I Was out of state and needed brakes fast, as soon as I returned so I could safely travel again. Called and even though I got called to another job and was a day late they still get me in and fixed before lunch. I got a lot of stuff fixed for the price. Great service, super nice people. Thank you for safely keeping me on the road. I cannot thank you enough for squeezing me in!!!Strait forward and direct with what is needed and what is possible if you do not repair it. One of the first times I have ever had a vehicle fixed and did not feel like I was being taken advantage of.Would recommend 1000 times.

The first time I came here was a few months ago when I needed my brakes fixed. They really worked with me, I was at work and they had someone come pick my car up for me. I accidentally had left my house key with them while they were fixing it and someone was nice enough to drive to my house to drop it off to me.I went there again today after hearing a strange noise from my car. I showed up out of the blue and they still took a look at which point he told me it was my stabilizer that was broken. I allowed them to fix it and I was waiting for my ride. They were done before my ride even came to get me! (Within 20-30 minutes).The individuals who work here are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I appreciate their service so much!

I just wanted to say Thank You to Jeff and his wonderful staff They did a fantastic job on my car today I had a flat tire yesterday and went to another place to get a tire and they told me that I needed to have my front wheel bearing replaced I called Jeff at Tuffy and he told me to bring my car in and he would look at it. When I brought it to them they told me it was not my wheel bearing but the rim was bent a little they fix it no more noise they also told me that my other tires were bad and needed replaced. They also did my front brake pads,front disk brake rotors, lubes the brake drum, clean and adjust my rear brakes,and oil change. I am so grateful to have been treated so great I highly recommend that if you have to get your car fixed take it to Tuffy on Cleveland St. In Elyria and you will have great service. Thank you to a great bunch of guys.

I havent gone here, I was considering it, until I saw some of the responses of the owner. If someone does review stating you were rude and what not, you dont post a rude reply. Most of your replies lack candor. Im glad I am reading reviews before bringing my sons car in to a place. Your responses just lost that possibility. I dont care how busy you are, busy doesnt mean good work or good customer services. It just means you are located in a highly populated area where most people just take their cars to anyone.

Very poor customer service!! Came in to get a estimate for a muffler and brake line was told that they do not have time..and rushed me out the door! No wonder I try to stay away from these places! What a waste..must be nice to have enough business to turn people away!!.Response to your lies below. First off after you said you dont have time...YOU SIR..walked away from me into your little side office...watch your cameras and see the truth. You never offered anything!!! You just walked away period. So please do not try to sugar coat your actions and the way you treated me. I only hope you learn from this mistake. As far as your comment about hiding behind a computer screen...guess I wouldnt have to if you would not have walked away and went into your office! As far as coming back there that would be a waste of time...I dont need to be treated like that twice!

I needed to have a panel on the bottom of my SUV re-attached and was so fortunate to have been recommended this place. Jeff was kind, honest, and fixed it up expediently. I will definitely go to this Tuffy for any future needs, and you should too!

I received unbelievable, outstanding customer service from Jeff and Hoss. They went far above and beyond the norm to assist me in an urgent blown out tire situation a few streets away when I was on my way out of town to a family vacation with my baby in the car. I was kind of hysterical and panicking and they took total control of the situation and provided me with very fast service at an excellent price. I still owe these guys a few batches of chocolate chip cookies ; ) I would not recommend going anywhere else for tire service with in Elyria. Give these guys all of your business!

After being quoted a very high price for repair I needed on my car at another garage, I came to Tuffy on Cleveland St. in Elyria to get a second opinion. Jeff was able to pin point the problem right away and get the issue fixed for more than $600 less than the competitor! Great customer service and quality repair. I was in and out very quickly. I will definitely come here again.

Have been to Cleveland Street Tuffy in Elyria on multiple occasions with multiple vehicles and each and every time the service was excellent. I have used these guys twice on two different vehicles in the past 2 months. The results were like night and day. The first problem had to do with a brake issue another garage said couldnt be fixed after taking it back 3 times. The second was on my truck. A noise had been developing over sometime and it finally became alarming. I took it in on a Saturday afternoon with the idea of just leaving it there so they could look at it on Monday. I had it fixed and back in 3 hrs. Now it runs like a champ, nice and quiet. Highly recommend these guys.

Tuffy Auto service center should be ashamed of themselves.I took my car to there location on Cleveland st in Elyria and they told me 2000 to repair my car and I took it to another local shop down the street and it only cost me 300 dollars to have the car fixed.I will never set foot in there again.
