I received a call from Sears to follow up with my appointment time. First, I was asked two times if I will pay for the service charge, which I said yes two times. That was part of the agreement when I schedule the appointment. Then, when the service repair man arrived, I was asked again.We did not have the repair done on our stove due to the unprofessionalism of Sears appliance repair.

Came to fix a switch on our Jenn Air electric range. Needed to order a part and it was to be available on July 16th. It was back ordered, with no replacement part available. Now, July 27th no updates on part availability progress. $136 down payment is still with them. Range burner still inoperative.

Happy to have a professional, experienced Sears repair man to do a check up on our two appliances we purchased with extended warranty.Answered all questions; offered good suggestions. Nice guy!

Awesome customer service. My appliance was fixed and I was super happy. Purchased a whole house appliance warranty and now I also have piece of mind for future occurrences.

Without even doing a proper diagnostic on my refrigerator, technician told me it was a common issue that a compressor and coils go bad and quoted me a price at just about the cost of a new fridge. When I declined the work he tried to sell me a maintenance plan. A total waste of $99! I ended up getting a second opinion and it turned out that wasnt even the problem. What a scam and try to upsell you !!!!

Cant get an appt in emergency which is when you often need it.

Set up appointment for today didn’t show didn’t call was home waiting in time frame they said..’still stuck with broken washer thanks for nothing

Kenmore Refrigerator ice maker was not working properly. Scheduled a service call. Every aspect ran smoothly and repairman fixed quickly. The repair person was great, knew his stuff and was very nice.

First guy comes out and i tell him i think its my heating element, but what do i know. He says it is, charges me 290 and says he ordered the part. 2 weeks later another guy shows up and says theres no record of this, but they charged me. He fixed the problem, and was great, but now its been 2 weeks and the refund i was promised from the first guy who was clearly ripping me off, never processed. So now my card is over bc nobody bothered w/ this.Then I called and was transferred five times. Started a chat and got a number that wasnt even in service. So the first guy tried to charge me 290 when it was just a filter issue, and now two weeks later they tell me i need to wait a day or 2 for someone to contact me after i spent 30 min on the phone. Awful service

Last week our electrolux dryer stopped working and called the sears technician. He came and checked the machine was showing code E66 he told us that circuit board is bad and it will take $700 to fix. It was in the house we have rented. We had to buy and install the machine within 2-3 hours but we picked the machine to hour house and my husband saw at you tube that what is code E66. It was a thermal fuse problem and he bought from Amazon for $23 and he fixed it and now the machine is working. Shame on sears that they hire this kind of mechanics.
