Never answered the phone

Every time I report an issue it takes longer and longer to resolve. They’re clearly unable to meet their own service agreement and I repeatedly talk to the same 5 or so people every time. Does anyone even work here?Take your business elsewhere if you want reliable service and access to the systems you’re paying for...

Ive used Newcloud for years with different customers. They provide great service with better uptime than other data center vendors. When you call you get a real person from denver, sometimes even an actual tech who can fix the issue for you.

Ive had great business dealings with NewCloud Networks. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The company I worked for was a NewCloud customer for 10+ years. Theyll sell you on faster service and fail to deliver. We has consistent problems with our phone and internet connections and they would always blame the equipment or Century Link. Turns out they just couldnt deliver on the promises and would not make a concession on their fees or cancel the contract. Caveat Emptor!
