Driver was communicative. On time, would recommend before anyone else.

If you want a tow service to not show up at all or not contact you or not even answer the phone these guys are the guys.

Just moved here from toledo.. idk anyone up here but I promise.. Locost looked out.. I had a vehicle towed and another issue handled on another vehicle same day at prices theyre not trying to get over.. just make a honest living.. good people work there.. everything about them is on point.. highly recommend anyone in lorain County help them blow up..good business good people.. and they for real out here trying to help people struggle without getting over on them.. very reasonable

We appreciate that they take the residents in our building seriously when it comes to removing a vehicle, because our parking is so limited here. We appreciate that they are Open 24 hours, and will come out at night for parking issues. 🙂

Blue flat bed driver crashed my vehicle while loading it onto their bed. Very upsetting. Over two weeks now and still no rental even while the shop waits on partsstill wtg on getting my car back since LoCost crashed it, its now been a MONTH.
