We had a funeral luncheon recently at Angelos. We had about 30 people. It was outstanding ! The food was excellent and the people were very nice to work with. Highly recommend!

By far the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced at a restaurant. I will never come back. 15+ min to be acknowledge when entering. After being seated 15+min to even bring us water. We order a drink and it set on the bar for 10+ minutes. We should have left 45 min in as thats how long it took to even take out order. We tried hard to give this place a chance but we should have left 30 min in when all we had was water. This place need to clean house.

We had some pasta catered to our wedding this past weekend and everyone loved it!

This place by far has the best Italian buffet in town. A good destination for workday lunch you can enjoy with your colleagues. Among my favorites is their lemon chicken and garlic butter linguine. The fried calamari is also very satisfying to the taste bud. There is Italian bakery/deli shop next to the restaurant which also worth mentioning.

We had a really great time here for a friends birthday. There were 7 of us with a reservation at 5 on a Saturday and they were more than happy to give us a table that was big enough for us to spread out a bit more than normal. The food was very good and the carrot cake was so so good. They took great care of us, really great service.

The rack of lamb was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked and the potatoes were amazing too.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious!! Calamari, shrimp scampi, salmon, chicken parm, & seafood pasta!! We will definitely be back!

Food was not fresh and not good. Eggplant parmigiana was made with a lot of red sauce and was super salt. Drinks were made not properly. We order Aperol Spritz and they made it with Grand Marnier liqueur instead of Aperol apéritif

Been here 4-5 times, group dinner, buffet, and parties. Food has been delicious and great portions. However, friday night not so for me. Had a special breaded white fish and shrimp in butter sauce. Way, way, way too salty and very mushy. Disappointed. Im one not to put up a fuss and no need to send it back. Friday night seafood should have been delicious! My wife and other couple said their meals were very good.

We hosted our sons wedding rehearsal dinner at Angelos about 2 weeks ago. We reserved the single banquet room upstairs and ordered the buffet. Our servers were Dennis and his daughter Nicole. Everything was outstanding! The service was great. We were trying to stay within a budget and Nicole worked with me on how to achieve that. The food was really good and the buffet offered a nice selection of items. Hosting this type of dinner was stressful but Josh and the staff at Angelos exceeded our expectations! Everyone had a great meal and a wonderful time!

The food here is amazing! Ive been here a few times now and have not had a problem. Waiter is always friendly and helpful. I personally dont eat vegetarian or gluten free but they do have commendations if you happen to be. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for good Italian food. Have not had a chance to try out their weekday lunch but my mother says it is worth a visit.

Actually sitting here right now. I was surprised to see how empty it is but now Im starting to understand. We have a party of 10, the restaurant might have 20 diners excluding us and we have now waited over 45 minutes for our appetizers. Its quiet as a library here on black Friday evening and now I understand why. Service is seriously lacking; we even had to ask to have the candles lighted on our table! I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I must say their service is always excellent and they keep the spot well organized consistently. Prices are reasonable and they serve large portions.

The waitress with the blonde hair was great! Forgot her name but it started with a B. We had a party and she was very attentive and very helpful. She was working the party and bar and was always on top of everything! When I come back I hope I have her again!

Last week was our first time we went to this restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the good service, with the magnificent dishes and booze and with the honest charge. We will definitely come back in a short time.

Although the food was excellent, I was disappointed that patrons were allowed to enter the building without masks. Also one of the waitresses walked back and forth inside with never having a mask on.

Arrived at 515 on a Saturday for reservations for an 8 person dinner, we all arrived at the same time and ordered quickly. Nice selection of dishes. The restaurant was empty. Within an hour it had filled up and we had our soup and hot bread, (we didnt order drinks) very good but was still waiting on dinner. Other tables had their dinner and were finishing when ours arrived a full hour after we ordered.The food was very good, hot and large amount. I had calimari stuffed with crab (like crab cake consistency) and broccoli. Would order again. Others ordered lasagna or gnocchi and shrimp and enjoyed their meals. I would give the food 4 stars and the service 3.5 stars. Although the servers were polite, there was no explanation as to why our food was late. No manager arrived after we asked several times about the food being delayed. We had to leave for a party at 645 so our meals were hurried.

This place deserves 0 stars. We went here for the private banquet upstairs. The food was very average but the service, specifically the owner (Josh I believe his name is) is the reason you should avoid this place. Made it seem like we were an inconvenience the entire time and was not helpful at all during the actual day. He was very rude and unapologetic when we couldnt get the music to play from the main system and made it seem like it was our fault?! He whipped out a tiny speaker and said here you go thats your music and took off... I specifically told him during the reservation process that music was a very important factor for booking the venue, he said we got it... Clearly they didnt. Thankfully one of the cooks there had a larger speaker that he personally brought from his car so we can at least hear the songs. I cant speak for the main restaurant but definitely do yourself a favor and avoid the banquet service and dealing with Josh... I am from Elmhurst and I will never go to this place again because of the horrible customer service.

My mom always raved about this place and wanted to take me here. She passed away and we had her funeral luncheon here. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion. Great food great service.

I loved it! The best food and service you need to try it the prices are reasonable too. My husband and I both loved the food lasagna with meatballs that were perfectly cooked and I tried something new Gamberi Broccoli Fettuccine with Shrimp I was so impressed it was a great dish. We have found a new date night spot when going Italian.

Good Italian buffet food. Enjoyed a family birthday celebration there. Nice that they allowed for live music during the party. The pasta Fagioli soup was delish, a touch too salty but I actually like it that way. Wish there had been more vegetarian options but perhaps the family made the choices. The dessert table was amazing! I don’t usually like chocolate cake but it was light, not too sweet & the icing actually tasted like homemade whipped cream! To die for!

I recently hosted a wedding shower at Angelos and everything was great! The food was amazing and did not vary in quality. I Highly recommend Angelos for dinner and events.

When here for a meeting and their banquet halls.we had pizza and mostaccioli and it was really good really tasteful the sausage was well-prepared I would recommend coming here.also I will be coming back again to actually try downstairs and see how the restaurant does. I enjoyed my time here.

Ill start by saying the food was fantastic which is the reason I even gave 2 stars, the service was horrendous!!! The woman who I assume to be the hostess saw us walk in and walked away leaving a server to seat us, he takes us to our table and says Ill be right with you then comes back a few minutes later takes our drink order, brings drink we order and dont see him again until he brings our salads, then not again till we get our food, never came back after dropping off our entrees to see how everything was, when he finally did we were finished for about 10 minutes he boxed our food and dropped the check. I would understand the terrible service if he was busy but he only had 1 other table so Im going to assume that because we werent dress nicely for Elmhurst that he was assuming that we werent worth his time!! I am a bar owner myself and my family owns restaurants so I understand the business and if any of my employees treated someone the way I was treated I would consider their employment, Then when we were leaving the woman who I assume to be the hostess didnt even acknowledge us leaving!!! Needless to say even though the food was fantastic I will never return just by the way we were treated!!!

Very good food. Every time I have been here - at least 6 times - the food has been very good (better than Robertos in south Elmhurst, where Ive had very inconsistent experience). The service is good, not as attentive as I would like sometimes, but effective and efficient. Go for the good food and relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a wonderful meal with family - we do.

Outstanding Italian Beef sandwiches!

Attended a banquet, food was fresh and great as always, nice staff too. Only the music from the nextdoor banquet made it difficult for most to hear one another. ( makes you wonder how the people there were able to communicate. )

Appetizers were excellent and the tasting menu was a lot of fun. Our server was knowledgeable and very friendly.

I went there again last week and the salmon with avocado was superb! I wanted a pizza for dinner and Angelos with Rosalias Deli adjacent was the first place that I thought of. The pizza is made to order and cooked in a wood fired oven. We sat at the bar, had drinks and Tiramisu for dessert. Superb! Smokey, the bartender, is extremely attentive. I heartily recommend it.

We attended our annual block dinner. We ordered family style and everything was excellent. I indulged in their bowtie pasta alfredo. Definetly not a place if you are watching your waistline but a great indulgence.

Wonderful authentic Italian restaurant. The food is great and the atmosphere even better. It even has a deli attached to get some yummy sandwiches and cold cuts. It is simply great.

First time ordering from this establishment and it will be the last. We received our food 20 minutes past our scheduled pick up time, on a very slow night. Our order was cold, stuck together fettuccine Alfredo and a margarita pizza that had a slice that was bitten into. This was an irritating inconvenience.

Buffet at lunch fairly priced. They do not use large pans which means the are constantly resupplying with fresh product. But they never ran out of anything, not even for a moment.

Great service. The sweetest part is if the deli doesnt make it they will go to the restaurant to get it for you.. and vice versa.

A little disappointing. The calamari was excellent and cooked perfectly. The salad had cheap black olives and the pasta was average. The carbonara had no pancetta flavor but was creamy. Overall a let down.

Gorgeous place, great food, nice venue, but the man who is in charge of booking the venue for you (owner I believe) was absolutely horrible. Ive been looking around for banquets for a speacial occasion, prior to visiting this place Ive interacted with 9 other venues, he was by far the worst at attending. Not only was he rude, but he acted as if we were already supposed to know everything. He made my family & I feel and seem dumb. Would definitely recommend the restaurant itself, but not the banquet.

We had a 70th Surprise Birthday party last night at Angelos & the food & waiters & manager was absolutely fantastic. They insured we had everything we needed from the time we got there (had to set up decorations before man of the hour came in) & all thru serving our food & helped us box up all the leftovers & cake before we left. I highly recommend eating there if you havent ready. They have a nice bar to sit in to watch sport games. Thank you Angelos staff for making our evening stress free & for giving us excellent customer service & the wonderful cooks for such wonderful food.
