This is the best Meineke Ive ever been to. The Midas 5 min from them is OK, but they always seem to busy and if you go in there even with an appointment youll be sitting there on the couch watching daytime TV for at least 2 hours if you are waiting. Not at this Meineke! I was in an out in 25 minutes, Joe A. was great, nicest, most chill guy, we even have the same car and chatted a bit about them. The guy behind the counter was also really nice too, and even if you will be waiting for awhile its in a great location because there are a bunch of restaurants literally within walking distance without having to even cross the street. Def will be going here from now on instead of Midas, they are OK just take way too long. Will be going to the Chestnut St Meineke.

Needed an oil change quickly for an unexpected out of town trip. Called on a Friday, they got me in the next day. Normally I take my car to the dealership for all maintenance. They were cheaper than the dealership and closer too. Will definitely take my car back there again. Thanks Meineke Team!

I was introduced to Meineke couple weeks ago due to exhaust bracket breaking. These guys not only got me in right away but welded the exhaust like no other. Since then, I’ve taken my car there 2-3 other times and they’ve never disappointed w/ their work and prices. I’m new to the area and will continue to use them…highly recommend. Highly Recommended. I took my 2008 Audi A4 and they did a great job of fixing my exhaust. I initially took it to the Audi dealership. They were over priced and offered no solutions. Don and his crew were able to fix my issue and get me back on the road. There is no doubt I will be back to see Don and Will. They were honest, fair and did great work on my vehicle.

These guys are very professional. Was having an issue removing over tightened lug nuts on my truck. Called and asked if they could help, told me to bring my truck over. Joe loosened the lug nuts and did it for nothing. Just goes to show, they help the members of the community and arent just interested in robbing you, like a lot of places. I will be returning here in the future, because these guys actually care.

I stopped in to have them look at my car because my tire pressure monitor light was on. The owner Will went out of his way to assist me with my issue and helped me figure out the root cause. He was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this business!

I always go here for my oil changes and fluid top-offs. Theres usually a coupon online for an oil change there, so its the cheapest place around if thats what youre looking for. Nice waiting area inside where you can wait while your oil is being changed, which took about 30 minutes.

I went in for an alignment after putting on new struts. The mechanic Joe brought me in and showed me i had a broken rack and pinion..i was lucky i hadnt already crashed! He explained how it works and that hed be stealing my money if he did an alignment. Joe and Don gave me a great price and fixed my car plus did the alignment and inspection i needed! They were honest, kind, and very professional! I will def be going back and recommend them to everyone i know! So refrshing to find honest, caring mechanics!!!

Meineke location in Emmaus, PA is the best!! They do not overcharge you for services. They also do not make you do unnecessary repairs. Once a repair is done you will not have to go back to get it fixed again. They do it right the first time. They are very honest and can be trusted. I truly am happy that I found such a dependable company.

Don was wonderful. Very professional, knew his business and offered to look at the problem for free to be able to give me an accurate price. He got my car in quickly, price was good and it was fixed properly within hours. I went Meineke Car Care in Emmaus for an oil change and inspection. I had a small chip in my windshield and wanted to see if it would be able to pass inspection before spending money on a repair. Turns out that it needed to be replaced. Don was able to get me a replacement windshield for nearly $100 cheaper than the competition, including installation. He also gave me a coupon for my oil change and a veterans/military discount. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I will be going back.

Received excellent service from these guys over at Meineke. I had a break in my flex pipe of my exhaust system and they were able to cut it and weld it back together in less than 2 hours. Super convenient, everyone was polite, highly recommend them!

I paid for two control arms to be installed on my Saturn 2003. I paid 1200. The original control arms are still on my car to this day I asked them to look under my car because they didnt do any work they said no you probably replaced the parts yourself. No refund bye. Be careful going here and dont drop off your car.

I’ve been to a few other Meineke locations for oil changes or inspections - and this one is has exceptional service. The staff is friendly, honest and professional.There were a couple of issues with my car so I just passed inspection by the skin of my teeth. They explained what was wrong and let me know the cost of replacement & labor up front, as well as offers they had (which I felt were fairly and affordably priced), but there was *zero* pressure to address it right then and there. (Of course, the crack in the drive belt was something I wanted to take care of right away, so I had them do it.) I had my car back that afternoon!As I said, I’ve been to other Meineke’s. They were perfectly fine but nothing I’d write home about. This one in Emmaus, though, I’ll definitely be returning to. :) It’s a relief to have found a great shop after moving from another county!

Extremely helpful staff. Especially Don who didn’t try to oversell me anything and patiently helped me send over my insurance information for my inspection. The program they use that tells me exactly what they’re up to with pictures & information that I can check anytime on my phone is also extremely useful. Definitely will be coming here from now on for any service needs I have.

I came in with an unusual issue of trying to get a light bar to sit properly on my truck. I was greeted right away by Will and they had my truck in the shop and were working on it before I knew it. They were able to find a solution quickly and did it without having to drill any holes. The price for fixing my light bar was more than fair and I was out within half an hour. I’m more than happy with the results and will definitely be coming back especially after seeing how professional and polite everyone was there.

Out of all the chain mechanic shops I’ve been to this one has been the best one. The staff here has always been straight with me on any issue I’ve had with my car and will always give an extensive list of recommendations. My best experience was when I needed an oil filter to which their supplier was dragging their feet on sending down, a young guy (franchise owner?) personally drove up to get the filter for me and installed it in a timely manner. Also, I was able to bring in my own parts to save a good amount of money on my last inspection. Thank you for the above and beyond service guys!

I was in need of exhaust repair after my truck 2007 Dakota started making a sound like an air leak on the engine. After my non-professional investigation I determined the leak was coming from the exhaust system somewhere on the engine. Read the good reviews and made an appt. Don and the folks at Meineke in Emmaus went to work that very day but it was a lengthy job and took about a day and a half. Don called me and gave me updates a few times which was nice. I would recommend them highly. They did a great job on my truck.

I went to this place a cople months ago, just because the other shop at 4th st was too busy,but i really regret it cz i call this guy i believe his name was Will the owner i explained to him very detail of my car problem it was making like a dribble noise on the passenger side and i ask him if his mechanics can fix it and he promised me that they will so i let them work on it then after he said that noise was coming from my strutts i ended up replacing both in the front they charge me a grand total of 2,200 hundred dollars and after the replace them the noise was still there then he ask me to bring it back the next day and they started to dismantle .y front end hub caps and all charging me more money and the noise was never fix i feel like i got rip off cz, i when and call another shop in Whitehall they are really professional and they had the right tools to fine out what was wrong with my car and this time for sure it got fix for only 1,000 with parts and labor the noise was coming from the lower arm on the rocking piñon so i got rip off for 2, 200dollars they are nice people but they dont have the right tools so they just guess to much and i dint even get nothing back from all that money i spend .

Friendly staff helped me complete my annual state inspection. Clean, calm waiting room to sit in with comfortable chairs while your vehicle is being serviced. Staff helped me understand a future concern I may have with my vehicle without pushing the costly repair services at this time, so that’s nice they’re looking out for customers without being aggressive or pushy; makes me understand the problem is a genuine one and not just a shop trying to get one over on a customer. I used a Groupon here with no problems, I would absolutely recommend this shop for a state inspection and I’ll likely take my vehicle here in the future for any maintenance work! All in all the inspection took about a half hour, which I felt was very quick. 5 stars all the way

First of all, service is fantastic. The owner is the best shop owner i ever met. Very thoughtful, cool dude. I went in here for a resonator delete which every shop prior had denied me of. I walked in and explained what I wanted done, and he did it. I got 2 hours of sleep last night and I went I there this morning and was in and out in 15 minutes. I had mentioned I had no ride after he explained he didnt know if he would get to it on time for me to go to work at 12. I was able to get 3 hours of extra sleep for work, and he got my car done, and it sounds great, AND he even gave me his work truck so I had a ride from home and back.. best damn shop Ive ever been too. After years of going to BS shops and getting ripped off and being overpriced all the time, this is the first shop that has there $!*# together. They are quick they are affordable and they are kind. Trust me check them out..I will definitely without a doubt have this be my shop for as long as I live in the area.

I dropped off my truck which had lost its braking ability. Don, the service writer, took my keys and advised me that my truck would be inspected soon and would call me.True to his word, Don called in about an hour (after inspecting the truck’s braking system) and advised me that the brake lines had a pin hole causing the fluid to escape. After my telling him to replace the lines, he gave me an estimate for the job and said that it could be picked the day.The following morning Don called. Upon reaching the service desk, I was very pleased to hear that the estimate was high and final bill was lower. A pleasant surprise!This was not my first visit to this business and will certainly not be the last.DMDaly

Super experience here! These guys were able to breath life into my 96 Celica when no one else could, or would even bother trying! Very happy with them. I needed a custom muffler, along with some serious body work, which they responsibly outsourced on my behalf. They kept me informed about the cost along the way, and made sure I was satisfied with the results. All within a short time frame (less than two weeks total),and before my inspection ran out. Would definitely recommend these guys for whatever your mechanical needs are!

I recently had my transmission replaced at Rothrock Nissan. I took my car to Meineke on a whim due to weird noises after my transmission replacement. Will looked at my car within 5 minutes of me being there, and found the problem very quickly. He explained the problems he found due to Rothrock’s error, and was very thorough about what he did to fix the issue. I was out of there within 30 minutes. You can tell they value their customers, and they’re very genuine and honest. I only went to another place due to other circumstances, but I will no longer be going anywhere else after this. You can definitely trust these guys, they know what they’re doing! Thanks again will and joe!

Im from out of town and called the night before. Don hooked me up with 4 tires at a great price. He asked me if I wanted my breaks done, seeing that they were close to the minimum when he had my car up on the lift. He quoted me a decent price, but I got a quote from a garage at my home town for less and he matched it. Very pleased with the service!
