I had a sudden brake problem that required quick attention, and John Pais Service was able to take a look at my car on short notice while other local mechanics were unable to do so. They identified the issue within a day, as well as another impending problem, and were able to fix both in another day. Their prices were within the usual range.

Got new brake discs and pads there on my 2016 gmc Yukon. When I picked it up I heard a clunking sound from my front driver side wheel that wasnt there before I took it. I went home, jacked it up and took off wheel to check and my brakes were loose/Wobbly. I Tolk back the next day and they took keys immediately when I walked in and not only fixed it, butreplced another part for no extra cost. They are honest here.
