I was on a trip, when my car broke down. it broke down across the street from the Honda dealership . so i decided to take it there. They call me the next day and told me my whole engine would have to be pulled to fix a broken bolt. It would cost me 2500 to fix and it would take a week to fix. I had to be back at work in KY in 3 days. Then he tried to get me to come down and buy a new car. Lucky my mother told me to call around. I called nicks. the lady that answered the phone was compassionate. She got nick to talk to me. I explain every thing to him and he told me to bring my car over. his man not only fixed my car he did it in one day and only charged me 560 for the whole thing! My car drove great on my almost 10 hour drive home and is still running great weeks later! Thanks so much to Nicks Auto Repair!

Nicks Automobile repair is in my opinion a VERY fair priced garage w. High quality work...they dont cut corners. Nor are their prices outrageous.. definitely my choice for chemung county....never had a bad experience or felt that it was being overcharged

I was very pleased with the service and repair I received. Everything was fixed and a few related items that popped up while they were repairing were fixed as well. Preventing the need for endless phone calls or repeated trips back to the shop. We just moved to area and as a small engine mechanic Im picky about who I have work on my stuff. Nick broke the bill down for me showing me how much the part cost and how much labor would be needed for the repair. I always feel comfortable coming here when I need work done on my vehicles. I get a lot of work done here, repairs, inspections. Nick is always honest about what needs to be fixed and very fair on price. I can usually get my vehicle in within a day or two and its fixed right away. Hard to find a trustworthy repair shop these days but these guys are the best in my book.
