Just a horrible place. Boat was not what paid for . No guages worked nothing..... both live well tanks broke. Radio didnt work. The boat did not sink for 400 8 hrs. .. no reply on my complaint which was validated bye the employee that said to my wife this boat should have never went out?!?!?! Than immediately charged me for gas?? I tipped him and said sorry you have to work like this good day. Did I mention it was my anniversary. ??? Really bad business that wont contact you over a valid issue..

This place is a great alternative to owning a boat, at least for some like me who only wants one for about 8 hours a year I find the price very reasonable for what you get

Boat was not what we booked online. Boat was in horrible shape- Dents, rips in seats & scratches everywhere. Boat wouldn’t go over 4 mph. We told the employee that this boat was not what we booked & what was going on with the boat. He acted like he did not care at all. Definitely recommend using a different boat rental company. Not worth the $400 +tax for 6 hrs.

Nov. 11, 2016: Fantastic day on Lemon Bay. The boat was very easy to operate, comfortable, and not expensive at all. Very easy reservation, provided good instructions and map, and made the whole thing simple and stress free. Met some very playful dolphins along the way. Definitely recommended by this first time boater and we will be back again. Great time.

Well my first experience with Bay Breeze back in March was great, which is why I attempted to use them again....I left a message on 10/26/20, 10/27/20, 10/28/20 and even attempted to reach out to the Ft Myers location in hopes that they could assist me with making contact at the Englewood location for a reservation.Finally on Thursday 10/29 I called the Englewood location 3 times in a row and got someone to answer. The gentleman barely let me finish my sentence before saying Im closed Sunday.Which is weird because when we drove by on Sunday afternoon after renting a boat from across the bridge... Bay Breeze was very much open...I will be going over the bridge from now on. The staff answers the phone, they are super friendly and have better boats.

Save your money!! Boats are not as pictured online. We got a VERY old boat that was nearly impossible to turn. Recently was painted, which we were not warned about, and stained our clothing. Stereo did not work, no live well, fuel gage did not work, no radio or GPS. Spend a bit more and rent from another company, it will save you in the end!

Dealt with this place for many years. Best place to rent a boat.Miss the previous owner, Gerald, a great friend...But one of the young men who worked for him is still there and he is great with the customers and customer service.

Had great time renting a boat

Scheduled to rent a 16 person pontoon boat, and had 11 people with us. The boat was not ready or clean when we got there. Was out for a few hours and was having constant motor problems. Kept having to shut it off and restart it. Got back to return it an hour earlier than scheduled. Patrick asked multiple times to have our credit card number even though we were paying with cash. Quoted us for about $300 for everything. He then overcharged us for gas and said the total would be $500. Not worth it and definitely scammed us. Would not recommend.

Fair price for quality boat. Me and the family were headed to the beach but it was a bit busy so we decided to rent a boat for the afternoon. We stopped in and the gentleman setting people up quickly set up a boat and had us out on the water in under 15 minutes. The price was very fair, the boat was nice and clean and ran very well. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped out with directions and hotspots before we rolled out. I would go back to this company for sure.

We were so pleased with Patrick and Bay Breeze Boat Rental! We were cancelled by another company Memorial Day weekend but Bay Breeze has one boat left and it was perfect for us. Loved the 6 hour option and for a great price. Thank you again!!

Very helpful people small business feel felt friendly and very knowledgeable. I asked the guy that used the boat before me if he liked it and he said it was great. Price was very fair I went for four hours and only spend 12 bucks for gas. Great price for what you get cheaper then everyone els and very feindly staff. Mom said best day she had since moving down 2 years ago. I dont know what these other guys are talking about my pontoon was fast and cheap on gas and I called 10 times in 3 hours and they picked up every time except once. And even that time he called me back within ten seconds strongly recommend to ignore these other posts

Dont ever rent from these people. First they had no boat then called us back with a boat. Then as we were on our way with our Memorial Day weekend plans with family they then called and said it was broken down and our day was completely ruined. Avoid this shady company at all costs. The whole process was suspect. ☹️😡

They tell you not to go in the gulf, just a heads up. It says so on their map. The boat we got had a child safety feature, if the boat was off for too long you had to rack the throttle cable back and forth for it to work........ Of course this was a bunch of bullshit and the throttle cable was just messed up. We fixed it in 5 mins after we left the dock and we made sure to enable the child safety feature before we returned it. The key west was a giant piece of crap. Live well didnt work. The radio was completely destroyed. The speakers were shot, literally rotted out. We asked for a 21 foot center console and ended up with a key west bow rider........... We made the best of it but i wouldnt recommend renting a boat from them. A new marine head unit and speakers is like 200 total. If they cant put that into their boats, that just goes to show the pride in the business.

Had a blast with a half day boat rental.

Terrible... very old, slow uncomfortable boat.. over priced and overcharged us for gas.. I used my GPS to clock us and the boat topped out at 7 MPH. Here is a tip: use any other boat rental place, or throw a bunch of money in the water and be disappointed anyway.

Had a great time. The guy was friendly and knowledgable. He gave us a map and explained everything on it. There was nothing that I was unhappy with. The price was not only fair, but very good. Will definatley do it again. I was leary of this place due to the reviews but dont let the bad reviews scare you off. After considereing the nature of the business and the customers I soon realized what was going on with the bad reviews. He rents boats, people who have no knowledge of boating are renting them, enough said. As for the complains of the condition of the boats all I have to say is this. If you think you are to good to sit and ride in a boat that shows signs of use, then maybe you should shell out the money and buy your own boat.

Youll be lucky to get a guided tour of Lemon Bay and the Gulf with captain Gerald. A great guy and a nice outfit who also offers reasonable prices and sound boats for rent.

Rented a boat that would Not plain out. I told Patrick about the problem when the boat was returned. He ended up blaming the problem on me and added additional charges to my CC. Additionally, after speaking to Patrick about the additional charges, he stated that he has no idea whats wrong with the boat and that we could talk about the charges after his mechanic looks at. Seems I get to pay for diagnostics on a boat that had mechanical problems before I rented it. I suggest avoiding this business.

Horrible customer service - the guy rented us a boat that he knew had engine problems. One hour into the boat ride and we were stranded and had to call him. No apologies - no tools to fix
