Technicians were great! They were friendly and understanding with my elderly mom. They respected that the small issues they found were addressable by the family. There was no push for unneeded services. I would highly recommend this company. They showed concern for the customer!

I had some carpenter ants sneaking into my home from a nearby woodpile. Carl examined my house, and then tracked the pests back to the woodpile. He exterminated the colony and sprayed my foundation to make sure we wouldnt see anymore. Sure enough, we started seeing less and less everyday. I cant wait until we dont see another ant! Theyre also great for wasps, and since spraying my house, I havent seen any of those either.

I utilized this service back in November, but I wanted to wait a bit and see how things went in order to give my honest review. Well I am happy to say I am nothing but satisfied. These guys were knowledgeable, friendly and professional! They not only found all of the the entry holes, but they closed them up, which is something other companies were not willing to do. I have not seen any evidence of rodents since! These guys were great! I would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future if needed.

After using Robinhood a number of times I am convinced these guys are the best option out there.I first used them after moving into my house which had infestations of mice, wasps and ants.They were able to solve all problems within that first visit and a quick follow-up. Our technician was thorough, friendly, and efficient. The price was competitive and below other quotes we got for the same work.Since then I’ve had quarterly service done, which truly keeps the bugs at bay and catches any newly forming issues.They’re also very responsive. I recently found out that carpenter ants had been making a home in my first floor drywall and window trim. They were literally falling out of a hole in the trim and they just kept coming. I contacted the company and someone came out within 24hrs and took care of the issue.I don’t typically leave reviews but this company is a cut above and I’m a truly happy customer.

Never had to call a company before for unwanted rodents, however not only did I get same day service only a few hours after I called but he also returned when I called him again the same day to remove the body. Now that is great customer service!

Had an awesome experience using Robinhood Pest Solutions. We had cigarette Beetles we acquired from chicken feed. After paying other companies $100s we eare now free!! We where told they where water Beetles and had quarterly service for almost 2 years!!

Clint did an amazing job getting rid of rodents in the basement. I tried two other pest services who werent punctual and couldnt fix the problem. Clint was very professional, punctual and scheduled follow up appointments to make sure the problem was handled. He also explained every step of the process and found a solution that would not only treat the problem but also prevent it from happening again. If I had called Robinhood first, it wouldve saved me a lot of time and money. Highly recommend.

Im a landlord, and let me tell you Robinhood did a great job handling my problems in a timely manner. I had one of those nation wide companys come and take advantage of me asking for more money and not doing the job. I think the workers at that big name place make more if they sell more.. We were extremely pleased with our experience. He was very responsive, polite, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable and thorough! He responded right away to our project request, called ahead of arrival and came by right when scheduled. He had very fair pricing and even noted items in our recently purchased home that were not necessarily pest related but helped immensely in building knowledge to make our home more durable and safe. He was also the only company that answered the phone when I was calling around!!Not only has my rat problem been taken care of, but the ants and wasps I had around my porch were addressed for no more than the monthly fee I was already paying for the rats!
