So far this has been a pleasant experience. The staff is super friendly, relatable and professional. The place and cars we viewed were clean and neat. Pedro was amazing with us! He allowed me to voice my concerns about leasing for the first time and being fearful about a car that will not be reliable since my husband and I use it for work everyday. He made me feel super comfortable with leasing from them. So far, so good.

We purchased a vehicle from from the Emmaus location with in six months oil started to leak, then the stainless steel cooling lines leaking, a motor mount, tires, a battery the wrong one was put in. All the threats I got from Lisa Aponte and calling the whole family when I was a day late. This 2010 Dodge Journey was nothing but a money pit and still is. Never will buy a another vehicle from them again. Bought a vehicle from DriveTime I got better service from them and their bank works with you. We have spent 3000 dollars the first year. You can have the vehicle back and sell the vehicle to some one else. We are done.

Choice of 5 cars. 20% interest. At least 30 default rules. Told them I had 1000 down. Made me put 2800. Don’t go here if last car dealer in the galaxy. Legalized fraud and contacting bbb, lawyer and atty general

They treated me nice but the car that they sold us is more a Lemon than a real car.Problems with it:1. The car was not clean in the inside, it is very dirty.2. Car begin by turning the Engine Light on.3. Car started with a small noice coming from the front of the car then including very loud, as I drove through Streets and Highways, it had something mechanically loose that could have turned into a disastrous accident.4. We went in because we needed a 4 x 4 can and ended up with a Van which is a Real Gas Gosler.

I give Chris and John the mechanics five stars they are fabulous. I have had issue with my 2014 Chevy Captiva and they have been more then accommodating. I bought the car 8/22/20. When I called sales and asked question they referred me always to the mechanics. Especially when My husband and I were upset when the same problem happened two weeks later wanted to return the car and the manager said they do not do that and would not help. We bought a lemon and sales would not help. When I spoke with Chris he promised me he would help us out and he did he fixed it. Chris and John also explained if for some reason it happens again he would send it to the Chevy dealer. Unfortunately it did happen again and it was the computer board in the ignition. If it was not for the mechanics I would not have a car that runs. I give sales A 2 star rating I would be stuck with a lemon that does not run if left to sales. The mechanics deserve a raise.

Mike Venier and Jeff and Angela(cnac) stayed open way past 7pm to make sure I got in a new car since my old car had to put out of its misery. Mike promised me he would get me in a new car and he did. Jeff and Mike worked a miracle and I appreciate it so so much

I keep a open communication and DUE TO COVID-19 I lost my job what Im able to pay is what I can give even BEFORE covid-19 they did that, life happens to were income changes after purchases that requires monthly payment!! NOW come to see they AGAIN RAN PAYMENT WITHOUT PERMISSION!!! So now during this covid-19 pandemic I have NO FUNDS for anything else!!!........ UPDATE!!! Yes this did happen since then however things have been going very smoothly and if Im unable to make a payment on time as long as there is COMMUNICATION between us they have worked with me👏🏿

Lisa Aponte has been great during this Corona Virus crisis. Shes been helping me immensely and for that Im forever grateful. This company is not what I thought I was. Its MUCH BETTER than Id ever imagined.

I have was financing a 2009 kia sportage for a little over 3 years. It was not a vehicle that I ever wanted yet, at the time I was told that this was the only car I could get. After more than 3 years of paying ahead of time, keeping the vehicle in excellent condition I was offered by byrider in emmaus for a upgrade. I went in to the Emmaus byrider and, filled out a new application, which included a hard hit on my credit. After being told that I qualify for a upgrade due to my credit score and, being a long time customer, I never heard back from anyone. During this time I called to see what was available on lot and, was only told someone will call you back shortly. Never a call back. Then one day I get a call from byrider in emmaus from Jennifer stating that she saw my previous application approval and, wanted to follow up because the last girl didnt and, was fired. She also stated that she was brought up from Florida on the Jd byriders owners expense to clean house and get customer loyalty back. I gave her a chance, even put 100 down on a truck until I could test ride. When I called and, tried to set up a test drive the next day, Jennifer told me that someone else put cash down on it and, it was off market unless the customer didnt pay the rest in 60 days. Jennifer, has since been trying to give me a jeep liberty only . I did test drive a black one Friday to be fair. But, dont want it, now she is trying to give me a silver one. Even after I said that I didnt want the black one or a liberty period. Long story short, I was faithful since dealing with you guys, but I see that you do not care about on time paying, loyal customers like me. I am so glad to no longer do business with anyone like that. Carmax just purchased the kia sportage and the purchase was done Saturday. I hope that in the future, you guys treat people better than you treated me. Oh, about my last pre-qualified application, unless you can get me exactly what I told Jennifer and Katie want I want please do not contact me trying to get me something that you guys want to get rid of to make a sale.

They will not revise anyones loan payment because it’s too much work if you wanted to switch it to every month you can not. #mybyrider this absolutely unfair to any costumer because after a certain amount of time at other dealerships you can change it to every month. But unfortunately it’s too much work for this company to make it month to month.
