These people need to service their location, seriously, no joke.I paid for the features on this wash but didn’t get anything, barely any foam at all... so much for the “lava” wash. 👎🏼Find another location!I came in for a car wash and my car came out with extra dirt and a bent plate.If you happen to come here, inspect your vehicle before leaving the premises, which I didn’t do.Technically, you agree to their stupid waver at the moment you pay, so there isn’t much that can be done.I’ll say just find another location or do a hand wash.

Great Customer Service. All equipment always in working condition. Car wash is kept nice and clean. Plenty of spaces and there hardly ever a long for the car wash.

Went it today to have my car washed payed $14 for top quality wash and to be honest it is a rip-off the car wasnt washed great nor did the wheels or tire shine was not on point.Tires werent washed properly nor was the tire shine applied properly there are the pictures to prove it and heres my receipt with the dateShould have went to a hand car wash for $20 and I would have been much happier

Quick in and out, but was doesnt feel too short, good coverage. Cheap wash is 3 bucks which is nice. The vaccuum stations work well too and compressed air. Solid car wash.

Awesome Vacuums and Air Nozzles for removing excess water after wash and cleaning away debris from those hard to reach areas. My car is over 25 years old and it still looks great!After bringing my 2 cars there over the past 2 months, I noticed many scratches and water entering my headlamp housing. Scratches in the plastic tail lenses.(The brushes are a little too harsh. I have scratches and it always damages my front license plate)

Love how they have two different options for vacuum nosels and air hose spray to get out water and dust from crevices. You can also purchase gift cards.

Car left super clean and shiny with just the $3 light wash. However it is easy to miss when selecting your wash (way at the bottom of the screen in small font). Free vacuums, compressed air, and floor mat holders. Doesnt get much better than this.

When going through the automatic wash the track got stuck AT NO FAULT OF ME THE DRIVER DOING ANYTHING DIFFERENT THAN USUAL the car behind ran into my bumper. When we got out to discuss the “managers” on site tried to blame it solely on me saying I hit the breaks or took the car out of neutral when I’ve gone through this wash a ton of times. This is a piss poor excuse to get out of taking responsibility for their faulty track. I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS CAR WASH AGAIN.

Has dual belt track. It is better for my rear wiper than some other washes. Vacuums kept in good shape and also include compressed air.

Unfortunate lack of social distancing between vacuum bays with cars directly next to each other, some vacuum bays unusable due to existing snow coverage (in 50⁰ weather, wasnt shoveled off or melted), patrons using vacuum bays that didnt pay for a wash prior, and inconsistent tire shine application lead to an unhappy experience.

Probably one of the best car washes to go to in the area. The washing machines are always well kept and never leave scratches the or dents on my car. the parking lot is very well maintenanced and the staff is definitely willing to help if there is anything you need. This place is named appropriately. It is the only car wash I have ever been to that has a compressed air nozzle next to the vacuums for customers to blow out debris from the crevices in their cars. And, they are competitively priced.

New $3 car wash. Well kept and maintained usually not busy but sometimes tends to get busy and long lines. All equipment works great as all is new.

Auto wash which uses a conveyor belt rather than the old pulley method. Foam brushes so no scratches and the dryer system is ultra high powered. I will say if your vehicle is extra filthy (bird poop & such) you may have to pretreat before the wash.

Nice place to wash your car

Got my car washed at Gem on 4/22. Got home and saw that the top of my windshield trim popped off on both sides. Tried to pop it back in but realized the clips were broken. Went back to Gem only to be told that it hasn’t happened to anyone else. Dealer said I need to get the clips repaired at a body shop. A cheap car wash has turned into an expensive repair.
