet. He got some extra dollars out of me, but I will never go back to his store.
My mother in law referred me here for my vacuum repair I was expecting it would take a week and they said they would have it done next day for me! Great vacuum stkre for shark vacuum repair near castle rock
Great service. I needed service on my Miele and they got to it right away. No waiting.
I do not recommend this location to anyone for repair service, they ask $225 diagnostic fee for coffee machine, fantastic. My old car BMW has only $105 diagnostic fee.
