This was my second time coming here and I LOVE my experience here. Kate is amazing I was recommended by a friend.

WORST EXPERIENCE.I came here with my mom on Wednesday and a guy did her gel manicure and a woman did mine. We both had acrylic nails that were ripped PAINFUL rather than using acetone.We both have cuts all over our fingernails. I WILL COME IN TO COMPLAIN WITH HER again.This is insane. Please don’t go here. Not friendly either.They just want to finish!!!Please don’t waste your money here. I went there for my moms birthday to have nails pretty but you guys ruined our experience!

Kat did a great job! Even when the power when out, business went on as usual. Thankfully it came back on within minutes.

I LOVE this salon. They are so friendly, quality products used and most of all super clean. I watch everything and so far Im super happy. Ive gotten my nails and eyebrows done and from what I saw they do super pedicures.

I made an appt DAYS before coming yet I had to wait over an hour to be serviced. Do not come here if you are in a time crunch. But most of the people are nice.

Finally back from the quarantine and I guess not everyone is happy to be back to work. My technician did a terrible job. Did not cut my cuticles or nails, no leg scrub or massage and got color all over my skin! He also missed 3 nails, he only colored half of the nail! The pedicure was $25.. what a waste of money

The only good thing I can say is the wait time isnt that long, especially during their busiest time. Other than that I have nothing positive to say. The guy who did my nails rushed threw it. The quality of the work was awful and the coats were uneven. Not even 24 hours later, and the nail polish chipped.

Wasnt too friendly and definitely not kid friendly!!! Idk if its because im not a regular. But the energy was off.My daughter nails was trash. Messed up in 24 hours. Didnt even bother taking her back for them to do it over.Wont visit again

I came in last minute while they were closing and I was so happy they took me in it was my first time there and everyone was so welcoming my nail technician was ken I never have guys fo my nails but let me tell u he was so good and make sure I like what I see and very gentle not only he was awesome he was very nice and the lady who did my pedicure was awesome as well I will definitely recommend this place and go back :)))

Prices are really high and they are very rude and disorganized. most nail stylists do not speak english and they don’t bother to get someone to translate, they just ignore you. the only good manicurist is ken everyone else I don’t recommend

Horrible customer service . Dont care if their hurting your nails or if the polish has dust or bubbles . Or if the shape is bumpy . Their goal is to have you in and out then on to the next horrible pricey set .

I don’t recommend this place at all.One day, I went there just to pain my nails “changed colors” And the guy he is kid it middle age. He was going to do it for me.He was mad his mood was so annoying with me but that wasn’t all, he took all my nail polish with the file, but it didnt look good.I had lumps and crooked, I told him but he ignored me. He just said; in a very bad way that he was the professional, not me.I was furious because he treated me very badly. Any way, I let him finished and I left since I left I didnt tip him . Because of my bad experiences.I went to another place to change the color again :the one he did was too ugly and dull with lumps Ive never come back since that day.Now if I want to change my nail color I visit the other one that is next to a tattoo shop.

I have been going to Ricky for 3 years for my lashes- everyone always compliments me and asks where I get them done because they are so natural looking. The salon is very clean, relaxing, plays great music. Thank you Ricky for always making me look beautiful.

First time was not the best for me but my daughter nails came out beautiful thanks-to Kat she did a nice job. My nails not so much. The older gentlemen sitting next to owner did a horrible job. I’m not pleased with the work. The corner of my nails are so sharp I poked a hole in my pants. Their also uneven asked him to fix them he was not nice at all but rude. Nail polish is coming off. Here it is only Sunday. I went on Friday at 12:45. He sits next to the owner of the place. As soon as u walk up the stairs straight ahead of u. Beware of him. I will give this place one more time on the strength of kat & owner they were pleasant ppl

They don’t keep their appointments!!! I had an appointment at 7:00, and when I got there he had someone else in the chair. So I waited, usually it doesn’t take that long, but at 7:20 when I got up to ask how much longer it would be I was told 15-20 more minutes. At that point I told him I would come back another day because my appointment was at 7:00 and I had things to do. They should treat their loyal customers/customers who make appointments with respect and abide by the appointments made in the book and be mindful that if they have an appointment it’s because they have other things to do and take the walk-in customers when someone is available to do so.

My best friend recommended this place because her nails looked beautiful. I went to the nail shop and got my nails done by Sam. When I showed him the picture of what I would like, he said we can’t do that but we do have other options.. he cut them way to short, didn’t measure each side of the nail to make sure they’re even, and put one nail on top of my cuticle. My cuticles were bloody and he was blaming me for not saying they were “clean.” I then went to the bathroom to wash my hands as instructed, and I came out and he is with his “regular” client. I then got moved to a lady who rushed my painting, and when I looked at my nails to the side, they were bumpy and not smooth. The overall application and service took 40 minutes. I went to my nail salon in my town. Not only is my thumb nail cracked down the middle, but now my nails are more fragile than ever. I was rushed, and I will never go back their or my money again.

DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! The lady tried to rush my pedicure but best believe I did not let her. Go to Crystal Nails! Do. NOT. Come. Here!

If only I could rate no stars! I’ve been to this location 3 times and this place has systematic issues. My fist time there I was actually leaving from Sexy Nails a couple of blocks down the road and the customer service was so horrible at that location I left immediately and found my way here to Pink Nail Studio. I selected my colors with the manicurist and she somehow still picked out the wrong color. I’ve already waited an hour to be serviced I told her that wasn’t the color I picked and she kept applying it anyway and my design was poorly done. Since I was unhappy with 2/3 things I wasn’t moving forward with a pedicure. Two days later 3 nails broke. I went back to their location this time with a friend expecting to pay for a repair. Andy remembered me and offered to change my color and repair my nails for free which was awesome. I got a pedicure my second visit. Three days after that the same exact nails that were repaired broke yet again. I was beginning to get furious because I’ve been back repeatedly to this location and I’ve NEVER had this problem with any other salon. On my day off from work, I went back to see if they could repair my nails. I called ahead asking for a wait time I was told 10 minutes. When I arrived I was waiting 45 minutes. Walk In Customers were seen before me. By then a customer was complaining that she’s been waiting for an hour and she had an appointment. I then left and went back everyday for the past 4 days and the wait time has become longer and longer and finally one evening they were closed so I went to another location across the street. Saturday I had the choice of going back to the location I previously visited but of course I wanted to give Pink Nail Studio the benefit of the doubt. AGAIN, I called in advanced. I asked Andy how long was the wait for a refill and a pedicure he said come in we have an open spot. I waited 15 minutes!! After being seated I then waited an HOUR for my pedicure.The man who did my French pedicure did a horrible job the white was completely uneven none identical to the other! I was headed to the desk to pay but Andy seated me shortly after to get my nails done. I found a simply beautiful Valentines Day design on Instagram that I wanted to customize. I showed Andy the picture and drew what design I wanted. Andy took a picture of the design and then asked the man if he was able to do it? The man said he loved the picture and he was okay with doing it. In between doing the design he was messing up several times make everything (like my French pedicure) UNEVEN. I asked him to fix ONE thing and he wiped off the design stopped everything said “I can’t! Someone else will do it. Maybe I have to go back to New York and learn more.” Collectively I spent 3 HOURS in this nail salon and all the services I asked for were significantly horrible! I SHOULD HAVE BEEN FRUSTRATED! Even after I was in tears and infuriated about my overall experiences, having my pedicure messed up, and more importantly being in that location for 3 HOURS! Andy still made me pay full price for a design I NEVER GOT! He even blamed me for changing my mind about not getting the design! I’ll NEVER go back there EVER again because it’s a complete and utter waste of time. No compassion towards their customers, horrible customer service, a complete disaster every time! 👎🏾👎🏾

Avoid on a Saturday at all costs. My nails were rushed and didnt feel attended to. Pedi was great although by a young man who seem pretty new he did a great job. They have the capability to do a great job but this visit was very not fun as a walk in.

So I needed an appointment in between going to a nail salon that I regularly go to. A friend suggested I try Pink Nails and ask for Ricky who is in high demand and was going away soon on vaca which I was informed or her nail tech Kat. My friend knows I’m detailed and look for quality and skilled nail tech status which is why I know she referred Ricky from what I could see during my first and last visit.To wrap this up there were no other techs available for a walk in, therefore the guy who I have no idea if he was the owner or just the in house receptionist. I believed that he was just prepping me unbeknownst to me he was the one who did my gel set over my natural nails which he completely did with lil effort and horrible attention and basic skills. I could tell he barley does clients by the way he handled a simple nail file, and when I commented about the care I asked him to use as he was going around my cuticles w/ the machines he snarled saying something about just relax and I couldn’t make out the rest. Andrew I believe he said his name was, did a sub par job didn’t care to apply the gel evenly, buff or smooth out the application, didn’t file precisely regarding the shape of my nails.In short this nail spot didn’t provide a good customer service experience.

I love it here. I never have a problem with my nails and they make sure you like them. The business is very clean and the employees are very friendly. It feels like a spa when Im there especially since they offer you a beverage. This is one of the best nail salons Ive been to in my area. First place Ive ever seen that is soo clean about how they do everything.

Nails, pedicure, waxing! Simply the best. Andy and the rest of the nail techs always do an amazing job. I appreciate nail salons with lots of design creativity....theres definitely lots of that at Pink Nail Studio Too. I am never disappointed!

Do not go to this establishment. They don’t sanitize their nail utensils or equipment. Nail artists have fungus on their nails. Stay away from Andy and the guy on the far left. They make sure your mails intentional break to keep you coming back for a nail fix to make it seem like they’re delivering great customer service. All the years of doing my nails I’ve NEVER had this problem, until I did business with them. STAY AWAY IF YOU LOVE THE BEAUTIFICATION AND HEALTH OF YOUR NAILS. PAY EXTRA AND GO TO A REPUTABLE SALON.

Natalee is the best there she gives you want you want and does an excellent job while doing so! She deliver wonders...... Cat is annoying and rude I gave four stars because of her bad attitude.

I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE!!!! I WAITED A HALF HOUR AFTER BEING TOLD IT WOULD ONLY BE A 10 MINUTE WAIT, TO THEN BE IN THE CHAIR FOR ONLY 20 MINUTES WHILE 2 PEOPLE TOOK TURNS DOING MY GEL MANICURE. THEY DID NOT SHAPE MY NAILS OR ASK IF I WANTED THEM FILED OR CUT, THEY DID NOT CUT MY CUTICLES, THEY DID NOTHING THAT COMES WITH A MANICURE, AND THE COLOR I CHOSE WAS ON THE LIGHTER SIDE AND THEY ONLY DID 2 COATS SO NOW YOU CAN STILL SEE MY NAIL THROUGH THE PAINT AND SOME HAVE AIR BUBBLES IN THEM AND OTHER NAILS ARE CROOKED. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. AND THEIR SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM WAS TO HAVE ME WAIT ONCE AGAIN TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!

I love this salon, I have been with Andy for over 10 years. (I follow him to whereever salon he works).I was happy to know that he opened his own salon . He is efficient, professional and well mannered. I never had a problem with his works, the rest of the staff is always courteous too. The wait is not long and they dont rush to complete your manicure or pedicure. Nail design are up to date .you feel as if you are in a spa in the salon. Its very clean. I only trust him with my eyebrows shaping. You wont be disappointed at pink nails studio too

Dont go to this place.. it was my first and it is my last time too..

First visit great a gentlemanin the back section last seat took me for a gell manicure i loved it and tipped very well. Went back a little more than two weeks later to get my nails redone the guy i mentioned earlier was busy so another guy took me he fixed my broken nail by putting acrylic nail powder over it then painting it overall was a sloppy job then the length Id gained of my own nails got chopped down bc he said a square shape was better...but since i had no appt and Im not big on asking things to be corrected when its busy I left and still tipped well. In the end I now have damaged stubby nails and Im back to looking for a nail tech for the rare occasions I do get my nails done....(wont let me post pictures of the manicures and the aftermath)

Someone else who knows about manicures like me will stop coming to this salon and begin going to the one nearby.That man charged me $35 for gel mani and a friend of mine $45 when she came a different day & time.Same design.I will definitely inform my acquaintances about the service of this salon.

I go to this place frequently it doesnt matter who does my nails. On this occasion I had an appointment and there were two people ahead of me a little girl and her dad another lady and me and friend. The had taken three fair skin people before us even though he had been sitting there. I wanted to give my appointment to the little girl and Andy got upset and refused which ticked me off because I know you know how to paint nails. So the father became upset as we all became aware of the situation. We were sitting at the back of the bus at a nails salon. We all left we gave them what they wanted. Oppressed people oppress people.

This place does an amazing job! The workers are professional and courteous.

I’ve been going here for a few years I’ve had a few problems here and there but they gave me no hard time to fix it and most of the time fix it for free over all I love their work and bright attitudes and I’m very picky with my nails :), I do recommend them and kat does a fantastic job !

Over priced

Absolutely awful. I went for a full set and he literally put the powder over my cuticle. I leave today for a business trip and unfortunately I don’t have time to have them re-done. I didn’t realize just how bad it was until I got home, but even while there he was filing my skin, not nail. DO NOT GO HERE.

The ambiance of the salon is one that you wont get anywhere else . You are offered green tea or water upon arrival . No long wait, no gossip and no favoritism in the salon . Ricky and Andy are the best so happy for them .

If you go when they are crowded they really rush and it shows in the quality. I have had a few great sets and a few nice pedis, but also a few pretty sloppy and terrible ones.

Customer service is terrible. What is the purpose of making an appointment and having your customers number and you are not there and dont call to inform them that you are on vacation?! Also, Andy is a liar and has terrible customer service skills. Im very disappointed with the experience I had today!
