This is absolutely the cleanest and best UPS store Ive ever been to. The employees look happy, the place is so neat and easy to find and there is almost never a line to be served. Honestly, a night and day difference in comparison to other UPS stores on the city.I would also like to add some major Kudos to a certain staff member who helped me out of a jam the other day.I accidentally returned through amazon the wrong hard drive. I had packed it given it to them and an hour later I realized I had sent them the hard drive with my data on it instead of the broken one I had hoped to get replaced.The employee when I called spent a considerable amount of time going through packages that where about to be sent out and found my box. I really want to thank that individual for his efforts, he truly went above and beyond and I didnt have cash on me when I recovered my hard drive but I wanted to give him a tip for his efforts, so he knows I truly appreciate it.If you know his name please let me know and I will return with a tip that he definitely deserves. All I recall is he was a tall white male in his 20s.This is the best UPS around, you have to go here.

Much better, happy and helpful staff, and the place is clean. I used to mostly go to Oak Park but I switched and now come to this one even though its a little bit farther. Those two locations feel like two different companies entirely.

Friendly helpful staff. I particularly like the fact that they close later on Saturdays. This UPS is taking over most of my FedEx-Kinkos needs.

I have always had very positive experiences at UPS Stores. Ive used this store several times recently and my experiences continued to be very positive. More than once I was waited on by Evan at this store. He is very helpful, friendly, and courteous. And excellent ambassador for the store.

Such a friendly and helpful team! Came in clueless on what I need for my Save the Dates but just had a design. They helped me find paper, ordered it and had them printed and cut within a week! They look super expensive and were actually a good deal. Will be returning!!

Bad service, they refused to accept a prepaid package because of the space the have available, but in front of me they received several packages from other customer.

Paul and co-worker (sorry, I forgot his name) very helpful, responsive and skilled workers.

Called the UPS store to help me ship some boxes that probably need to be put on a pallet. Actual quotes from the owner Paul. Thats going to take me a lot of time and calls to sort out, I suggest you call UPS freight directly. Also, I dont feel comfortable taking responsibility for your packages in a short timeframe. End result, if you have a small, uncomplicated package then Im sure these guys are ok. They are not capable of shipping anything heavy, complex or out of the ordinary. Nor are they willing to spend the time to help the customer figure it out.

Great service, staff was friendly and courteous. I needed some documents notarized and shipped out and the team was very efficient.

Don’t expect them to be problem solvers.
