This year was the first year I feel like HR BLOCK just pushed buttons and produced a sheet a paper with no assistance. I have worked with Ted historically, and I know that he is only there this year to support some people who are out of office, but the cost of service vs what I got out of the product... doesnt add up. I owed more this year then ever before and do not feel I got all good answers. Disappointing all around, I will not be going back to BLOCK ADVISORS. Time to find a personal accountant.

I LOVE using H&R Block for my taxes. It is so easy! My experience with this office is two years old now and Im already booked for next year! The first person you see as you walk in is one of the friendliest people and i was happy to see her there again this year. My tax preparers name is Manjula. She is amazing and goes out of her way to get your taxes done fairly and quickly. She is so great! I tell everyone to use Block, but i find most people already do!

Carol Lee is an excellent advisor and very pleasant to work with at not so pleasant time of the year. She presents things quite clearly and explains options with pluses and minuses. She is very engaging and I have found her to be an excellent partner for all my tax needs.

I paid $525 dollars for my taxes. Way too high considering that I gave Paul the information he needs directly from my turbotax account. The original quoted cost was $291, but I was hit with a big change fee at the end of our 1 hour session.

I was assigned to Manjula via HR Block online services and had a great experience with this professional. She was prompt in her responses and handled herself very professionally. We had a minor hiccup due to the online system but she handled it the best way possible.Sadly I do not live in the St. Louis area but if I am ever in the area during that time she will always be my go to. I strongly encourage anyone lookong to do their taxes seek her out as it was a pleasurable experience especially considering it is about taxes. Havent seen this level of customer service in years and it was a real treat for such a great value.Although I had thought I did infact my taxes properly she managed to get a bit more that I had missed. Well worth the effort.
