Awesome post office. Went to get my passport made. The staff is efficient and kind. They truly make you feel welcome. This is rare for a post office because how busy they get. I want to share what I witness while I was waiting.Customer asked for roll of flag stamps. Clerk replied they where out but they had book stamps in the flags. Customer replied OK but liked the other better for my business. Well just as the customer finished paying. The other clerk who had been paying attention saw they just received a delivery...and called out to the customer do you still want that roll of stamps? The roll of stamps just came in. Customer said sure, so the clerk voided his other transaction and stared the purchase for the roll stamp.Now that is good customer service....above and beyond, great job guys!

So nice and helpful. I needed to tape some packages to send out and they took care of it in less than 5 minutes with no charge. Felt very bad because I had an important phone call but the guy was very nice, had no problems. Huge relief that it was quick, easy, and painless.

Worst post office Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. They helped me 0 times out of the many times Ive reported my problem. 13 months!!!!!! How long ive been screwed by this post office... i have not gotten mail in 13 months!!! Worst post office ever!!!!!

Only visited once but looking at the service delivered to guests while I was there, and service delivered to me, they deserved 5 star. I had my 2 kids with me and I forgot to place the mailing address on the envelope, Angela was very patient and allowed me to write the address at the counter. Just a little gesture but so helpful while I got the kids waiting for me at the side.

The staff the staff of this post office is incredibly friendly post office is incredibly friendly they are quick and graded their jobs and honest about the postage prices they helped me a few minutes past closing time get something for my boyfriend and grandma that really meant something. It is the best post office in the greater Binghamton Central Area and I would make a special trip just to come use this one because it is so Hometown feeling like. I highly recommend

I go here regularly to mail packages. I have no complaints. Occasionally, I get stuck in a line, but that is to be expected at most post offices in the area. Theyve never given me any grief. My letter carrier out of that same office is phenomenal. She always goes above and beyond and is quite pleasant.

Was driven with someone and couldn’t find the entrance at first, went in with the package and a piece of paper, they took it and I didn’t even have to pay! Sent quick.

Honestly, for a few years we had a mailman that was constantly mixing our mail with someone from another street. We were constantly receiving mail that said “delivered to wrong address”. We also had to do the same when he would deliver someone else’s mail to us. Today a man who I’ve never seen brought my amazon package to my home because it had been delivered to his house and he had opened it without realizing that it wasn’t his (or so he claimed). I appreciate that he took the time to bring it over but it just makes me wonder what else has been incorrectly delivered where the person didn’t bother to go through the inconvenience of returning it. If I could get all of my packages and mail delivered through UPS instead of the US postal service that it what I would do. I get that people make mistakes but at this point its just incompetence.

Horrible post opffice. I shipped a package from Idaho and it was kept there two weeks and then returned. They claimed I needed to pay twice as much more postage as the original postage. I ship hundreds of items a year and have never had a problem.

The gentlemen behind the counter at the Endicott Post Office must really hate his job. I asked for a piece of tape to affix a label and he refused to help me out. I had to go all the way home to get a piece of tape and return another day to send my package. I wasnt asking for free stamps or for him to bend over backward. Just a piece of tape. It goes to show you how rotten some people are. He really ruined my day.

I had a horrible experience there twice with the same worker. She is an old grumpy lady with no manners, she hates her job and makes everyone feel miserable. She has extremely long nasty nails that prevent her from typing, so a 2 minute job takes 30 minutes because she is so slow. I have no idea what qualifications one need to have to work at the post office, but that lady needs to go because she has no idea how to do her job.

I had package delivery attempt on the day of the flood of 2011 containing a page from a 14th century book. It required my signature and I was not home so the package returned to the old Endwell Post Office. The Endwell office was flooded that day with my package inside. Fortunately, it had been in a water-tight safe. I went into the office on Exchange street and showed them the tracking slip. The woman at the desk was very helpful and took down my name and phone number. A couple of weeks later, after they had cleared out the Endwell office, I received a phone call from the woman at the Exchange office. They had found my package unharmed and I was able to pick it up. That 14th century page has survived centuries of war and turmoil and later in 2011 it also survived a flood. Thanks to the USPS and the Exchange office for returning my item.

Post office is fine- no complaints.

When I went there there is an old lady with long crusty nails I asked to pick up a package and she refused to find it she said it wouldnt be ready untill Tomorow.

My mail hardly gets delivered. When it does, half of it is for my neighbors.. The title to a vehicle I just bought a long time ago was just delivered soaking wet and torn..
