VERY misleading information provided on their website. They state they serve 5 counties in this area, one of the 5 being Broome in which I reside. They were recommended to me by a mutual business associate. I contacted them in an attempt to set up a consultation, but they refused based on the fact they said my home was too far out, literally less than 15 mins from downtown Binghamton and that they prefer to service areas where they have multiple clients. This is a VERY large project but they still refused. Perhaps their web page should be more specific on conditions of becoming one of their new clients.
