Tax preparation was fine. HOWEVER, do NOT apply for the card to get your return immediately. Even though I was rejected for the advance card they still put my return on a Green Dot card instead of transferring to my bank account as originally requested. Of course the Green Dot card had 100 different fees and rules. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get the money from the card to my bank account. Im sure H&R Block is getting a kick back from Green Dot. I felt like this was a really sleazy deal coming from a reputable company. Ive done my taxes with them for 14 years but will never go back. It was just that bad

Ok experience but INSANELY over priced!! They ended up screwing up our tax return. 2 stars bc they did a good job in the past, when I was single.

My tax person, Annie Cheng, was very helpful, polite,knowledgeable and every other good thing I could possible say about her. She took the time to make sure everything was done properly and completely. She made sure that I got back as much as I could and made sure that nothng was overlooked.
