I am so disappointed with this place. My regular lady for dip powder was booked and saw that Chen’s had really great reviews so I was excited to try them out and when I initially left I was so happy! My nails looked so good! It wasn’t until NOT EVEN a week later, literally on day 5 where two of my nails had chipped. I went back and they fixed it, but literally the next day that same nail chipped again. The pictures I showed are of not even 2 full weeks, they’re of 11 days after to be exact. 5 of my 10 nails have fully chipped (and they’re my real nails). I’ve gotten dip at other places before and it lasts at least 4 weeks before even chipping. I’m just so upset with this place because I spent $50 for nothing. I will not be going back and do not recommend this place for dip powder.

Wasted $80 on a dip mani & pedi for 2 of my nails to mess up in 3 days… 1 chipped & the other cracked. Ladies were super nice when i was spending my money but when I went back to ask for my nails to be fixed, chick acted like it was a problem. She fixed it but the very next day i had two more nails chip right off. It’s frustrating to be ripped off of almost $100 for anything to go wrong in a few days. Got me once but never again!!! Will NOT return.. BOGUS!!!!

What a hidden Gem, was in the neighborhood running some errands. Decided, I would get a pedi around the neighborhood and Google and found this location. Walk in, and luckily was able to sit down for a pedicure with no appointment. Every was clean and everyone was very welcoming.

I fiound my new place. Its taken 3 years, but I finally found the nail shop Im happy to go back to over and over. Ended up here by sheer luck a few months ago. Went again today and it was just as good as the last time. The shop is clean and bright and everyone that works there is friendly. Its not a chaotic environment, which I appreciate. I like Emily, but honestly it seems like everyone is great. Highly recommend!

Great local neighborhood place to get your pedi-manicure. Chen is the owner and is very nice. My daughter and I love going there to relax and enjoy our time together ❤

So Im new to the area. I called Nd they accepted me to walk in. I got a manicure no chip ge and an upper lip wax. I love how they turned out. The staff is really nice! I am pleased with my experience. Thanks guys!

This is the best nail spot in town! I am so glad I found it. My no-chip manicure is going 3 weeks strong. Chen and the other women are so friendly and they all do wonderful work on your hands and feet.The salon is very clean too!

This place was amazing. I made an appointment and received the best leg and foot massage ever. I did not feel rushed as you usually do in these places. Very clean and safe as well. I will be back for sure. Its taken me a long time to find this gem of a place.

I have visited Chens nail salon 3 times. Each time has been very nice. The salon is super clean. The nail tech Nemo is very experienced. For my pedicure she really cleans around the nail bed and scrubbed away the calluses. For Christmas I got the no chip manicure and added glitter, it lasted almost 4 weeks before I got a chip. I recommend calling first for an appointment and cash payment is preferred.

Love this hidden gem! Easy to make an appointment, everything is VERY clean and they are always so friendly! I like the variety of colors to choose from and the recommendation on different types of pedicures they offer. They also have a loyalty card that they punch per visit!

Im really happy I found this salon. Chen and staff are great with their services. Plus they have THE CHAIR that massages youre back when you are getting your pedicure. Ive been to other salons in the area but this is my favorite and the best. I am now a regular.
