Leader Automotive is hands down the best shop around. Shannon and Adam are such great people! They’ve always done exceptional work on my GLK and it’s the only shop I trust to do any work on my vehicle. Communication is great, Shannon has walked me through the repairs every time and explains everything to where I understand. They really value their customers, love this shop so much!

Five stars is not enough. There is no way to describe how amazing Adam and Shannon are! I already loved this place because anytime I would stop in with a question after I bought my GLA, Adam would stop whatever he was doing to help or talk. They’re always quick to get the work done and at a great price. Recently we had some major issues with my Audi Q7. Great communication and they went above and beyond to make sure we walked out informed and safe. I will never trust anyone else with my cars! Very few places will provide you with the customer service and respect they do.

Shannon and Adam have been taking care of my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer since 2014. It now has 230,000 miles, and it is running better then ever. Adam is the best mechanic I have come across, he knows how to diagnose and fix pretty much every problem on a vehicle, and when he takes care of an issue it does not resurface. Shannon knows a great deal about cars as well, and she keeps everything in the shop running in a timely and organized fashion. Also, they provide you with a detailed list of what to watch for with your vehicle and a time frame for when that needs to be fixed. If you want the best service in town, and to keep your car running for a long time without any problems, this is your go to shop.

After taking my vehicle to the wrong guy, a friend recommended Leader Automotive. They fixed the problem fast, with no hassles, and helped out my family when we really needed it. I always have a great experience with Adam. Quick, well priced, and does a full inspection on your vehicle while performing the original task at hand. Found an oil leak while installing an exhaust and let me know without trying to up sale me to fix it. Thankfully found a sound mechanic!!

We have been blessed to find Leader Automotive! Actually, we were referred by another shop to Leader as they do a lot of difficult work that many other shops arent able to do. They have taken such good care of our car that when we took it for a bumper to bumper inspection, it passed with flying colours! The mechanic that inspected it said it was in fabulous shape with nothing needing to be done on it. We told him it was because of Leader Auto and their addressing and fixing any issues that came up over the years. We cant say enough good things about Leader and refer everyone to them. This is by far the best shop to take your car for repair. Their prices are fair, they are knowledgeable and thorough with diagnostics and explaining everything that was done. Both Adam and the other mechanic I met were so friendly . My 2008 car is running like new, better than new! I will never take it anywhere else. It is I’m super happy with my experience!

Thought I had reviewed earlier, but apparently not! This shop is awesome. I had called another (highly rated) shop and got recommended this one since I have a Volvo. I called, explained that I had been noticing some issues along with a check engine light and that the code for the light was such and such, and they were able to schedule me an appointment within a weeks time. Cost was decent considering the pieces they had to fix/replace and how long the repair took, and when something else busted the next day (apparently a piece cracked) that they thought they maybe damaged accidentally they fixed it and replaced that piece for free! They also checked a bunch of stuff as well while doing the first repair and gave me a list of items to keep an eye on, to change at my next oil change, etc. Excellent service and decent prices all around.

Leader Automotive is an honest and top class automotive shop. I have been going to Leader for years. Most recently, I had issues with my Toyota 4Runner and was needing to take it on a road trip. I explained the issues that I was experiencing and that I had to leave for my trip in a couple of days. They were able to help me out and even went the extra mile to fit me in right away. They looked at my 4Runner and diagnosed the problem and were able to get this fixed at a low and reasonable cost. Shannon was excellent to work with and was very attentive to my needs with my 4Runner. I would absolutely recommend Leader Automotive to my friends and family.

Im writing this review with very honest points. My boyfriend and I have been looking for a trustworthy shop for our Mercedes all over Denver. We weren’t satisfied with any of them. Until my boyfriend found this place. We noticed right away that in this shop they truly work with pure dedication and have great skills!!! Huge shoutout to Shannon for you know everything that you helped us with!!!!! You guys have truly gained our trust and definitely a customer that will never go to another shop. Honest and professional family run business

Expert, honest and nice. Did I mention honest? More then once Ive had no charge because Ted (the mechanic) felt that the particular problem with my car was easily fixed.

I definitely recommend looking elsewhere for a honest shop! I sent my truck to them buy recommendation! They installed 2 new O2 sensors and then said that they had the truck running correctly! As soon as I left the same problems that I taken the truck there for proceeded to happen. They told me that I needed a new computer which was a lie! I called Shannon and explain to her that the truck was still doing the same stuff that it had done before I took it to them she suggested that I bring it in let them take a look at it. I will so disgusted with the way that my truck had been acting I was ready to sell it for a lot less than what I had pay for it. They offered me money on it and proceeded to do work that was never discussed. I told her that I needed more than what they had offered for the vehicle and she said that they would not pay that much for it but she would give $1,000 because they felt like it could be fixed! Again I told her that I would not sell the vehicle for that amount and that I would be posting it online. Shannon said that it would be okay for me to send a couple of people there to look at the vehicle but when the people showed up to look at it she kept telling them that it had more issues than what she had told me! I feel that she was trying to deter people from purchasing it so that they could swayed me into selling it to them for a thousand bucks. After I talked to two of the people that I had sent there to look at the truck and they advise me of what she was saying and what she was doing I immediately called her and told her that I would have a tow truck coming to pick up the truck! After I got the vehicle to my house I had another gentleman that was waiting to look at the vehicle for purchase and I noticed where the wiring that they had worked on mysteriously got jerked from the back of the plug! Another $120 down the drain to purchase a plug that they sabotage! Also after getting the vehicle to my house I noticed that my $400 scanner had been stolen from the front seat while it was in their care! I know for a fact that they have cameras on site exclamation mark when I called Shannon to ask her about the scanner rather than offering to look through her surveillance she just blew me off! Long story short if you like dealing with Crooks then this is the place for you!

Definitely a place I will refer my friends to. The mechanic I worked with told me exactly what was wrong, without the run around. I will definitely be back for any routine maintenance that my beat up Honda Accord needs.

I will only take my car here, they are honest, really care about their customers and dont sell you on stuff you dont need. I have nothing but good things to say about them, even if I move to another part of the city I will drive the extra miles to make sure they are the only ones that work on my car.
