Asked to be set up for an appointment date two weeks ago. Jeff said he would get back to me Never did. So I mentioned it to him again not to forget to send me a date.. still nothing. Today he posted on his social media that he booked a woman in coming into our town from out of town within the month but told me it would be till June for me. Again, I live locally and would be a repeat customer.. equals more money and referrals. So I messaged him right after I saw the post to see if he was going to get me a date seeing as how this woman was scheduled. He responded he was doing the best he could to fit people in and then blocked me. If that isn’t customer service and professionalism folks, then I don’t know what is 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Nothing I wrote was offensive or hurtful.. I have the pictures of the messages. Think twice about your value as a customer to someone before you spend your money.

I just picked up the second car they have done for us this week. My car looked showroom new when we picked it up yesterday and today they did my sons SUV which was desperately in need of detailing. It also looks wonderful. Pleasant and accommodating staff(met us after hours to get the keys when we picked up vehicles), reasonably priced, work completed on time. Definitely will use them again.

Wonderful detail job. Very nice to deal with and updated with any questions or possible issues. Great price also. Had a 2009 Kia Spectra and 2012 Nissan Versa done. Extremely happy with both. Will go again. Very personable staff.

Very disappointed. I have coffee stains on the front floor mats. It still looked very bad after having it detailed. When I pointed it out to the young man, I was told that I should have mentioned it when I dropped the car off that morning. I dont think this was the response I should have been given. I was so looking forward to the stains being gone.
