Couldnt say enough good things about these guys! Seriously, they detailed my truck very well. They were so nice and did such an amazing job. Nice clean big waiting room.
I like this car wash because most of the time you can wash your car peacefully, there isnt so much of a crowd really.... With that said, theres a reason for that. The pressure washers work fine but theres a lack of maintenance to this place, this place really needs attention. Up until recently the selection knobs on the control panel didnt even have a figure to indicate what were you selecting. The brushes are garbage, only a few short bristles left on them the change machines sometimes are not working, the place is dirty, garbage on the floor, potholes, etc etc. So, youre better off bringing some washing supplies with you. Why do I come here often then...?Like I said before... No Crowd! But the place does need attention. Apparently the people at Yorky’s restaurant, manages this place... unsuccessfully, but the part I don’t understand is why the village of Elmhurst allows this place to run in such condition.IT DOES HAVE 24Hr SURVEILLANCE! LOL
One of the worst car washes Ive ever been to. Two bill changers and neither one of them work. This place has been a complete dump for over 10 years.
To say this place is run down is an understatement. Save your time and money and do it at home, trust me throw a bucked on top of your car itll do better...
No foam, no wax, no hot water, for $10 youll have just pressurized water, I dont recommend at all!
I have to agree with the last reviewer about the dirty conditions and numerous potholes. Makes it a pain to wash sometimes. The price of using the machine for even 10 seconds results in a $4.50 charge and anything over 4 minutes gets charged extra. Not a huge deal but makes it tough to get a quick rinse for a decent price. The brushes are complete garbage and scratch the hell out of your car if you use it. I have a black car and noticed it immediately. The high pressure rinse is a joke! My hose at home has better pressure. And if you want to wash the car with a towel, then to wet it youll pay $4.50, and then wash by hand, and finally another $4.50 minimum to rinse. If you leave it running while you wash it ends up being more costly than a hand wash elsewhere. Expect to scratch your car, stumble over trash, or spend at least $9 for a simple DIY wash and bring your own towels soap and buckets because these brushes will tear your car to bits.Ive been coming here four times a week all winter long just to rinse my car, but Ill be looking elsewhere for a new DIY wash with better pressure and equipment and pricing. Sorry Yorkys but your car wash sucks and needs basic equipment overhaul to be decent.
Vacuum did not work ! Or else it wouldve been a 5/5 .
Thg is place has the foam brush which a lot of places have eliminated. You can use the credit card machine as well in case you dont carry a fanny pack full of quarters with you.
2 Stalls Closed and little Soap in Brush
Because the currency exchange machine does not work quite well
The brushes are old and scratch the paint
